Dear Mr. Mc Cartney, We thank you for having taken the time to provide us with your feedback. It will definitely help us improve. We try to make our pictures as close to reality as possible to reflect the actual state of the house and insure an agreeable stay to our clients. The service of linen change can unfortunately not be included in our price, but if you would have requested it we would have provided this service with great pleasure for an extra cost. Regarding the loungers, the owner didn't put more because of the size of the terrace but we're going to do our best to convince him to put 2 or 3 more. With refence to the basic items, we do provide the minimum for the arrival day. One toilet paper roll per bathroom, a few dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, sugar, a soap per bathroom etc. We take note of all other comments and will do our best to improve.
