Cosy chalet near the sea in Puerto de Alcudia, with nice outdoors spaces, welcomes 8 guests.
Outside you will find a fabulous furnished porch with a sofa and armchairs where you can rest, disconnect and enjoy a drink in the evening, before going out to have a walk around the area. There is another furnished porch, the perfect place to have lunch and dinner alfresco and enjoy delicious barbecues. There is a little lawn area for the little ones to play. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This great one storey chalet a simple but cosy style with all comforts to spend a fabulous vacation. From the first porch we enter the living-dining room. From the first porch we enter the comfy living - dining room that offers a comfortable sofa where you can watch satellite TV or read a book. Then the great dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and offers the basic equipment to cook during your vacation: ceramic top, oven, microwave,... There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms to rest in the house, all of them with a fan and a radiator. Two of them present a double bed, and one has a closet. There is a twin bedroom and a 80x185 bunk bedroom. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and a high chair on request. The accommodation features 2 bathrooms. One is inside the house and the other is outside, both with a shower. Four electric radiators complete the equipment.

The house is very well located in the area with all necessary services for vacation: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A sandy beach is only 100 metres away and is perfect for the kids as the depth level gradually downs and you can swim and enjoy the waves with no worries. The bus passes by every 15 minutes during summer and you can take to visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença
