REMEMBER THAT IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE, EVEN LOOKING AT THE WINDOWS! Apartment in late 19th century building, completely renovated, refined and exclusive design, 5 minutes from the metro and Vatican museums. Located in the lively Prati district, full of clubs and shops. From here you can quickly reach the center of Rome! The house can accommodate up to 3 people: in the cozy bedroom with a double bed, in a small room in a single bed. The apartment has two bathrooms, one complete with all sanitary facilities, with a large shower, and the other with a toilet and a small sink. The beds, the kitchenette, the bathroom and the toilet offer all the comforts and accessories you could wish for! The apartment is ideal for families, served by the lift, it has only 4 steps at the entrance of the building. In the neighborhood there are all the most important courts in Rome. Appartment is very clean and nice. Good location. But the street is noisy in the morning and late evening time. There is very good market with fresh produce just steps away. Very convenient!

Very nice apartment in ROME near the Vatican

Very nice apartment, well located in a safe area. Close to the Vatican and the metro station. The owners were so helpful. Only good things to say!

Fabulous property

Apartment is organized, clean, and pretty. Location is about 3 blocks from bus stop and metro. Vatican is also walking distance. Frederica is very kind and patient (because we were late meeting her). She sent us ideas of things to do when it rained. The apartment feels big, and they include basics like salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer. There is a washer in the apartment and a laundromat down the street if you need a dryer.

Clean, beautifully decorated, well thought out renovation.

In addition, the location is convenient. Several buses and a nearby metro are all pluses. We stayed nearly two weeks and would have been happy to stay longer. Owner met us as she was standing in the street, waving her arms to signal we had arrived at her apartment. She checked on us frequently to be sure all was well. The elevator, second bathroom and comfortable bed...all pluses.

Modern and very clean apartment . Excellent location .

Location and area was better than I expected . You can reach most of the landmarks by foot . Also metro station is very close . On the next corner is the biggest market in Rome - Trionfale . Except all kind of local products , you can buy from there excellent pizza , cake , croissants , porchetta , bulk wine - good quality for 2-3 euro / litre . The area is full of good restaurants and tratoria / pizzeria . Apartment is with new and modern furniture , very clean and bright. The same is situation with the building . Federica is very nice lady , she arranged for us transfer from the airport , met us and explained everything . During our stay she was ready to help and support us . Great experience , highly recommend this apartment !

Fantastic stay!

If you are looking for the perfect apartment stay in Rome without feeling claustrophobic or missing the commodities of your house you have to stay here. You will thank me you did. The apartment is better than the pictures which is a rarety and a great surprise. Federica is a great host and will accommodate any and all your needs plus she is a great tourist helper with great hints on everything. The apartment has all conveniences in it and around it UPS/Office Depot/bakeries/ bars/nite jazz club/trattorias/ostarias/restaurants of all kinds and across the street the "Mercatto Trionfalle" supposedly the largest market in Europe. You can even have grocery shopping at 3 distinct close by Supermarkets on Sunday's. You can reach any point of interest from here being by Metro(two stations close by) or by bus a multi routed stop across the building, by taxi for fast immediate direct access to a place or by walking which is easiest way to enjoy once you get familiar of how centric you are staying. If staying long buy the monthly tessera it is worth it and you can use it on the metro, busses, trams, trains and people movers within the city however many times you need.(it's only30eur and trust me you'll thank me for it) Whatever you need you can find it close by and when the time comes to rest you won't find a better recharging peaceful tranquil relaxing place in the middle of Rome. This is a magical city but staying in the right place will make your Rome experience an unforgettable one. Have a nice stay here and you will thank you found this Gem in the City of Love Roma. Superbe appartement en parfait état bien situé

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Rome dans ce bel appartement de décoration contemporaine. il y avait tout le confort nécessaire. L'appartement est bien situé avec des commerces à proximité.Les propriétaires sont serviables et font leur possible pour répondre à nos attentes. Si nous retournons à Rome nous savons où réserver !

Siamo appena rientrati da Roma, abbiamo alloggiato in 4, siamo stati benissimo, appartamento accogliente ben arredato, provvisto di tutto il necessario al soggiorno, tutto molto curato, pulito e profumato. Vicinissimo al Vaticano, in una zona con molti servizi di ristorazione anche per noi che avevamo bisogno di prodotti per celiaci. Abbiamo gradito l'accoglienza da parte della proprietaria, molto cordiale, simpatica e prodiga di consigli per visitare la città. Claudio P.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due in questo accoglientissimo appartamento collocato in una posizione tattica, comoda e ben servita. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno sia in cucina che in bagno. Era tutto molto pulito. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole ed è stato bello chiaccherare con la proprietaria, disponibilissima, elegante e simpatica.

Casa bellissima, location perfetta.

La casa è molto bella, molto ben arredata e pensata per poterla vivere con piacere. Si trova in una zona di Roma perfetta per raggiungere il centro e per poterlo evitare restando in zona, molto vivace, ricca di negozi, ristoranti e di tutti i sevizi necessari. Federica ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza ed è stata sempre disponibile per info etc...una piccola, perfetta vacanza!
