Home was clean, beautiful location and the pool was heated so that was a big plus for the time of year. Easy check in as well, we would definitely stay again.

Clean, great location, beautiful view and great access to all the ski resorts. Bottled water is not available anywhere in Frisco, make sure you stop before you get into town.

Perfect place for three, loved having the sound of the creek right in our “backyard” especially since it made any traffic/highway noise almost non-existent. Being able to peek at Mount Royal right off the balcony was great, too. We hiked it and Victoria, both well worth it if you have the energy!

Good spot walkable to downtown

Place was good, as advertised. Kids enjoyed the pool. River would be awesome in the summer with the windows open.

Loved this place, super close to Main St Frisco

We came up for some weekend concerts at Tenmile and enjoyed the holiday activities downtown especially the Wassail Fest. Great way to explore the town and drink a delicious hot cider! Loved our condo and the hot tub/pool/clubhouse directly across from it. Hope to come again in summer.

Great property!

This is our second stay at this lovely home and we highly recommend it! It is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The location is great—close to the slopes and shopping, with a bus shuttle within easy walking distance. The pool, sauna and hot tub just steps away is a bonus. It may not be suitable for seniors given the stairs but we would love to return in the summer months to enjoy the porch above the creek. We were especially pleased that we could bring our little dog. The Summit Resort Group is very professional and responsive and made sure our stays were good ones.

Place was nice

The place was nice, the power went out in the middle of the night on Friday Morning and we we unable to make breakfast, coffee etc. Also the disposal did not work and the sink was backing up which was a bit disgusting. Overall the unit was clean and cozy.

October 2020 Stay

This is our second visit to this wonderful cozy, updated condo. We went on several hikes with the trailheads easily accessible by foot or by a short drive. The kitchen is well appointed. The back deck overlooks Tenmile Creek, where we enjoyed the sounds of the water over the rocks. The beds are very comfortable and we found the condo clean and nicely decorated with a moose theme (and we actually saw a live moose in the creek)! This is a wonderful home away from home, and we hope to be back soon.

Couples weekend to Relax

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is so beautiful an the creek behind it brings tremendous peace. The town of Frisco is so cute and full of great shops, restaurants and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking (sometimes literally). If you aren't used to the thin air breathing in Colorado mountains can be tough for a few days. The condo was super clean and everything we used worked great.

Adequate for four people

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Richard’s condominium. It was clean and well equipped with necessary kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furnishings. One minor note is that the lower bedroom and bathroom area is less private and less appealing than the upstairs suite. A makeover of the furniture and furnishings, more closet space and a reconfiguration of the sink which is open to the hall and the door to the unit, would help the appeal and use of the bedroom and bathroom.

Great spot with a big hot tub and pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time skiing with my adult children. The location was convenient and we walked to dinner one night. Hot tub was large and well maintained. The creek out back is stunning. Kitchen could use a proper vent hood but was otherwise set. There is a grilling station by the dumpsters that I would have used but didn’t realize was there.

Great Location & Unit

Condo is just close enough to I-70 for easy access w/o having to go through town. Strategically close for a 20 minute drive to all ski resorts and doable walk to bus for Copper. Back porch has close beautiful rushing stream and view of mtns. Very private - nature only! Our trip was during the winter but we could imagine sitting there in better weather listening to the stream. Hot tub/pool 30 feet from front door. Parking in front of garage so garage could be used for extra storage. inside was nice and kept up. We chose a pet friendly unit but there were no signs or smells of previous pets. We like to stay in different places each trip but this unit will be our go to unit for Summit County.

We had a fabulous stay over spring break! The condo was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around so easy. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we especially loved the peaceful creek running along the back, it made for such a relaxing setting.The space was more than big enough for the five of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our time here and will definitely be planning a return trip!

March 2021 Stay

Happy New Year

It was a good experience as we were in family the location was great. The unit was a little dated and the bathroom, towels, bedding need to be cleaner. It felt as the pillows cases were not washed and the bed like straightened up not like fresh new ones. We had a good time on the holidays season. Thanks for the service the customer service over the phone with random questions was awesome!

I appreciate your response. The condo was renovated in 2020. The photos show the condo accurately. We remove all sheets and towels from the unit after every stay. New sets are brought in after every tenant. All laundry is professionally cleaned by a laundry distributor and not washed in the condo. Issues about the unit were not communicated during the stay.

Nice unit but check in/out not good

Place was nice but check-in/out process was not good. Email communication and technology was bad (multiple emails from different addresses and all having different information. Also required to get and return keys at office in Dillon which is inconvenient.

We are sorry that you encountered difficulty with our contactless check-in and check-out process. We had the spouse's phone number instead of the main contact who made the reservation and did not reach you by phone the day before check-in. We do this to answer any last minute questions and get a sense of when you will be arriving. We do have 2 guest contact systems -- email and our Glad To Have You App and we are doing our best to make sure their information matches. We are sorry for any miscommunication. At this time, many of our owners are more comfortable with using keys for entry versus an electronic lock. We are working with our owners so that they understand the guests' desire to go straight to the unit, and the choices in electronic systems. Thank you for voicing your opinion on this. We are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the stay! The location was great and the apartment was very nice. The only thing worth noting is Frisco has higher lead present in their water which we didn’t find out until we arrived. It would be nice to equip the condo with a filtration system or at least an note in description prior to people booking.
