Excellent

We had a lovely family holiday in this apartment. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was perfect, not too busy. The owner was very helpful answering any questions we had prior to our departure. The apartment is in a very good location, 2 minutes to the beach, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The train station is very close by allowing access to visit the rest of the French Riviera. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting the South of France.

Charming apartment on low-key area of French Riviera

We found this apartment ideally situated and well-equipped. It’s not right on the beach, but it’s a short walk into town and through the underpass to get there. We loved jogging on the beach and swimming in the Mediterranean and stopping for croissant and cafe crème on the return. The apartment is furnished in typical fashion of the côte d’azur, large bathtub, clothesline for drying laundry and modern appliances. Highly recommend.

Bel appartement, excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de dernière minute dans ce bel appartement, tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description, sauf que la mer se trouve non pas à 7, mais à 2 min à pied!) Même avec les enfants. L'appartement ne manque de rien: on voit une propriétaire soucieuse du détail et de la propreté. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, sauf vos affaires personnelles, comme si vous reveniez des vacances:) Madame Muller, qui fait l'accueil, est très conviviale et joignable, ainsi que Madame Eddi. Nous avons profité d'une très belle vue sur la terrasse, la piscine et la mer... Nos enfants seront trop grands pour y revenir l'an prochain, mais nous en gardons un excellent souvenir!

Très bon séjour à Golfe Juan .

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui était tout à fait conforme à la description . Vue sur mer depuis le séjour et le balcon très agréable. Rien ne manque . La propriétaire a le soucis du détail et a aménagé l’ appartement avec goût . La résidence est très bien entretenue. Il faut 5 min pour aller à la plage , 2min pour trouver une boulangerie . On peut aisément faire les courses à pieds. La gare est joignable en 15 min , ce qui nous a permis de sillonner la région : Cannes, Grasse, Juan les Pins , Antibes , Nice , Monaco ... Un arrêt de bus est juste à la sortie de la résidence . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Madame Muller . La propriétaire est facilement joignable et se soucie des locataires . Ce qui est assez rare. Un petit bémol : la route devant la résidence. En août , c’ est bruyant . Néanmoins , nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances .

Schöne kleine Wohnung und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge entlang der Côte d´Azur

Die Wohnung ist in einer überschaubaren Wohnanlage in Golfe Juan und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Zum Strand, kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bahnhof kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die WLAN-Verbindung in der Wohnung ist gut und es gibt in der Anlage ein Pool. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Côte d´Azur bestens geeignet.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge entlang der Côte d´Azur

Wir waren mit unsren beiden Töchtern (12 und 15) für wenige Tage in dieser sehr schönen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung, in einer überschauberen Wohnanlage in Golfe Juan. Der Weg zum Meer (zum kleineren Standabschnitt) beträgt ca. 5 - 7 Minuten. Auf der Straße vor der Wohnanlage fährt mehrmals in der Stunde der Bus nach Cannes bzw. nach Antibes, Nizza bis Monaco. Die Straße war zwar stark befahren, allerdings wurde die Einfahrt nach Golfe Juan neu gebaut und sicherlich war auch deshalb recht viel Verkehr. Es gibt einen Bahnhof, die Zugstrecke ist einer der schönsten, die man sich vorstellen kann. Zum Bäcker sind es knapp 400 m, kleine Supermärkte etwas weiter, aber alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und als Ausgabgspunkt zur Erkundung der Côte d´Azur bestens geeignet. Unser Töchter waren glücklich mit der guten WLAN-Verbindung.

Très belle location

Appartement conforme à la description de l'annonce - idéalement situé (proche de la mer - des commerces de proximité - des restaurants - du port) tout peut être fait à pied - vue magnifique sur la mer - résidence calme - très belle piscine - garage fermé en sous-sol - la climatisation de cet appartement est un plus non négligeable - tous les éléments de confort de la vie quotidienne sont présents et très appréciés. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons et que nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

séjour agréable. Merci pour le chaleureux accueil de Madame ROBLOT. Les photos de l' appartement sont conformes à la réalité. La copropriété est très bien entretenu et propre. Les conseils laissés par Monique concernant le fonctionnement de l'appartement sont parfaits. Seul bémol le matelas du grand lit est inconfortable ( mais cela vient peut-être nous avec nos soucis lombaires!!!!!) Visite de Grasse, restaurant Antibes.... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Beautiful sea view

Perfectly pleasant little apartment. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Lovely welcome from the concierge. However, this apartment is not suitable for very young children. We had two year old twins. The balcony is not properly enclosed and therefore we spent the whole holiday not able to use the balcony. Also the place is full of knick knacks which we had to move, a kettle on a low table and drawers full of things like ink cartridges! So it was pretty stressful staying in the apartment. It is reasonableywell placed for the sea, though a bit of a walk. We had a car anyway so that wasn't an issue for us. The road is also pretty noisy. The pool is an added bonus but I think it needs some work done on it as quite a few of the tiles are coming away and the surround is also pretty slippery. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I warned that this apartment was not quite suitable with very young children since there are 2 bunk beds, but this person strongly insisted to rent it with her one year and a few months old twins. The balcony is very secure (standards), and I do not quite understand how it could be more, The apartment is in a beautiful residence, 200 m max from the beach, I do not think therefore that it is worth taking the car to go. The swimming pool also very secure. It actually begins to lose some mosaics, which is not problematic; it is however planned to repair it this winter for an esthetic question. The beach, around the pool is made to standard with an anti-slip material, so I do not see how to do better. Eventually, I think that whatever the apartment, a rental with very young twins is difficult and can lead to a non-objective assessment.

- Situation idéale entre Cannes et Juan les Pins, grand balcon ombragé avec vue sur mer. - Appartement propre et agréable à vivre avec en outre l'avantage essentiel du parking privé et du garage. - Le descriptif avant notre arrivée était très complet. - Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette location à nos proches et pourquoi pas à revenir nous même, cet appartement est idéal pour un couple éventuellement avec de jeunes enfants. Le seul reproche est d'avoir les toilettes dans la salle de bain. - Golfe-Juan est idéalement situé à l'épicentre d'une des plus belles régions du monde (Cannes, Nice, Juan-les-Pins, Beaulieu sur mer, Eze, Saint-Paul de Vence, etc., etc.)

Very good location

We spent a week in this nice apartment. It has a very good location and you can easily go by car to Cannes or Antibes. Boulangerie is in a short walking distance to get breakfast croissants. Also the center and the beach of Golfe Juan are within a walking distance. From the apartment you have a nice sea views. Everything works well and Mrs. Roblot was very helpful. We will certainly consider to rent this place again when ever we are coming back to Golfe Juan.

"Appartement agréable, équipé avec goût, très lumineux où l''on se sent bien tout de suite. La vue sur la mer est très belle tant de l’intérieur de l’appartement que de la terrasse. La résidence est idéalement située, à proximité de la plage (balades délicieuses) et des commerces ; de plus elle est très bien desservie pour aller à Cannes, Juan les pins, Antibes, Nice, etc.. . Un endroit parfait pour nous qui avons passé des vacances sans voiture, séjour ressourçant et divertissant. Accueil chaleureux. Cette location a été un vrai moment de bonheur. Encore une fois ravis de notre séjour."

Accommodation very good and clean. Also Pool area and general surroundings excellent. Very convenient to both Bus and Rail and shops. Nice Balcony with sea view but overlooking main road. No English TV available. Gated Complex well maintained and very secure.
