Villa on two levels with the ground floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, veranda with sea view.
On the first floor bedroom with double bed.

It is part of a residence on a hill overlooking the sea and just 600 meters from Ampoula beach.
There are swimming pool, barbecue area, parking, garden, BREAKFAST included in the price.

Set in the perfect place to move around the island. In only 2 km there is Tsilivi, a tourist resort with all the services and entertainment. Very peaceful and privacy guaranteed.

A month in Greece

We wanted a month to just do nothing and re-set. This place was perfect. A lovely, friendly, family run affair with one daughter on reception, another daughter in the restaurant and Mum cooking. The grounds and pool are kept beautifully and the villa facilities are adequate, plus it's so convenient to have the restaurant on site. (And Aliki's cooking is great!) Its a 15min walk down through olive groves to the nearest beach and about half an hour to the next bay. My only negative would be that there's really not a lot to see and do on the island, but that suited us just fine. We hired a car for a couple of days and got the bus into Zakynthos town a couple of times and that was enough for us.. So, if you are young and looking for an exciting time this place is probably not for you but if you are looking for a friendly, restful experience then Lofos Soilus is perfect!

Comfortable, clean, and welcoming

Excellent property with great views, a fantastic restaurant, good facilities, away from the bustle of a town but many amenities within walking distance or a short drive. Good location to explore the island. Left the kids at home this time but would certainly be family friendly. Both the owner and manager made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!!

Finalmente una splendida vacanza! Non era la nsotra prima volta ma trascorrere una settimana di vacanza in un isola come Zante ci ha caricato le batterie ! Il residence è avvolto da uliveti secolari e affascinanti, molto curato ed elegante il giardino; piacevolissimo il patio per la colazione e la cena, che ci offriva tramonti mozzafiato. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile; un complimento va riconosciuto alla cuoca che ci ha coccolato con abbondanti colazioni (dolci e salate), bravissima anche nella preparazione di carne e pesce e piatti tipici (per cena , su richiesta) . Confortevoli e spaziosi gli appartamenti. Che altro dire ? Non subito ma la voglia di ritornare a Zante c'è, e sicuramente ritorneremo in questa struttura .

Lovely stay with even more lovely family

For our honeymoon we went to the apartments from the family Pomonis. What a warm welcome we had and what a nice accomodation to relax in. We stayed with two adults and two kids (11 and 8.) They loved the new swimingpool. The hospitality of the family was far above our expextations. Dionisa her self prepared every morning a fresh breakfast for our son, who cant eat Gluten. But also the rest of the family and the staff are kind and helpfull. For sure we'll come back. Caroline Kleinhof, Deventer The Netherlands.

Relax a Zante

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone. Due adulti e 2 bimbe. Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni nel mese di agosto 2013. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: appartamenti in ordine. Contesto tranquillo e posizione comoda pe raggiungere le diverse spiagge dell'isola. Proprietari e staff molto cortesi. Consigliato.
