Lovely villa with private pool in Ariany, Majorca center. It can comfortably accommodate 6-7 people.
This terraced house is just perfect for a summer holiday with friends and family. You can start your day with a large breakfast on the porch, overlooking the private pool. The 8 x 3.2 meters sized salt water pool has a depth between 1.1 and 1.6 meters and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a garden shower. Afternoons can be spend relaxing on the terrace or having a barbecue. There's an exterior bathroom with shower. As this house is in the village, there are next door neighbors.

Rooms are distributed over one floor and 120 m2. The living area with typical, stone lined wall and wooden beams is equipped with a sofa and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a vitro hob and some kitchenware is open to the dining area and another, small living area with sofa and wood stove. There's a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board available. We can supply one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests.

Guests can choose between three bedrooms. There are two rooms with a double bed each and one with a trundle bed. The house has one bathroom with shower, mirror, toilet and washbasin.

Ariany is a quiet and rural village in the center east of Majorca. The scenery basically consists in fields and rolling hills, farms and some old wind mills. It's just perfect for long strolls, hiking, cycling and enjoying nature. The highest elevation of this area is the hill Puig de Bonany, which rises 317 meters above sea level. It offers a wonderful panoramic view and visitors can see the Tramuntana Mountains in the West, the Pla Region in the East and the Bay of Alcúdia in the North. Nice beaches like Son Serra de Marina or Cala Millor are 20 km away.

Logement au top, facile d’accès, fidèle aux photos et à la description, village calme et beau à la fois. La maison est remplie de charme et agréable. La maison est propre et elle sentait super bon. Dans toutes les pièces il y a un bloc Clim réversible. Quand vous êtes dehors au bord de la piscine vous êtes seul au monde, dans votre bulle, dans vôtre cocon. En ce qui concerne l’équipement, c’est comme à la maison il y a tout, en famille c’est idéal, lit bébé, chaise haute, barrière pour lit enfant, etc. Cuisine et salle de bain très bien équipé, peut-être juste un petit manque au niveau de l’aspirateur. Le propriétaire est génial, il passe entretenir l’extérieur et la piscine avec un accès sans passer par la maison et il est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. De plus nous avons eu le droit à quelques petites attentions à notre arrivé.

A szállás egy gyönyörű autentikus spanyol faluban helyezkedik el. Könnyen megközelíthető, kiválóan felszerelt .Érthető a bejutás, a ház kiadó cég, gyorsan válaszol a kérdésekre. Az ágy matraca számunkra túl puha volt, így nem volt kényelmes.

Ganz tolles verschlafenes Nest, mit Supermarkt vor Ort. Alle größeren Ziele sind problemlos mit dem Auto binnen kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet. Man hat alles vor Ort was benötigt wird. Es war gepflegt und eignet sich prima für einen Fsmilienurlaub.

Superbe maison avec piscine privée

Très belle maison bien rénovée et décorée avec goût. Climatisation parfaite. Belle terrasse et piscine. Ariany est à 20 minutes de Playa de Muro. Petit village tranquille. Une supérette, une pharmacie.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit einem nicht einsehbaren Pool! Das Haus ist ein schöner Mix aus alter traditioneller Finca mit einem Anbau für die Küche. Der kleine Ort ist sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber funktionierte schnell und problemlos. Wer einen entspannenden Urlaub genießen möchte kann dies hier wunderbar tun :)

The owner was so welcoming and helpful on arrival. It’s a beautiful quiet location within easy reach of lots of fantastic places in the region to see the real Mallorca. My children loved the pool despite the cooler temperatures and I loved sitting in the sunshine for meals and coffees. Best oranges I’ve ever had were part of a welcome gift, much appreciated! Get to the local shop early for delicious pastries to enjoy. This is an ideal location if you have a car. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, quiet location in a lovely village. Easy to get to the whole island with a car but not in a busy tourist area. Easy parking on road outside the property. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you would need. Very comfortable beds (which is always a bonus). Spacious indoor accommodation and lovely outdoor space. We saw the owner once when we checked in and he was lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Top Haus für Familie mit Kindern, die gerne etwas fern ab vom Trubel sind

Wir verbrachten 10 Tagen in dem wunderschönen Haus und in der Stadt Ariany. Alles war super. Bei der Ankunft empfing uns der Besitzer und erklärte uns alles. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Zur Begrüssung hatte es sogar etwas Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine riesige Melone und Madeleines für die Kinder. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden in der Mitte unseres Urlaubs ausgewechselt. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Jeden Abend nach unserem Strandtag sprangen die Kinder noch mehrmals in den Pool. Er ist war zwar kalt, aber das störte niemanden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Steingrill und sogar eine Aussendusche und eine Aussentoilette. Der Pool und der kleine Garten wird regelmässig vom Besitzer überprüft und gereinigt. Ariany selbst ist eine kleine Stadt (ca. 30 Minuten von Alcudia entfernt). Touristen finden sich hier kaum, was uns aber sehr gefallen hat. Bevor man in den Ort fährt hat es ein super Restaurant, dass auch Take Away anbietet. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, wenn man die schönen Strände und Städte an der Küste besuchen will. Als Ausgangspunkt dafür ist Ariany jedoch perfekt. Wir können das Haus und die Ortschaft sehr weiterempfehlen.

“Wir fanden den Urlaub in der Finca wunderschön. Es war super, dass wir früher als geplant in die Unterkunft kamen und mit Desinfektionsmittel (Corona bedingt) begrüßt wurden. Wir waren mehr als begeistert über die tolle Ausstattung. Die Küche war bestückt mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, was wir so nicht gewohnt waren. Im Badezimmer gab es Handseife, ausreichend Duschhandtücher und es waren sogar Pool Handtücher vorhanden. Wir bekamen Wechselbettwäsche und die benutzte wurde nach der Hälfte des Aufenthalts abgeholt. Der Kontakt wurde mit Google Übersetzer super umgesetzt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, wunderschön ausgestattet und wir konnten richtig entspannen. Dies war nicht unser letzter Urlaub auf Mallorca bzw. in Ariany. Gerne wieder.”

Insbesondere die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Haben noch eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gehabt. Schöner sonniger Innenhof mit einem großen sauberen Pool, den wir bereits sehr vermissen. Danke für diesen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa, it was very well equipped with everything you might need, the pool was great and there was a lovely selection of fresh herbs in the garden, Ariany is a quiet town but it was just right for our relaxing week and we could drive to the coast, beaches etc within a 20 min drive, would return again for another tranquil stay
