Great place to stay

This was our first time family trip to the Mammoth. The condo was great. We enjoyed stay there. The location was convenient and everything what we need were there( supermarket, cafe, brewery and trail.etc…)Also, there was a nice big kitchen and living room, enough number of beds, quiet and safe neighborhood, and lot of free parking space. We didn’t have time to use but pool, jacuzzi, sauna and laundry room were nice. It was so easy to communicate with Camille and Jasmin. We will be back again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay and truly loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of three. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. My wife especially loved the labels in the cabinet shelves. This is soooo us...lol.The space was cozy yet spacious, very well maintained, and you can tell the owners take great pride in the property. The location was excellent and made getting around Mammoth.Camille was very responsive and helpful with any questions, which made the entire experience even better. We will absolutely stay here again should dates coincide with our trip plans. I do recommend this condo to anyone visiting Mammoth, especially families. Thanks Camille!

This was a lovely condo. It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The location was great too. Unfortunately we had to leave 3 days early because of the poor air quality due to the Garnet Fire south of the area. We plan to come back next summer and stay here again.

We were unaware that this was not a ground floor Condo as the website presentation did not make it clear that it was upstairs with 15 or 16 stair steps (Not good for older people).The lower floor shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor. Also the lower floor bathtub needed an anti-slip mat , or at least a handrail.The upper loft could use some renovationss.

Great ski getaway

We stayed at this condo at the end of the ski season. Overall great experience, easy check in / out, and the place is as described. The one thing to know is that the 2nd bedroom (upstairs) does not have a door. It’s private enough given it’s upstairs, but no noise isolation from the rest of the unit. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay there again.

Wonderful condo for skiing over spring break!

Very clean, well kept condo. Kitchen also clean, and well stocked with cooking items, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Bedrooms with comfortable beds, and dressers to unpack into. Condo layout great for a family. Complex nice, quiet, with plenty of parking (even with heavy snowfall). Very convenient to Vons. We plan to come back!

We are both transplants from Massachusetts over 30 years ago. We met after we came back from college, one from University of Miami, the other from Penn State. We now live in work in Southern California, but enjoy an escape to Mammoth whenever possible.

We have been going to Mammoth as renters for over 30 years. It was primarily for skiing. Now that we own a place there, we have learned that this area is great year round. Also, having grown up on the east coast, we didn't realize that there was anything but icy conditions. Here in CA, we really got spoiled with the great ski conditions, even during the not so good snow years. We look forward to our escape from Southern California up to Mammoth as often as we can. We've decorated it to be comfortable for us, so we hope our guests appreciate the thought put into the big and little things.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We took a couple of years of research to find the right place for ourselves, and hope our guests enjoy the condo for some of the same reasons. This particular complex, La Residence IV, provided the perfect balance of convenience, yet not the congestion of places like the Village. You can walk to the shopping, movies or Vons, just a block or so away. You can get the bus right outside the parking lot and be on the mountain in minutes. It has nice amenities available per the season, and always has the spa to relax at the end of the day. It is also south facing, so you can enjoy the sun streaming in all day long. There are lovely pine trees to give the privacy from the surroundings. We've also met some great neighbors in the complex and the manager is friendly and available for needs that come up.
