Overall, the condo was cozy and had everything we needed—and even more. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, toiletries, dishwasher pods, spices, trash bags, and dishes. The location was excellent and close to everything. The dishwasher, stove, and oven all worked great.A couple of things could be improved: the heater in the bedroom didn’t work, though the portable heater provided worked fine. There was also a missing outlet cover in the living room. I do wish the place had been a bit cleaner, as it was a little dusty and there was some hair in the bathroom.That said, the host was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble starting a fire in the fireplace, and he even called us to walk us through it.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful amenities and great host.

Our room was clean and well organized with a very nice kitchen and impressive quality of utensils and appliances. It had a nice cozy living room with a fireplace. The bed was comfortable and everything that you need is here for a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable place. A bit on the small side but comfortable 2-4 guests. Secure grounds, great latin market across the street with amazing food.

Fantastic condo

We stay here often when visiting our son. Centrally located. Beautiful condo with everything you need i side. Easy communication with the owner. Our first choice every time we come to Mammoth

Good location in center of town.Queen size bed should have been disclosed in listing. Some dish-ware not clean, bottle caps left from previous visit.Shower pan feels like it is not supported, soft, lots of cracking noises. Lots of dirt, dust on shower fan, baseboard, walls in bathroom. Outdoor deck, sliders, windows & furniture dirty.

Quiet, cozy and central to Mammoth

This is a quiet, warm (I stayed in April), and very comfortable apartment. I particularly liked the fully outfitted kitchen which was easy to use for cooking meals. It was very easy to jump onto the main highway to visit June Lake, the Mammoth Lake Loop and the hot springs. Most importantly, it was a beautiful easy drive of about three hours from Reno International Airport. I plan to stay there again next year for a possible trip to Mammoth.

Lovely spot!

The unit was very clean and nice, with a super comfortable bed, cozy living room, and better than expected pull out bed in the couch. The large tv in the living room is a definite plus. The kitchen was great, and the bathroom was very clean. Loved the hot tub, and easy access to the shuttle. Rite Aid, Latin Market, Nick and Willy’s, and Grocery Outlet are super close, which is super convenient. I enjoyed the stay, and had a great weekend skiing in Mammoth.

Convenient and clean

The property was clean and had everything we needed. As seen on other reviews, I was surprised the stove light had not been fixed. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Mammoth Ski Stay

Cozy and good for the price. Lots and lots of little shampoo bottles, towels, and toilet paper. Convenient to town amenities. There was no firewood despite listing mentioning firewood. Firewood lighters barely worked. Light above stove was out. Needs three-prong extension cord to use laptop at kitchen table. Crumbs on pullout bed.

Last minute trip

Good last minute booking. Owner was very helpful with questions. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. My only complaint would be the walking and party noise from unit above, it was insufferable, but not rentals fault.

Wonderful and convenient

This was a well-appointed property that had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Mammoth. It’s conveniently located for access to the slopes after a short drive, as well as very near restaurants, Vons, etc. The place was immaculately clean, had all the appliances and accoutrements we needed, and the living room TV is also notable for its large size and high quality picture.
