This cosy 44 square metre apartment offers an ideal space for families of up to 4 people looking to enjoy the Catalan coast. Strategically located near the sandy beach, this accommodation is the perfect refuge for a family holiday.



The apartment has two comfortable and versatile bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, allowing flexible distribution for families with children. The bathroom with bathtub will make bathing children easier.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, allowing delicious and practical meals to be prepared during the stay. Although it does not have air conditioning, it has a terrace and garden where pleasant outdoor moments can be enjoyed.

Entièrement satisfait de l'accueil et du séjour

Le personnel de l'accueil est très sympathique et très serviable. L'appartement très propre dans une propriété également très propre, très calme et très bien située avec un parking privé (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Les commerces (commerçants très agréables et accueillants) et la plage (très propre) sont très proches. Personnellement, je ne vois rien à redire.

Semaine en famille

Nous avons été informés le matin même de notre jour d’arrivée que l’appartement serait disponible avant l’heure prévu du Check Ing. Dommage de nous avoir prévenu si tard. En effet l’agence fermant entre 13 et 15h et en comptant le temps de trajet, difficile de pouvoir en profiter. A la remise des clefs, la personne de l’agence nous a donné l’adresse d’un autre appartement… heureusement je m’en suis rendu compte. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, et son emplacement est excellent. La literie est de qualité. Malheureusement a notre arrivée, la couleur de l’eau chaude était couleur rouille pendant 3 jours. Il y a aussi un problème d’odeurs (remontées d’égouts)… nous en avons fait part à l’agence mais nous avons eu comme réponse : « il s’agit de l’odeur de la mer.. » Un camion de vidange est passé dans la semaine faire le débouchage mais ça n’a rien changé.. L’appartement est très mal insonorisé. L’équipement est sommaire. Un ventilateur, un sèche cheveux, wifi et télévision avec chaînes internationales seraient le bienvenu au vu du prix de la location.

Séjour agréable même si...

C'est un bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé Mais avec quelques petits problèmes: *l'isolation phonique quasi inexistante *la ventilation et/ou climatisation inexistante est très difficile à supporter par la chaleur de la région *la difficulté a avoir accès à une place de parking qui complique le séjour

Bien mais à améliorer

Très bonne literie 160x200 ainsi que les moustiquaires sur les fenêtres, bon emplacement de l´appartement Appartement à rafraichir: moustiques écrasés sur les murs, vaisselles limite ainsi que le rideau de douche, mobilier ancien mais fonctionnel, séchoir à linge rouillé & la clef d´ouverture portillon en ouvre que 2/4. Trop de travaux en période estivale dans les appartements environnants. Pas de changement de draps alors que prévu toutes les semaines nous avions prévu au cas où !!!!!!
