House was perfect for a week stay in Guadeloupe. It is close to multiple beaches, St. Francois and St. Anne. A new Carrefour and Monoprix close by made grocery shopping convenient. Views of the ocean and Basse Terre were beautiful. You can see Marie-Galante, La Desirade, Iles Des Saintes and La Grand Soufriere from the pool/patio area. Highly recommend!

Maison spacieuse , joliment décorée, au calme avec une très belle vue mer et une grande piscine.

Fantastic holiday-home

One of the best holiday time spent so far! The villa is actually nicer than it seems from the photos, the view is just splendind! Second row from the ocean you can constantly hear the noise of the waves crushing some 50m away. Some minor issues (contrary to the annonce description there is no electric cattle, nor a toaster, the gas hob did not work, so we have been left to 2-hotplate electric hob), but overall very well equiped (2 large fridges!) with all the comfort. The nearest micro-beach is not comfortable for bathing, you need to walk c 1km to the adjoining holiday resort or drive (within 15min drive there are some of the best Guadeloupe beaches....). Very warm welcome by and smooth communication with the local "staff". Recommended!

We love this property

This was our third stay at this property. It’s beautiful and well-maintained and has the most incredible ocean views. Maryse, the property manager, is great to work with. We will keep coming back!

Loved the outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is our second time staying in this area of the island and really enjoy the convenience. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed having an outdoor shower. The space and furnishings were all clean and updated. We would happily stay again.

Magnifique voyage en Guadeloupe

Superbe villa pour les vacances! C’est propre, agréable, sécuritaire, comfortable et la maison est aménagée avec soin, autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et l’espace de vie dehors. Maryse nous accueille avec soin et est disponible tout au long du séjour. On est sous le charme de la Guadeloupe!

Another Great Stay

The ocean view is the icing on the cake for this property. It's a very comfortable house, the pool is great, the location is great. Working with Maryse is a pleasure. We look forward to returning again.

Superbe

Très belle maison, aussi bien voire mieux que sur l annonce. Vue magnifique, belles prestations, piscine agréable et mer à 50 mètres avec baignade dans un lagon tranquille avec de jolis poissons à contempler.Sans oublier la gentillesse de l accueil de Maryse et ses excellents petits plats locaux. Bref que du bonheur !

Wonderful Holiday

We spent 10 days in this villa and it was just want our family needed. It's close to everything St-Francois has to offer but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing. We loved the openness of the house, enjoyed the garden with putting green and we were able to relax, read, swim. The house is also very well equipped. Maryse was there to greet us upon arrival, made us a delicious meal and give us wonderful recommendations of things to explore on our first trip to Guadeloupe. We'd love to visit again!

We love this property!

We loved everything about our stay. The house is clean, accommodating and well appointed. The property manager is very helpful (and a great cook!). The pool and the gardens provided a lovely respite. The neighborhood is great for walks. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Views

We had a great experience for our first time in guadeloupe. The villa was beautiful, we were all in awe over it. The swimming pool was so handy to have with the heat :) Maryse was there if we had any questions and prepared us an amazing meal upon our arrival. Thanks for everything!!

Absolutely beautiful home and location!

What a lovely home! The property was gorgeous and well kept. The owners were truly delightful and easy to work with. Their housekeeper was extremely helpful to my in-laws who arrived earlier than we did. Claudette and Philippe speak excellent English which can be a concern for those of us who aren't well versed in French. Their housekeeper speaks some as well and easily understandable. We loved this home and would go back to this house again. Thank -you for a memorable vacation.

Très belle propriété vue mer

très belle villa vue mer (Marie Galante et la Dominique) et très bien conçue. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dont un de 3 ans. Maryse et son mari qui s'occupent de la maison nous ont installé une barrière très bien conçue et très sécurisante. Maryse nous préparait des plats excellents le soir livrés à domicile. Je conseille d'avoir une voiture qui permet de rejoindre la plage des raisins clairs en 2 minutes et le centre de St François également. A 30 mètres une petite plage, toute mini, mais nous y descendions avec notre panier-apéro en fin de journée afin de regarder les pélicans et le coucher de soleil sur basse terre. En résumé, c'est une villa de charme et haut de gamme qui nous a ravi et que nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer. Nous la conseillons VIVEMENT . Famille Salmon.

Les voisins qui s''occupent de l''accueil et éventuellement des repas sont hyper gentils et disponibles ce qui participe grandement à la réussite du séjour Pour donner un tout petit point à améliorer : il manque juste un micro-ondes"
