Spacious recently renovated apartment with sea views, private entrance, and parking in the quiet Saguarda neighborhood. It is stylishly furnished and decorated, offering all the modern comfort you need.

The large, bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens onto the terrace with glass sliding doors. In winter, a large wood stove keeps you warm. The kitchen features a 90 cm stove with oven, a smaller separate oven, and all the appliances you could wish for. On the terrace, you'll find a plancha (a gas grill plate), a small Kamado barbecue, and a dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one with two single beds (80 x 200). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. A separate toilet, two bathrooms, one with a double shower and the other with a second toilet. All bedrooms overlook a small patio where you can find a large Kamado barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The apartment is equipped with a smart TV with Dutch and French decoders that offers most European networks, as well as Google Chromecast, high-speed internet, a stereo system, and a WIFI printer.

In the high season (July, August & September), the use of the communal swimming pool* is included. A (paid) tennis court is just steps away.

From the apartment, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Cadaques, as well as to the Parc Natural de Cap de Creus, an excellent starting point for jogging, hiking, and mountain biking.

*State of emergency in Catalonia due to extreme drought
To address the drought in Catalonia, the government has decided to declare a state of emergency in January 2024. This means that new measures will be taken to restrict water usage.
The first phase of the state of emergency results in a limit of 200 liters of water per person per day. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your water usage during your stay.
Additionally, it is no longer allowed to fill or refill a swimming pool. Our communal pool is filled, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refill during the summer.

Nice short stay

We had a pleasant stay in Cadaqués. The apartment is spacious with convenient privat parking. It is on a quiet street with a path leading down to the city center. Dog friendly location. The apartment is well equipped. It has the feel of being someone’s home not just a rental.

Peaceful & Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay above the beautiful village of Cadeques. It is a bit of a hike uphill from town, but well worth the view and peaceful surroundings. The condo is fully stocked. Our only negative comment is the strong odor of tobacco throughout the condo. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Wonderful place and apartment

Everything was perfect. Really beautiful apartment that is decorated with taste and with excellent equipment. Great views also. We were 6 in the apartment and there is plenty of room. It's 5 to 10 min from the town center and we loved Cadaqués. Fully recommended and we shall more than likely go back.

Great location, clean, but the electrics kept tripping out.

Clean and spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge. Only downsides were faulty electrics so tripping out quite often and the fire created a smoke smell. House keepers were great and very local. Cheers, Chris.

Recharging our batteries in the calm of Cadaques

All as described in the listing with a lovely flair. What was so appreciated was that everything was where you needed it - generous kitchen supplies, extra blankets, towels, soaps. Clean and fresh. Balcony with view was where we spent most of our time during the day. Close enough to town center to have a stroll or meal. Dali museum is next door. This owner knows what she's doing.

Great Stay!

This was a lovely property. We appreciated the timely communication with the host before, during, and at the end of our stay. The property has a dedicated parking spot, which was very convenient. It is tricky to find the property, so be sure to get explicit directions from the host (GPS can't located it accurately). We especially appreciated the super air conditioning in the bedrooms, as it was very hot when we were there. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious. The only issue we had was that we couldn't get the microwave to work. The outside terrace is beautiful and has a peekaboo view of the sea in the distance. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable beds and linens. We also enjoyed the large, community pool (we were the only ones there when we used it--it is a bit tricky finding the entrance to the pool). The WiFi is strong and easy to access. It's a short drive into town with convenient central parking, grocery stores, and restaurants on the beach. This was wonderful stay and we would happily stay there again the next time we visit Cadaques.

Une semaine à six, début mars, en famille, 2 couples et nos deux filles de 20 ans. Logement conforme aux photos, très bien agencé, ultra bien équipé et très propre. Très bonne literie. La cheminée est très agréable et fonctionne parfaitement. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ou les personnes en charge de l'accueil sont de grande qualité. Les environs sont magnifiques et se prêtent aux sorties aussi bien culturelles que sportives. Bref un séjour au TOP !

Cadaques im Herbst

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Oktober verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage fanden wir ganz toll, mit Blick auf das Meer. Wenn man Trubel sucht, geht man ins wirklich schöne Städtchen runter. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig (zumindest im Herbst). Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut funktioniert, alles gut beschrieben. Der Empfang vor Ort war auch gut organisiert. Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Really nice place and well-equipped; relaxing stay.

Great apartment, very well kept and super-equipped kitchen. We felt very comfortable there. Nice view across to the sea; it is located at the very top end of the town, the walk to the sea is about 12 minutes; nice to go down, quite steep back up. Check in and contact with the local caretaker (living right around the corner) was very pleasant and went super well. Overall: happy to recommend this apartment for a nice week in Cadaques.

Beautiful view, quiet and tranquil

This property feels more like a home than vacation property as it has everything you need and is beautifully cared for. The terrace is spacious, has loungers and an excellent grill, and enjoys views of the lighthouse. The location is set back and up from the village but there is a footpath to access the village within 5 minutes.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Malgré un léger couac à notre arrivée (la conciergerie n’a pas été avertie de notre venue donc le ménage n’était pas fait. Problème résolu 1h30 plus tard), nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement conforme à la description et très bien équipé.

Wonderful week in a lovely flat with sea view

We spent a lovely week in this flat which is very cozy located in a very quiet place with many furniture to cook. I strongly recommend this flat for family and friend. We also enjoyed the pool of the residence
