所有者だけが入ることができるプライベートビレッジに位置するヴィラは、エトナ火山湾と海岸の35 kmの景色の息をtakingむような景色が広がります。日没時には、ユニークな夕日を見ることができます。 孤立した、本当に平和な戸建別荘。村の中には、子供たちが簡単にアクセスできる2つの岩のビーチがあります。
インフィニティエフェクトプールのある海辺の庭園では、息を切らします。
ヴィラには2つのフロアがあります。

This villa is old and yet very charming. The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the bathrooms have been updated a bit. The outside terraces and views of Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea were the show stoppers for sure. Most beautiful views you could imagine and the private swimming pool with outdoor warm shower were an added delight. Fun place to stay with family and friends.

Amazing view, great host, tired property

First off, the view is amazing. We had a few hazy days when the volcano disappeared but it was still lovely. The pool area was a nice relaxing place to hang out. Pascal is a gracious host and easy to work with. The house was clean and spacious. The amenities are getting tired though. A few things are in need of repair. And it is a bit of a drive to get to anything. Overall we gad a good trip but the 9.8 review rating is a little high in our opinion.

Stunning house with stunning views

Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless.

We will be back

All aspects of our stay exceeded our expectations. Pascal was wonderful. The house is large and beautiful. The views are spectacular. We had the private chef Rosario and Isabella come to the house to cook our final meal for us and it was the best meal of the trip!

We had a great time and Pascal took Care of any issues that we had. The house and grounds are beautiful. I wish the path down to the beach was a little easier to navigate but we made it work.

Great stay for family of 8 in April 2025

We had a great stay for my family (7 adults and 1 infant) in April 2025. The home is very large and was plenty of space for our group. The outdoor area has a beautiful view, and the large window doors from the outdoor space into the first living room make for a nice and refreshing ambiance. Pascal was very responsive and helpful, and he met us at the property for check-in late in the evening after our flight to Catania was delayed by 3 hours. We also opted for the private chef for dinner one evening, which was wonderful. It is a little difficult to locate the property off the main road when first finding it, especially at night, but that was not a big deal.

Great Villa and Holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this Villa. Pascal was very helpful and gave us some great information of nearby shops and restaurants. He also recommended Isabella and Rosario to come and cook a meal for us one night which was fantastic. The villa worked very well for our group of 7 with all the immenities we needed. A very comfortable stay, glad for the aircon in the bedrooms as the temperature increased. To top it all off Etna gave us a show one night as we sat on the outside terrace. Thank you so much Pascal.

Wonderful stay

Good location and very nice property with a great view of Mount Etna. Pascal was a great host despite some communication issues and went out of his way to assist us. We did have issues understanding the process for accessing the community and would suggest having written instructions in different languages. We did have one major issue with hot water and would suggest updates to rectify the situation. Enjoyed our stay.

Imperfectly Perfect Property

Spectacular view across the Ionian Sea to Etna sitting on the lovely terrace or eating on the covered porch. Pool is great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are compact; but the house is spacious. We had issues with the fridge, kitchen needs an overhaul and hot water is finicky. Finding the house is a bit challenging; however, the property is a good base for touring Sicily’s east coast. Pascal was readily available to help and easy to contact for navigation guidance and troubles that popped up.

Extraordinary View

The setting for the home is quite extraordinary with a wide view of Mt. Etna looking across the Mediterranean. The home offers plenty of room for guests and Pascal was wonderfully warm and helpful in his welcome to the home and referrals to local markets, restaurants and the area. The pool is fantastic. The home is a 40 minute drive to Catania and 30 minutes longer to Taormina. While the home is welcoming, it could use a very basic updating, as there is limited hot water and the kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated.

A glimpse of paradise

We'd come to celebrate my husband's memory and scatter his ashes in the sea. We could not have found a better spot. Photos do not do justice to the setting: multiple levels, indoor and out, all spilling out onto a breathtaking view of an azure sea and Mt. Etna beyond. The kitchen was fully functional, the living spaces spacious and well appointed. From the house we had easy access to Catania and Siracusa, as well as to the neighboring fishing village of Brucoli, where we enjoyed a fabulous dinner. Pascal made himself available night and day via text and had ready answers to any questions we had. Isabella organized a brunch for us on our last day that was prepared on site and included two kinds of arancini and cannoli stuffed before our eyes. (Thank you, Lorena and Rosario, for both the feast and the delightful conversation!) A spectacular few days that truly gave us a glimpse of paradise!

Pascal nous a très agréablement accueilli dans sa villa qui n'est pas si facile à localiser. Nous y avons séjourné après Noël. La villa est propre et spacieuse. La vue est un peu exceptionnelle. L'équipement électrique laisse un peu à désirer avec un chauffe-eau capricieux.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Carmela sehr genossen. Es ist ein schönes, komfortables Haus und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist genial. Pascal, der Vermieter, ist sehr hilfsbereit und schaut darauf, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Alles in allem echt top!!

Breathtaking View

There are not words to adequately describe the view and outdoor space of this villa. One could happily sit all day and night filling your soul and senses. This villa is a family home that has been lived in , has many family belongings and is a little funky in places. Some doors and windows need some fixing . As others have said, it takes awhile for hot water but once it comes there are no problems. If you are couples travelling together beware there are only two indoor showers. (This is described in the description if you look at the layout of each room. ) But, the outdoor space more than makes up for sharing a shower or any other little concerns.We found it easy to drive to many of the attractions in the surrounding area. Pascal was very easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Thanks for a memorable experience of this beautiful area of Sicily.

Amazing Venue with special views

We had an amazing holiday week in Sicily. The house was as expected and the view did not disappoint! We effectively lived outside and in the shade as it was hot. Aircon worked well in bedrooms. We had everything we needed. We loved the veranda, the BBQ, the pool and the views. We even saw running lava one night on Etna. Check In, Check Out and minor issues dealt with efficiently by the owner.

Vue paradisiaque

Magnifique propriété . Vue exceptionnelle sur l’etna et la mer. Le paradis sur terre. Par contre quelques petits problèmes rencontrés pour l’eau des douches et les toilettes. Ainsi que pour la vaisselle. Pascal a été à l’écoute.
