Rosa: A special holiday home in L´Escala

Beautiful house for tourist rental with private garden and communal pool in L'Escala.

Casa Rosa is decorated with great taste and style, the wooden beams, vintage objects and carefully chosen decoration make this house a unique place for your holidays.

The private garden of the house and the communal pool shared by only 5 neighbors, the table with chairs, the barbecue and the sun loungers are offered to the guests to enjoy the outdoors.

The house is located in a quiet area, 150 meters from the Natural Park of Montgí, where there are perfect paths to enjoy cycling or walks in the forest with fantastic views of the sea. At the same time the house is only 15 minutes’ walk from the Riells beach. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

In the house you can’t smoke, but it is authorized in the garden.

In total in the house can sleep 6 people (one bedroom for 2 people with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (beds-nest).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11,90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
