Very good flat

My wife and I stayed in this flat for three nights, and really liked it. The flat is located within an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Mezquita/Alacazar sites, and a couple minutes away from the Palacio de Viana. Although this isn't a 5-star property (it's clean, but basic) , the value for money proposition is a good one and Rafael was a great host. This property really works for a couple, and for people traveling by car, the on-site garage parking is an important consideration. Parking in Cordoba is a hassle/expensive, and the maze of one-way streets makes navigation daunting. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. We'd stay in this property again. Thanks, Rafael. Apartment in Cordoba

This is a lovely little apartment - clean, nicely laid out, lots of storage. The windows look out on a gardened patio. The location is about a ten minute walk to the river - we got lost in the maze of streets, but quickly came to know where we were.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage.

Rafael hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage im Nachbarhaus. Tee und Kaffee reichlich vorhanden. Alles bestens geeignet, um diese schöne Stadt zu erkunden. Prima lokales Restaurant um die Ecke. Einziger Nachteil sind die dünnen Wände im Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarn sind sehr lange auf und haben den Fernseher an. Wecker klingelt um halb sieben. Trotzdem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Very ncie apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We were fortunate to visit Cordoba during the Festival De Patios with many of the open houses nearby. The apartment is away from the primary tourist areas which was nice. Carmen and Rafael were excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

l'appartement est très bien situé et la place de parking est vraiment très proche. Même si la décoration est un peu minimaliste, l'appartement est propre et confortable. Nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Very well located and clean propoerty. carmen is extremely helpful and an execptional hoster. Do not miss the "palacio de Viana" (5 minutes away from home), try the local restaurants recommend by her such as "cafe sanri" (2 minutes away), and "El Choto" in the "juderia".

Very nice little spot in Cordoba

Carmen was very welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was well equipped for our one week stay. Good location. We walked everywhere. Carmen lives in the building and was available for any help we needed. She even helped lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Would recommend this apartment.

Nice property

This is a nicely maintained property although I would not classify it as luxury. Neighboring sounds transmit easily so you will hear whomever is next to you. For the 10 nights we were there, this was sometimes a problem. The property is located in the older part of the city in a working neighborhood which gives it life. It is a fair but easy walk to the more touristic areas, as well as to the better restaurants. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Perfekt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit persönlicher Note eingerichtet. Der inkludierte Parkplatz ist von großem Vorteil in der Altstadt von Cordoba. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr höflich und hat sehr gute Tips zum Essen gehen. Im Großen und Ganzen war durch diese Wohnung und der Gastgedberin der Aufenthalt perfekt.

Amazing find!

This was a wonderful flat and base to experience the old city of Córdoba. Very conveniently located within walking distance to the hot spots allowing you a chance to explore the historical centre. Très bien

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement de Carmen. Appartement très propre, climatisé et très bien situé (en effet on peut se déplacer à pieds pour rejoindre le centre ville historique et visiter la majorité des monuments). De plus le parking est appréciable pour les visiteurs ayant un véhicule. Et un grand merci à Carmen et son fils pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils.

Belle location au cœur de Cordoue

Joli petit appartement, dans un immeuble avec un très joli patio. Très calme, avec le centre historique accessible à pied en moins de 15 minutes. Il est très bien équipé et décoré. La place de parking en sous-sol sécurisé est un plus indéniable quand on est en voiture. La propriétaire et son fils sont très agréables et arrangeants : nous avons pu garer notre voiture et prendre l'appartement dès notre arrivée au milieu de la matinée et garder le tout le jour du départ jusqu'à plus de 13h. Merci encore.

Situé de façon idéale dans un décor typique de Cordoue avec sa petite cour intérieure Appartement fonctionnel et propre avec un parking privé souterrain très accessible .
