Great stay / great host

We had a great stay at the appartment. The appartment is very spacious and provides everything you need! Perfect for families. The communication with the host Bernardo was just perfect‘ he is very attentative and responds quickly! Thank you very much!

Peaceful and relaxing

The location is perfect, and the property itself is luxurious. It would benefit from some renovation, though, but you definitely get value for your money, and even more. We liked it a lot; communication with Bernardo was excellent, and all our needs and requests were addressed beyond expectations. Strongly recommended.

Short family summer break

Great apartment in a fabulous location. The apartment is very spacious with excellent air conditioning, the photos don’t do it justice. There are 3 pools, a tiny one for little kids, a large one for family fun and another one for some proper swimming. The beach is only 5 mins away and there are a host of restaurants within walking distance. We had a fantastic trip, thanks again Bernardo.

Idéal pour de belles vacances en famille

Très bel appartement avec tous les équipements. La résidence est très agréable avec 2 grandes piscines. la plage de sable fin à 5 min à pied. Bernardo à été très rapide et efficace pour répondre à nos questions. Il est très attentionné. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. C'était un super séjour en famille.

Huge, Comfortable, Well Located Apartment

We had a lovely holiday staying in this huge, comfortable apartment very nicely located one row back from the beach in the smart, well maintained area of Elviria. The apartment is on the first floor. The two (double) bedrooms are large with ensuite bathrooms that have good showers. Both bedrooms have double beds that cannot be separated into single beds, but there is an additional fold out single bed provided as well. The kitchen has everything in it necessary for a bit of self catering; the living space was roomy and comfortable. The balcony was also spacious and we made good use of the barbecue. The apartment complex is cleverly designed in an oval shape with the swimming pools in the middle, which meant we were comfortable letting the kids roam freely around them. There are two great pools: one larger shallower one for the kids; and a smaller deeper for swimming up and down. Both were clean, well maintained and the right sort of temperature - neither too warm nor too cold. The pleasant beach nearby is predominantly sandy; it gets busy, but has plenty of activities and places to eat. The one issue we had when staying at the apartment was that the air con was not working when we arrived. However, the attentive and responsive owner, Bernardo, took immediate steps to address this and the apartment is so large and well positioned we always had a bit of breeze to keep us cool. We were very happy with the apartment, the apartment complex, our dealings with the owner, the beach and the area generally, and would do it all again given the chance.

Spacious and ideally located.

Large and roomy apartment that is steps from Nikki Beach (make sure you try out El Laurel restaurant on the beach -- lovely view and awesome grilled fish over a wood-burning pit). The balcony overlooks the courtyard and pool, and is a lovely oasis. Although the apartment is slightly dated, it's extremely comfortable and has all the amenities (and more) that you need. The owner is super attentive and helpful, and you're only a short car ride from central Marabella or Malaga. Check out the Caves at Nerja.

Absolutely Fantastic

We had a truly fabulous time here in September. A beautiful apartment in a very impressive and well kept apartment complex. Super location for the beach which is stunning, as was the paella in the Perla Blanca right on the beach. There is a good choice of bars and places to eat about a 15min walk away. We just loved it and are returning in May. Marbella is just a hop away and taxis are aplenty and cheap. I would 100% recommend this place. Excellent service from Bernardo the owner and the staff on site too. Thumbs up from us.

A very good family place within walking distance to shops bars and most important to the beech.

It was great heated pool in the winter always good. Very close to the shops and bars and beech with plenty of beech bars. I did hire a car but never used it. The owner is great to deal with.
