This modern villa is located in the heart of Mar de Cristal with its own private pool and secluded garden. The villa is 158 square metres and has a lovely garden, terrace and chill out area.
The villa is on one floor which makes it easy to live in and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. The lounge is a large open living space with glass doors opening out into the back garden and pool. There is an area for dining and just off this area is the fully equipped kitchen with all built in appliances.
The villa has parking, large TV and free wifi Internet throughout. This villa is ideal for a family to have a relaxing holiday or enjoy the short walk to the beach or to visit Cartagena, Calblanque or La Manga.
