The house, completely renovated with great care, is equipped with alarm system, air conditioning, wired internet, satellite tv. Private car parking for a car is 30 meters from the house. The spacious private garden, rich in olive trees and ornamental plants, features a large covered gazebo. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen (two electric fireplaces, refrigerator, microwave complete cooking utensils, stone barbecue, table for 12 people) allows guests to eat outdoors both in the day and in the evening.
Inside the house is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday extremely comfortable (washing machine, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt, spices and preserves).

The house is ideally located between Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (5 minutes by car), offering total relaxation and privacy between the olive trees and the swimming pool, just steps from the sea and the lively life of the Riviera and Portofino.
The pool can be heated (from May 1 to September 30) and is equipped with sun loungers and sundecks. It is possibly shared with an adjacent apartment of the same property (Ref. No. 6449433), which can be rented, if available, in conjunction with this apartment. To see the apartment on the site enter the reference number in the Where do you want to go ?.
The garden, automatically irrigated at nighttime, is rich in olive trees, tropical plants (maracuja, banana, Bouganville) and flowers and is always admired by guests.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, Platz auch für mehrere Gäste. Der Garten mit Swimmingpool lädt zum relaxen ein. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist super, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit.

A lovely place to stay!

We enyoyed a week with our family in Marinas lovely house and even more lovely garden. Most time was spent by the pool or in the outside-kitchen. (The garden is more beautiful than in the pictures). We came by car but found it easier to take the bus to the nearby towns, since it was difficult to find parkingspaces. But the surrounding area is so beautiful, and we wish we had more time to explore the nationalpark and all its trails.

Sehr schön restaurierte Wohnung mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit Sonnenschein, Meer und gutem Essen. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung die in echt fast noch schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter waren stets erreichbar und versorgten uns mit vielen tollen Tipps zum Essen und für Ausflüge. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful vacation

We were happy spending 2 weeks of our vacation at Marina's house. The house was clean. Everything was prepared. The kitchen with Everything you need. The leaving room with air condition as well as master bedroom. The other bedroom Just with fan. The outdoor garden wonderful. Great Space for cooking outside and dinning. Well kept pool and even additional toilet Just by! Marina is a perfect owner. Always smiling and helpful in troubles. We loved the time. Ps. The house is perfect for older Kids.

An absolute delight.

A thoroughly enjoyable week away in liguria. The house is spacious but you'll spend all your time outside in the outdoor kitchen area or pool. Be aware that this is not really an accessible property for the seriously infirm. I have some trouble on my feet and just about managed but there's a lot of steps to contend with to get to the pool. The hosts were lovely, when I return to this area there is only one place I'm staying!

Frühling in Ligurien

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingeteilt. Wir waren zwei Familien in den beiden Wohnungen. Es hatte genügend Platz für alle und wir waren hauptsächlich in der grossen Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Für Wanderungen ist die Ausgangslage ideal. Wohnung hat keine Meersicht, dafür einen wunderschönen Garten, leider war das Wetter nicht immer schön ;). Da es eher noch kühl war, waren wir froh über die beheizten Räume. Auf jedenfalls ist es ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Die Küche war nicht sauber geputzt. Sonst alles ok.

Wunderbar idyllisches Ferienhaus

Wir waren im Oktober vor Ort und sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von unserer Gastgeberin Marina mehr als begeistert. Ein sehr schön gelegenes und ruhiges Häuschen in den Bergen mit schöner Gegend und schöner Ausstattung.

Pfingsturlaub

Wir haben einen schönen spontanen Urlaub in San Lorenzo della Costa verbracht. Die geräumige Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wunderbar war der schöne Essbereich als eine Art Wintergarten, in dem wir morgens bei Sonnenschein gefrühstückt haben. Im beheizten Pool konnten wir auf den "Luftmatratzen" die Seele baumeln lassen. Gerne genutzt haben wir auch die Außenküche unter der Pergola, die ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet war. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Stadt Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, Portofino...zum Meer und zum Wandern. Alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr schön!

Good stay - well located - some inconvenients to deal with

We spent two weeks there with my wife and our two young (8 and 6) kids. The place is really as shown on the pictures - no bad surprise. The pool looks good although we were quite unlucky with mosquitos which were quite aggressive and made the stay close to the pool really difficult. Maybe just the period of the summer...? Despite this, the house was really convenient and comfortable and clean. With air conditioning that you need in Liguria in the middle of summer :p

Comfortable apartment in quiet location with good transport links.

This is a lovely apartment with great views in a quiet location. Local bus service very good and regular with only a 10 min ride in to Santa Margherita for any required shopping, restaurants etc... Marina was always on hand and dealt with any queries very promptly. The apartment was very clean with everything you need and a good base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a hire car but found ourselves using the bus service to visits neighbouring towns. You must visit Portifino via the boat from Santa Margherita, only about a 15min journey and well worth it. The swimming pool was a great asset in the hot weather, used it every day !

Great Ligurian Apartment

We enjoyed our stay alot at Villa Liberty. The owner Marina was very friendly and super welcoming. The apartment is well equipped and spacious - we were 4 adults and two little kids - as is the garden with the outdoor kitchen and the pool. San Lorenzo is well located to discover Liguria and is just a stone's throw away from Rapallo, Santa Margherita and Camogli. We are definitively returning again!

Gemütliches Haus mit super Garten!

Wir waren 2 Familien (3 Kinder) in der großen Wohnung. Der Platz dafür war gerade noch ok. Ansonsten super Ausstattung in der Küche und auch im Garten. Wir haben einige Male im Garten gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Außenbereich. Der Pool wird in Abständen gereinigt und ist stets sauber. Marina ist zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und gibt gerne Auskunft. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. 😊

Well equipped apartment, lovely garden + pool

We were delighted to be guests at Villa Liberty. Owner Marina and her husband are very hospitable and helpful. The villa is in Art Deco style, beautifully renovated and well equipped with all modern conveniences. Good beds, good sanitary facilities and lots of space. Also the airconditioning is very welcome. Beautiful garden with outside kitchen and bbq. The swimmingpool is gorgeous, refreshing and beautifully surrounded by lavender and the Ligurian hills with its olive trees. The apartment in the basement is also a holiday home. Villa and garden are big enough for not bothering each other. In addition, each tenant has his own parkingplace. The villa is situated on a quiet road where you can easily walk your dog. By bus, you can reach the nice beaches of Santa Margherita or Rapallo's promenade within 20 minutes. Parking at the seaside is difficult during high season, so take the bus. We will definitely return to Villa Liberty!

perfect place to stay and great location

The apartment and location are wonderful. We stayed here for two weeks. Marina was welcoming and helpful all throughout our stay. The apartment is great, and the garden is just wonderful. We cooked and ate outside most evenings, the outdoor cooking and eating area is really well equipped, including a barbecue area. We really enjoyed the pool, and spent some lazy days reading in the garden. It's a great spot from which to explore the area too. You are only 10mins walk from a bus stop in the village of San Lorenzo, and there are buses into the lovely nearby seaside towns of Santa Margherita and Rapallo. We had a car, but often decided to take the bus instead as it was so easy. We walked in the portofino park straight from San Lorenzo village. The village also has a very useful small shop. We ate at the restaurant at the end of the street, which was lovely. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore this part of liguria, and a wonderful apartment to do it from.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Garten

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Mehr als man gewöhnlich in einem Ferienhaus vorfindet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft. Da wir 2 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 2-10 Jahren waren hatten wir das zweite Apartment auch gemietet und das ganze Anwesen für uns. Die Ausstattung der Küche im Garten mit einer tollen Terrasse ist ebenfalls hervorragend , so dass man nicht ständig alles hin und her tragen muss. Die Vermieterin Marina war jederzeit zu erreichen und kümmerte sich zuverlässig um alles. Unsere Kinder hätten am liebsten den ganzen Urlaub am Pool und im Garten verbracht. Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder.

Nice house with the pool

I’ve been there with my family and I can say that the hospitality was beyond what I expected. The house, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, retains the charm of its original Art Nouveau, the gazebo is equipped for outdoor dining, and practically in the summer you can live out all day. Our children enjoyed the pool very much. On arrival we found stores. Marina is nice and kind, and ready to give information about everything. I highly recommend it and hope to come back!

Magnifique

Nous avons loué pour 2 familles les 2 appartements (le grand et le petit). Superbe endroit au calme mais tout près de très beaux endroits, notamment les Cinque Terre. L'accueil de la propriétaire Marina et son mari est parfait. La cuisine extérieure permet de cuisiner et de manger sous une magnifique tonnelle. Piscine d'une taille parfaite, jardin très bien entretenu. Appartments très bien décorés et très confortables. Bref, endroit à recommander sans hésiter.

Lovely little town within driving distance of so much!

This lovely home is perched on the top of a hill in a little town above Rapallo and Santa Marguerita Liguria. The home itself is clean, bright, spacious and modern with touches of classical decor, like the beautiful mural on the dining room ceiling. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Kitchen is fully functional. There is a supermarket down the hill in the town of Rapallo, which has a beautiful old section with wonderful little shops and cafes. While we stayed here, Genoa was hit with a massive flood and the weather was really crazy. We never got to go into Genoa, but we managed to explore Portofino, Santa Marguerita, Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre, Lavagna, and Sestri Levanti. There are many beautiful places within an hour's drive! My favorite and memorable stops were in Sestri Levanti, when we went to Vis a Vis Hotel and had lunch in the panoramic dining room and the most wonderful waiter! We also all enjoyed Lucca, where we rented bikes and drove around the wall surrounding the old part of the city. Overall, it's a great spot to stay if you want to explore the riviera. My only changes would be to include an ice tray in the freezer (I realize this is an American thing, but it put a damper on our ability to enjoy cocktail hour) and it would have been nice if the pool heater hadn't been broken, because we didn't get to use it once during our stay. Even so, I would definitely stay here again!

In una settimana non siamo mai andati al mare perchè i bimbi piccoli non ce lo permettevano ma grazie alla piscina non ne abbiamo assolutamente sentito la mancanza. La signora Marina è veramente gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Lo straconsigliamo!! "
