Perfect Paris stay

Location was ideal - easy to get to the main attractions, cafes, market very close - apartment had everything for a week stay - and elevator was a plus. Would recommend for your Paris stay.

Perfect stay in Paris

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. Serge was very communicative, and we wanted for nothing as far as accoutrements. The apartment is immaculate and just as described in the Vrbo details. The location was great and out of the way of the summer crowds but very close to the metro and sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend this apartment in Paris

A great stay in Paris!

Do you want to experience living in an elegant Parisian street? Serge's apartment is then a great option for you! The apartment itself is as described in the pictures. It is very comfortable for two people. It also feels cozy, like a home. A great place to relax after a long day visiting Paris. It super close to Metro Poissonière, comfortable walking distance to the Gare du Nord. Several supermarkets and restaurants close by. Walking distance from Montmartre's sightseeing. Serge is very friendly and it is easy to communicate with him. He cares about his guests.

The real deal - a Paris Apartment

We loved our stay at Serge’s apartment! It was a real home with all the wonderful aspects that one would imagine; a marble fireplace, beautiful moldings replete with surveying faces, a kitchen decked to the nines, a washer - on and on. So cozy and it met our every need. The location in Montmartre was convenient to everything but since it was in a neighborhood- it was as quiet as you’d expect it would be. Serge as a host was fabulous - warm, welcoming, accommodating- a lovely human. We’d stay again if he felt the same! Thank you Serge!!!

Fabulous stay - beautiful apartment!

We were so excited to stay in this apartment for 3 nights during our stay in Paris to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Serge was a great host and very prompt responding to my inquiries. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is well appointed and close to the metro, and we felt like we were part of an authentic Parisian neighbourhood. We felt so lucky to stay in this wonderful spot and are appreciative of Serge’s hospitality.

Pleasant Location

Wonderful location close to train station and Metro. Lots of restaurants close by. Good for a short stay. Only comment is that there is a lack of closet space to hang clothing for a longer stay. Enjoy!

Prachtig, charmant appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. In een rustige straat gelegen, met in de directe omgeving veel eetgelegenheden, winkels en een fijn groen parkje. Het apartement is comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven.

Très bonne communication, facile à rejoindre le propriétaire. Une espace propre avec le metro, une boulangerie et les courses a deux pas. J’apprécie la petite ascenseur, a la fin de la journée de ne pas avoir besoin de monter les escaliers ! Très bonne séjour sans soucis à Paris.

Great apartment and neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay very much in this lovely and very clean apartment. It was my first time staying in this neighborhood and it’s an excellent location from which to explore Paris in all directions. There are many good restaurants along rue maubeuge. I enjoyed restaurant Pristine and the patisserie Mamiche. I look forward to returning.

The Dream Parisian Flat!

I needed to be in Paris for a few days for work. My partner came with me, and we booked this beautiful apartment. A well-stocked kitchen, cosy bedroom, and a lovely bathroom. Everything about the place was just spot on. If I need to go back, this is where I'd love to stay, every time! The owner was communicative and polite and was there to meet us and show us around. Such a good experience!

Charming Paris apartment in the 9th

The apartment was truly lovely and very conveniently located. Close to many Metro stations and within walking distance from the Gard Du Nord which is where we arrived by train from the airport. This apartment is what you think of if you fantasize about living in Paris. There is enough character to make it charming and modernized in the right places (kitchen & bath) to make it very comfortable. There is also a small elevator so you don’t have carrying your bags up 3 floors. Serge was the perfect host, helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

3 day Paris getaway

Serge’s apartment is even better than pictured, had tasteful decor, is very well-equipped and comfortable! It’s location is very convenient. We took a bus to Saint Lazare train station twice and the Poissonaires metro stop is nearby. Lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, butcher shop, and bakeries all very close. We loved being there! There’s even a small family-friendly park just down the hill. We walked to Montmartre area. Serge was prompt meeting us at the agreed upon time. He had lots of suggestions for restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! (A few details: for those who might need the toilet very close to the bedroom: it’s about 20 feet from the bedroom, next to the living room. Separate bathroom is next to the bedroom. Tiny new elevator up to 3rd floor was convenient for luggage.Tight squeeze for two adults riding it, minus luggage. No closet. Used large drying rack to drape clothes on. There are a few hooks and hangers for jackets by the door to the apartment. Good size refrigerator and modern appliances!)
