House was perfect. Perfectly located between the town, the lodge and peak 9 chair lift. The house had everything we needed. House nicely decorated and stocked for the little things needed while traveling. That meant a lot!!!! Host was the best… and invest in the chalet parking. Soooooo perfect and worth it!!!!! We will be back!!!!

The host was very responsive to situations present during our stay. The power shades had issues resulting in a temporary fix that worked adequately. The amenities available to us at the resort were excellent.

The host is a delight to work with, the unit is beautiful and the location can't be beat!! You are just a hop, skip and jump from main street. Also loved using the rec room facilities near by - sauna, steam room, hot tubs and workout equipment. 5 stars for sure!!! X0

Great place and great location

We stayed at this property during the shoulder season and had a great time. The owner stocks the place with everything you would need. Great location easy access to downtown.

This was an amazing unit that totally suited our family needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils as we opted to dine-in a few of the nights. Check-in was seamless and efficient as the digital key made for easy and stress free access.

The unit is conveniently located on bottom floor making it easy to ski-in and ski-out. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift, pool, hot tubs, or downtown. If you want a room with a view though this unit doesn’t give you much to see other than a few trees and the street. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Was disappointed in the lack of toiletries that were supposed to be included. Had to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex. Didn’t have adequate towels in every bathroom either. One wash cloth and one hand towel in a bathroom isn’t enough. This is more of an issue with cleaning staff than unit, but something to be aware of and we probably could have called manager and had it taken care of, but we just made do. The TV’s in all 3 bedrooms never worked because they could not get a signal. Luckily, they had DVD players. The TV in the living room worked part of the time, but 2 of our 3 evenings it also lost signal and we were unable to watch. Again more of an issue with the internet than the unit, but something to be aware of.

Phenomenal condo and location

Spacious, clean, well-stocked, everything you could need. Great communication with hosts. Location can’t be beat - definitely ski in/out plus storage for skis. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy, perfectly situated.

Love, love, love the condo at the village of Breckenridge. Everything was perfect: location, room sizes, beautifully decorated and wonderfully stocked. Have stayed in Breckenridge many times, but this was hands down the best!

Beautiful home and Perfect place to stay!

Perfect place to stay for playing in the snow or going downtown! Stayed a full week and couldn’t have picked a better place. Walk right out the door to the slopes or to Main Street for shopping and dinning. Owner gave us all we needed to know for our first trip to Breck and was very responsive, even though we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat 'The Gathering Pointe'. . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! This property has it all with it ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.
