Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. I am sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate your feedback. I would like to clarify that additional pillows are available in every room, stored in the wardrobes and furniture. We will add small signs indicating where they can be found. Regarding ventilation, the windows are original and almost three metres high, and every room has large windows or French doors. As for the beds and linens, the apartment is prepared according to the season. Since your stay was in September, we provided lightweight summer sheets rather than winter duvets. Additional blankets are available in the wardrobes, while warm duvets are provided in colder months. I am also sorry that one sofa bed was not comfortable enough for the fifth guest. We will take your suggestion into consideration. Regarding the layout, the apartment has two proper double bedrooms. The independent living room, over 30 square metres, accommodates additional guests on two sofa beds. We will make the sleeping arrangements as clear as possible. For future guests, this is a historic home with original features, very high ceilings, exposed stone and large historic windows. We care deeply about our guests and are always happy to help. Thank you again for your honest feedback.

The flat is not even a minute's walk from the Duomo, in the full centre of Lecce, the most exclusive area of Lecce. Parking is not even a two minute walk away and costs 60 cents/hour and it is free for 15 hours a day and at weekends. Otherwise there is a very large guarded car park opposite and costs 7 euro for the whole day. In the kitchen the doors were changed a month ago, probably the smell was from the wood and paint. But I think you can only smell it if you open the door under the sink because we painted the inside wall. There are dehumidifiers in the rooms, just plug them in, you could use them if you needed to. I put them in the house as a precaution for particularly hot or humid days. Unfortunately it was thirty degrees in the sirocco on the days you stayed, however I will certainly take your advice to heart, I will personally check the pans and change them if they are ruined and add utensils.
