海に面した2階建ての独立した施設：バーベキューとロッキングが施された上層階と大階段の庭園へのバルコニー付きで、ビーチへのプライベートアクセス。 地上階にはリビングルーム、ソファ、海洋風の家具、食器洗い機付きのキッチンが備わります。 上の3つのベッドルームにはバスルームとシャワーが付いています。 現在の洗濯機で小さな洗濯物をプレゼント。
家はカターニア中心部から車で約15分、シラキュース中心部から30分、フォンタナロッサ空港から10分、レンティニから車で5分、数メートル先には素晴らしいレストランやピザがあります。

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Remote work, direkter und privater Strandzugang, die Abwechslung zwischen Entspannung und Kultur: wir und unser Hund haben uns im Haus von Riccardo sehr wohl gefühlt und alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. Auto ist erforderlich. Äußerst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Dankeschön Riccardo !

We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage mit direktem Zugang zum ruihigen und leerem Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist da, sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen, etc.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten, villaähnlichen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ermöglicht es, bequem eigene Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Es gibt zudem zwei sanitäre Räume, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel macht.Besonders schön war es, morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und dabei die angenehme Atmosphäre zu genießen. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe und verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Sandstrand, erreichbar über einen kleinen Gartenweg – perfekt für einen entspannten Strandtag.Insgesamt ist dieses Ferienhaus eine wunderbare Wahl für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und Nähe zum Meer suchen.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, villa-style holiday home. La maison est spacieuse, vraiment très bien équipée, il y fait très chaud mais heureusement les chambres sont climatisées. L'accès privé à la plage est très appréciable ! Ricardo a été très disponible et sympathique.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Riccardo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und kümmert sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste.Die Lage zum Strand hin ist wunderbar, wenn man zu einem Restaurant möchte, braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Villa by the Beach

This villa was as listed with three bedrooms and two baths. The outside space had a nice mixture of sun and shade as well as lots of lounging, cooking, and eating space. The beach was a very short walk and was a really nice beach with clean sand and a nice stationary beach umbrella. While the bath towels were clean they were a bit threadbare. The pillows were also in poor shape. Overall, we loved this place! It was secluded, but not far from Catania which was lovely to walk through and see all the architect in churches, apartments and such. There were so many restaurants to choose from as well as gelato!!!

toller Urlaub

die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr abseits, dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Ricardo als privater Vermieter war immer erreichbar, hilfreich und total zuverlässig. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte vor Ort. Wir haben 14 Tage dort verbracht und handn uns wohl gefühlt. Danke Ricardo für den tollen Urlaub.

great holiday home on the beach

A beautiful holiday home to feel at home, very well-equipped kitchen, lots of space, spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, direct access to the beach. Mount Etna can always be seen from the beach, great excursion destinations and pretty towns nearby. Very friendly owner.

Wonderful Stay!

Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Easy access to beach, responsive host

Comfortable house, well supplied. Quite large and nice for large group. Nice outdoor lights bing space adjacent to other houses. 22 minutes to airport offered perfect place to launch day trips to Enna, Morgantina and Piazza Armerina which strongly recommend. Ricardo was very responsive to issues brought about by a powerful storm. In the US there’s a very different electrical system and he patiently came out immediately to reset everything. There’s an amazing lake a few minutes walk away that is very near to the sea where I got stuck me amazing sunset fotos. This place is perfect for families who want easy access to the beach.

Super Gastgeber

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage für einen Strandurlaub. Zum Meer waren es nur ein paar Schritte über einen Privatweg. Das Meer und der Strand selbst ist traumhaft und bestens geeignet für (Klein-)Kinder: sauber, menschenleer, flach abfallend mit Sandbank. Das Haus ist geräumig und die Räume sind auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung vollständig. Besonders zu erwähnen waren der Grill, die Spül- und Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlagen. Ganz besonders erwähnen wollen wir Riccardo. Unser komplettes Gepäck ging auf dem Flug verloren. Riccardo hat uns unglaublich unterstützt, viel organisiert und immer wieder seine Hilfe und Unterstützung angeboren. Lieber Riccardo, nochmals vielen Dank für deine enorme Unterstützung und dass wir - trotz der ganzen Umstände - so schöne Tage in deinem Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Marco mit Familie

Familienurlaub 2024

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub in Riccardo's Haus. Dank Riccardo haben wir auch am späten Sonntag Abend etwas zu essen und trinken gehabt. Die Vormittage verbrachten wir am nicht mal 50m entfernten privaten Sandstrand. Am Nachmittag ging es dann zum Sightseeing (Ätna, Catania, Syracus, Taormina etc). Alles mit ca. 1h Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in Doppelhaushälfte, großzügig und z.T. klimatisiert. Terrasse hinter zwei Häusern (kein Meerblick). Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Abgelegene Lage, ruhig bis auf die vielen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

If you're after a quiet place with sandy beaches at your doorstep, this is a perfect place. We rented a car and explored the island based in this villa. Ricardo was very helpful.

Große Villa mit tollem Strand

Die Villa war ruhig gelegen, man hörte das Meer rauschen und konnte über den eigenen Zugang schnell mal zum Strand gehen, der immer leer war, da es in der Nähe keinen öffentlichen Zugang gibt. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Da wir ein paar stürmische Nächte hatten, wurde uns nachts etwas kalt, da wären etwas dickere Decken schön gewesen. Ansonsten hatten wir keine Probleme. Riccardo der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Great spot!

A fantastic house, just a few steps from the beach, through it's own private gate! Perfectly set up for a family, the house is spacious with plenty of outdoor seating to catch the sun or shade. The location makes trips to Catania, Syracuse and Noto easy days out. With the sandy beach on the doorstep, I highly recommend this place!
