Lovely!

Super sejour à Naples avec vue époustouflante sur le Vesuve et la baie de Naples

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par Lina. L'appartement est fonctionnel, chaleureux et la terrasse est sensationnelle. Le quartier est super avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et très bien desservi par les transports en commun dont le funiculaire. La gentillesse de Lina et de son mari nous ont particulièrement touchés. Un grand merci pour ces agréables vacances.

Terrific welcome to Naples

We had such a wonderful stay in Napoli, thanks to the warm welcome by Lina and Rino, the parents of Max, who live next door to this apartment - Lina even treated us to a taste of her homemade polpette (meatballs)! The apartment was spacious and clean and had a well equipped kitchen, but who comes to Italy to cook? And the view of Vesuvius from the patio was breathtaking. The Metro and funicular stops were close by and handy for navigating to/from the train station, but it's easy to get around on foot and a good way to burn off the pizza calories.

Charming and clean!

Wonderful and kind hosts that were so welcoming and helpful with our questions, the area and calling a taxi for us. Great security and safe area. Everything in the apartment worked great and it was very clean. We enjoyed the patio and view every evening and would definetly stay here again.

Quiet, tucked away stay, 15 from the strip

Fantastic location with an amazing and peaceful patio with spectacular views. I recommend parking on the main roads and walking up the paths to the apartment. Just 15min waking from the main strip and fantastic restaurants. If the host is ever unavailable his wonderful mom is just next door to take care of everything. Will stay again!

Toujours aussi sublime

Nous étions venus il y a 10 ans dans cet appartement et avions immensément apprécié la vue sur le Vésuve, la terrasse toujours fraîche, l'emplacement proche des commerces, le quartier attachant, la ville si particulière et si attachante, et notre hôte Lina, reine du séjour par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité...10 ans plus tard, rien n'a changé, ce fut un immense plaisir de retrouver les lieux et notre hôte, nous reviendrons.

Incredible view

The room and view itself were wonderful. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The area in this part of town is a little sketchy dark/rundown especially at night, but you have three gates/layers of security in the building (we felt very safe) and luckily the metro is two blocks away to get you to the more populated and busy area so you won’t need to walk around the apartment very much. getting the taxi to this location was a little difficult as was rolling suitcases uphill so be prepared. But the apartment itself was wonderful and the sunrise is breath taking. Sit out there with wine and cheese or coffee from the local shops up the hill - you won’t be disappointed. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the port if you want to spend a day in Pompeii, capri, sorrento, positano etc.

Enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and the family could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Great location and incredible views from the balcony, Naples is an wonderful city.

Due giorni ai quartieri spagnoli

Ci siamo trovati bene nell’appartamento, davvero confortevole , centrale e con un terrazzo ampio con vista panoramica ( peccato che quando abbiamo soggiornato il tempo era nuvoloso e c’era anche la nebbia) la proprietaria davvero gentile e disponibile ci ha dato anche indicazioni utili per sfruttare a pieno il tempo che avevamo ( poco) per vedere quanto più possibile in zona…. Consigliato, torneremmo volentieri!

Oasis in Naples

We just loved our stay at at this apartment. The Quartieri Spagnoli is so interesting but sometimes chaotic. Coming back to the well-kept apartment and beautiful deck with the view of the bay and Vesuvius was such a relaxing respite in this fascinating city. It had everything we needed and was just as it appeared in the listing. We would love to stay here for much longer some day.

Formidable séjour

1er voyage à Naples, une ville que nous avons beaucoup appréciée Accueil chaleureux de Pasqualina et Gennaro Appartement très propre, très bien placé La terrasse est le point fort de la location avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville et le Vesuve. Bellissima esperienza

Con la mia compagna ho soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura. Tutto perfetto: pulita, ben attrezzata e perfettamente ubicata per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città. Apparentemente il valore aggiunto è il magnifico terrazzo dal quale si può godere una vista fantastica, invece il vero fiore all'occhiello è rappresentato dalla cortesia, disponibilità e squisita ospitalità dei proprietari in particolar modo della Sig.ra Lina che saluto calorosamente. Ritorneremo presto per godere delle meraviglie di questa città che in questo viaggio non siamo riusciti a visitare.

Super séjour

Quelques difficultés à l'arrivée car le taxi ne nous a pas laissé devant la maison. Vite oublié grâce à l'accueil de Lina et à son délicieux panettone. L'emplacement est parfait si l'on apprécie le quartier espagnol, typique de Naples, à proximité immédiate du funiculaire central et des commerces et de sa jolie terrasse. Super séjour.

Casa vacanze Gennaro Stabile (Napoli)

Mia moglie ed io, abbiamo alloggiato a inizio Settembre 2019(5 giorni)presso la casa del Sign.Gennaro e Sign.ra Lina. Siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti dell'ambiente pulito e accogliente, dalla bellissima terrazza con vista sul vesuvio e sulla costa del mare di Napoli. Una struttura situata in una zona silenziosa e comoda da raggiungere,sia con la metro che con funicolare.Situata vicino a diversi monumenti del centro storico. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere la Sign.ra Lina e suo figlio Massimo,persone amabilissime e accoglienti,che rispecchiano la cordialità e disponibilità dei Napoletani. Consigliatissimo. Bel appartement, bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. C’est simple, nous avons diné tous les soirs sur la terrasse pour profiter de la vue. L’appartement est proche de l’arrêt du funiculaire, très bien situé pour visiter Naples. Nous sommes venus en transport en commun de l'aéroport. Merci Lina pour ton accueil.

Très agréable séjour. À recommander.

Idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Naples : très proche des transports et centres d'intérêt mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires : on sent qu'au moindre besoin on peut compter sur eux. Merveilleuse terrasse équipée ( tables / chaises/ transat/ sèche linge...) avec vue imprenable sur la baie. Logement 2 pièces bien conçu. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. Propreté irréprochable. Ascenseur, ce qui est pratique qd on a des bagages ! En conclusion : très contents d'avoir choisi cette localisation et nous la redemanderons pour notre prochain voyage à naples.
