Frustrated
Upon arrival, the ceiling in the master bathroom was leaking. They sent someone right away to fix it. That was nice. The AC in the basement never got below 75, despite asking both maintenance the HVAC tech to check it. At around 10:00 PM the first night the plumbing downstairs started overflowing into the floor the tubs in each bathroom. Being a health and safety issue we had to vacate at midnight. They could not accommodate us in a single cabin so our group had to split up into two cabins. This was our only option for the remainder of our stay. The point of getting a large cabin was for team bonding on our weeklong trip. I had to find other accommodations that could accommodate our group. The GM was great to work with and everyone was very apologetic. We are in the process of receiving a partial refund. I just caution anyone looking into renting this cabin or any at the resort. They are very old and in desperate need of major repairs.
