Location agréable située dans un très beau jardin où nous avons pu déguster figues, anones et kakis et également profité du jacuzzi. La propriétaire est fort sympathique.

Due settimane rigeneranti

Siamo stati presso Villa Giulia le ultime due settimane di luglio ed abbiamo trovato un'ottima soluzione sia nel bilocale al piano terra che in quello al piano superiore. Gli appartamenti sono arredati in modo essenziale ma ricercato e gli spazi all'aperto rendono il soggiorno piacevole anche senza recarsi in spiaggia. Non abbiamo avuto modo di usare spesso la Jacuzzi ma devo dire che ci ha regalato dei momenti che ricorderemo con piacere. Ringrazio ancora la signora Ivana per la squisita ospitalità e per l'estrema disponibilità a rispondere alle nostre esigenze, è stato un piacere conoscerla. Un caro saluto. Fulvia, Massimo ed Elena

Il mare di Tropea è ancora più bello di quanto si immagina e Villa Giulia è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le vacanze, i bilocali sono belli, accoglienti e funzionali, la jacuzzi è spettacolare, i giardini immensi e la gentilezza della direzione è la ciliegina sulla torta

Gepflegtes und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit Blick ins Grüne und das Meer

Das kleine Häuschen liegt in einer Anlage mit mehreren Appartements / Häusern. Man hat direkten ( Sicht-)Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Grill und Jakuzzi können von allen genutzt werden, einen eigenen Grill am Haus hätten wir hier schöner gefunden. Das Haus selbst ist zweckmäßig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, nur in der Küche hätten wir deutlich mehr an Ausstattung erwartet, so dass wir das eine oder andere an Grundausstattung noch besorgen mussten ( wenn man nicht gerne kochen möchte, wäre das aber egal). Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und interessiert daran, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Nett war der Obstkorb und der gekühlte Sekt zum Empfang ! Sehr schön abends ist der Blick in den Sonnenuntergang über dem thyrrenischen Meer mit dem Stromboli im Vordergrund. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Quartier. Allein die unmittelbare Nähe zur Schnellstraße war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, das wir ansonsten ohne Einwirkung von Verkehrslärm wohnen. Abends und nachts nahm der Geräuschpegel jedoch deutlich ab.

Posto stupendo, la proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile, l'appartamento impeccabile e munito di tutti i confort, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato, il luogo è ben collegato ed è possibile raggiungere il mare a piedi, la jacuzzi meravigliosa vi consiglio di farla al tramonto, grazie villa Giulia per la meravigliosa vacanza!

Un'esperienza rilassante

Villa Giulia è una piccola oasi, si godono panorami stupendi, i giardini sono curatissimi e i cottages splendidi e confortevoli, la padrona di casa è gentilissima, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili per godere al meglio la vacanza, sembrava si materializzasse quando ne avevi bisogno, il mare è veramente a due passi, la spiaggia è bianchissima. Tropea è da godere e si raggiunge i 5 minuti, reali. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura

wonderful

We had such a great time in this beautiful place. The house was amazing, it was really clean and really close to the sea. The owner, Mrs Ivana, was so lovely and kind. There was a jacuzzi in the garden from which we used to contemplate the sunsets every day. Thats all I can say is we wished would could have stayed longer in this beautiful place.

Tolle Gastfreundschaft und schöne Anlage

Vielen lieben Dank an Ivana für das Warten bei unserer späten Ankunft. Wir sind 3x an der Villa Giulia vorbei gefahren :-)Und die kleine Aufmerksamkeit ,der Kuchen war lecker. Gute Ausstattung,sauber und ruhig, da nicht viele Gäste im September dort waren. Der September ist wie wir finden ein guter Reisemonat für Italien. Es ist noch was los aber nicht überfüllt. Erfahrungen habe wir mehrmals auf Malta oder Sardinien gemacht. Der Jakuzzi ist super und zudem kann man sich sehr frei dort bewegen. Für uns ist so etwas wichtig,da wir keine Hotel Urlauber sind...feste Uhrzeit beim Essen etc. Stellplätze für Autos sind mit Schatten vorhanden.5 Minuten zum Strand und nicht nur diesen einen benutzen, denn wenn man mobil ist gibt es noch viele andere schöne Strände.Nach Tropea fährt man ca.7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Straße vor der Residenz ist je nach Verkehr etwas störend, nur abends beruhigt es sich. Schlafen kann man auf jeden Fall dort gut. Vielen Dank für alles !!

Nice place

We stayed for a week and most of the things were according to our expectations. Nice flat and a nice garden which gave shadow during the hottest hours. Nice also with the jacuzzi. The nearest beaches are very beautiful and not more than around 500 mtrs away. As you reach them by foot they are not invaded by people, on the contrary. The little village of Parghelia has som nice restaurants, bars and small grocery shops. To Tropea is a 25 minutes walk. The only things that weren't so good was that the wifi was very slow and sometimes it didn't work at all. Our house was also really close to a road. It was a bit disturbing sometimes. The kitchen could have been better equipped. We had to ask for a knife to be able to cut the bread, and we got one at once. There were no things at all to help us do the dishes. But on the whole it's a nice place and we were satisfied with our vacation.

Posto fantastico

Proprietaria gentilissima, l'accoglienza non sarebbe potuta essere migliore, il posto è molto curato tenuto benissimo, begli arredi e bellissimo giardino... Vicinissimo al mare una bella salita al ritorno ma in 2/3 minuti sei a mare, in una spiaggia paradisiaca chiamata "Vardano"

A wonderful relaxing holiday in a charming setting

This is one of the most perfect holidays we have had. Villa Giulia is a beautiful property, well maintained, clean and comfortable with views to Tropea and Stromboli. I can very much recommend it. We arrived at night from Lamezia Terme and we were welcomed by the owner with charm and hospitality. The 2 bedroomed villa we chose was well-equipped and very comfortable. In the morning we woke to see the substantial living area had a glass sliding doors onto a small private terrace, and the views were just stunning out over the sea to the Aeolian Islands and to Tropea which was an easy walk away. The property has a large patio area/sun terrace for outside dining area which includes a barbecue. The gentle tinkling of cow bells in the field outside added a real rural charm to this place. The owner was very accommodating, and although we spoke very little Italian, she organised the transfers to the airport and gave good advice on the area. There is a short walk to the village of Parghelia, which has patisseries, fruit and vegetable shops, a small supermarket and a very good butcher. From the villa we were able to walk to Tropea and its main beaches, and it was an easy walk to two smaller and very beautiful beaches not far away. It must be remembered that much of the area around Tropea is steep sometimes, although a 65 year old (me!) and a 9 year old managed without difficulty!!. The train station is just another short walk away, and from here you can travel easily and cheaply north or south along this stunning coast. I have been to this area several times before, staying either in Tropea itself or in a beach side resort. This property was a much better choice and I may well stay here again if we travel this way. I will always remember the most stunning sunsets when viewed from Villa Giula as the sun disappeared behind Stromboli each evening. The transaction to book this villa was very easy. The owner responded very quickly to our enquiry and the payment of the deposit was accomplished with ease. There was nothing that was difficult in the booking of the villa or the staying there. Our aim was to have a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the sun, with beaches nearby, close, but not in, Tropea. The property we chose, and the people who manage it, added substantially to the success of our vacation. We were there for just a week and were sad to leave.

Siamo appena tornati (fam...

Siamo appena tornati (famiglia di 3 persone) dalla vacanza che é stata molto piacevole e rilassante sia grazie alle condizioni climatiche, sia grazie all'appartamento che abbiamo preso in affitto. La descrizione fatta dai proprietari corrisponde a quello che poi si trova sul posto:il nostro appartamento aveva un bel terrazzo attrezzato che ci ha permesso di mangiare sempre all'aperto protetti da un tendone parasole;il giardino sottostante ben curato e ricco di fiori e alberi da frutta; abbiamo potuto utilizzare il barbecue in giardino a disposizione degli ospiti per grigliare il pesce pescato direttamente da noi in mare.A piedi si raggiungono in pochi minuti i supermercatini nel centro di Parghelia (ottima la pasticceria/), come a piedi si raggiungono le calette sottostanti che non hanno nulla da invidiare alla sardegna. Tropea é a qualche minuto d'auto per tutte le necessità e per le passeggiate serali.Un saluto alle Sig.re Ivana e Giulia che sono state gentilissime e attente alle nostre richieste e necessità.
