魅力的なタロンギナの家は、太陽とビーチでの完璧な休暇に必要なすべてを備えた4人用の快適な家です。アルクディアの美しいビーチから200メートルの場所に位置し、湖と山への印象的な景色を楽しめる理想的な立地です。



マヨルカの太陽の下で日焼けできる2つのハンモックがある居心地の良い庭園で、屋根付きのバーベキューテラスで屋外の食事を楽しめます。リフレッシュできる水浴びのために共同プールがあります。



広々とした明るいリビングダイニングルームがキッチンとトイレに接続されています。寝室は1階に位置し、2つのバスルームに隣接しています：1つはシャワー付き、もう1つは浴槽付きです。家はWi-Fi、スマートTV、リビングダイニングルームと一部の寝室にエアコン、食器洗い機などを備えています。



独特な夕日を楽しめます。必要なものすべてにすぐ近くにある素晴らしい立地のおかげで、真っ白な砂浜と透明な海で知られるプエルト・デ・アルクディアの素晴らしいビーチからわずか200メートルの場所にあります。湖の周りを散歩して楽しめます。

Fine villa right at the Beach

Absolutely amazing

Accommodation was absolutely amazing. We've got everything we need for comfortable staying in this apartment. Location is very good 3- 5 min walk to the beach, and many shop and restaurants were very close. The apartment was very clean. There was air conditioning in each room. Very big and equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. And it was a great pleasure to have a cup of coffee in the morning with such a beautiful view on the mountain and lake. Hope to come back sometime ) Everything is great

Das Haus ist sehr hell und geräumig

Lage: Mit dem Auto sind andere Ausflugsziele sehr bequem zu erreichen, und in nur 5 Gehminuten gelangt man zum Strand. Außerdem gibt es einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge, was für eine offene und angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Ein kleines Schlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, daher denke ich, dass es im heißen Sommer unmöglich wäre, dort zu schlafen.

Amazing place

We loved the house, its location, and the garden views. Check-in and check-out were swift, and the house itself was very well-maintained. Thanks, and I hope to stay there again soon. Perhaps it would be a nice detail to make you a super host. You could leave a bottle of wine and simple daily items such as salt, oil, and coffee for the first few days. I recall in Marbella, they used to do this it's not a significant investment and will make people feel welcomed, especially when arriving late as you don't have time to go shopping.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement

Très propre et agréable pour 2 couples. Les 2 chambres à l’étage étaient très agréables avec Climatisation et terrasse avec vue sur l’étang. Situation idéale à pied pour aller manger aux restaurants, se balader dans les nombreuses boutiques et aller à la plage.

Super week in Alcudia

We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week.

Le logement proposé était parfait pour nos vacances entre amis. Il y a assez d’espace pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds et avoir son intimité. La localisation est parfaite, belle vue sur le lac et il suffis de traverser la route pour accéder à la plage. Le port n’est pas très loins et très sympathique d’y aller en soirée en longeant la plage. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. La Clim est non négligeable en cette saison ! Petit bémol pour la petite chambre qui n’en a pas mais en laissant les portes ouvertes nous avons réussi à faire communiquer la fraîcheur. Avoir une salle d’eau en plus de la salle de bain était très appréciable ainsi que 2 Wc ! Superbes vacances dans cette maison. La place de parking est très pratique mais un peu compliqué pour y accéder. Nous recommandons ce logement sans problème

Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung war super und die Lage perfekt. Die Matratzen in den Doppelzimmern könnten weicher sein und die Klima und einem der Doppelzimmer war etwas laut.

Perfect place to stay in Alcúdia!

Great location near a wonderful beaches, full equipped kitchen. In this house you have everything you need for the comfort stay. Amazing garden with a tree which makes perfect shade during hot days. I travelled with a kid and here I also had all necessities for the comfort staying with a baby.

Perfect location, beautiful beaches in walk distance

Great garden with tree which makes perfect shade during hot days. Full equipped house with all necessary things you need. We travelled with a baby and we have all baby stuff which was very useful. Highly recommended!

Sehr sauber und genug Platz. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Allerdings ein kleines Ameisenproblem in der Küche... War aber mit Anti-Ameisen-Spray in den Griff zu kriegen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

+Schönes sauberes Reihenhaus auf zwei Stockwerken mit Blick auf den See. Schöner Sitzplatz .Ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand, zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden. Anfänglich hatten wir technische Probleme welche aber vom Gastgeber sofort behoben wurde. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. -Matratzen sind sehr unbequem, dürften gelegentlich erneuert werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind eng. Unterhaltungsprogramm der umliegenden Hotels bekommt man leider bis spät am Abend mit, war sehr laut, und wir waren in der Vorsaison da. Pool war schmutzig Neue Matratzen

The house is nice, clean and very functional

The arrival/checkout were smooth and autonomous (there's a pin lockerbox for the keys, which is also very useful when the group splits). The proximity with the neighboring houses can be an issue if you're looking for a quiet place, especially in the garden. The exact location of the house itself is somewhat nondescript, but the Alcudia beach is very close and it's really nice, and there's a bus stop 1 min from the house which will get you to most interesting places quite easily, including to and from the airport (the bus service on the island is very good - at least the ones we used). Overall it does what it says on the box, and I'd recommend it for a sort of functional stay, not one of the 'lifestyle' variety. NB : the swimming pool did not seem to be in use during our stay there (28 apr-5 may).

Voltaríamos novamente, aliás não queríamos vir embora.

Mallorca ficou em nossos corações não só pela beleza local,mas pela estrutura oferecida e organização. Uma ilha repleta de atividades ao ar livre, praias paradisíacas e charmosas. A casa foi uma agradável surpresa pelo local que é ainda mais bonito pessoalmente e pela fidelidade às fotos.

Highly recommend. We were a family of 4 and had a blast! Great location, beach across the road, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Can’t fault it at all, just what we were looking for :)
