This is a beautiful house with so much space; we were a party of 5 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone whether all together or doing our own thing. There is air conditioning in every room which was a godsend. The outdoor space is incredible. On the large covered patio there is space to comfortably fit two tables and chairs as well as a ping pong table, with room to spare. The pool was the absolute star of the show, by far the biggest we have seen at any villa. We spent hours in it every day.Everything is so well maintained, the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. The underground parking and basement were great; being able to park the car out if the heat was a real advantage. There is even a lift, not for people, to take the luggage and anything else from the basement to the kitchen. The hosts Vicente and Maria were particularly lovely. Comunication was great and they were there to greet us and show us around on arrival. They were so welcoming and helpful, responding to enquiries really quickly. We loved this house!!

Hello Cecilia, good afternoon. First of all, thank you for choosing our house to spend the holidays and we are glad that you enjoyed it. As for the problem of noise that you mention, it does not occur around the whole house, but located exclusively on the left side, which is where the work of three houses is located. In addition, the noise is very punctual and MINIMUM, since they are barely heard, since the work is very advanced (there are 3 houses and two of them are practically finished). We have been two full weeks before, and the noise has been minimal, in addition to the weekends employees do not work We imagine that your problem will have been some day and at some time very very very punctual. Receive a cordial greeting, Vicente Lorca.
