Apartment Normanni Unit 2 (Mansarda Camelie)は素敵でリラックスしたご家族での休暇をお楽しみいただけます。
忙しい地域や夏の群衆からはほど遠いですが、ビーチや海を楽しむのに十分近いほどです（直通で1分歩くだけです）。

アパートメントは新しい家の1階にあります。 それはそれ自身の独立した入り口であり、静かな環境でリラックスした時間を過ごすために、エアコンを含むあなたが必要とするすべてを備えています！

アパートメントは、キッチンコーナー付きのリビングルーム/ダイニングルーム、婚礼寝室1つ、シャワー付きエンクロージャー付きのフルバスルームで構成されています。 リビングルームには2つの寝室があるソファベッドがあります。

アパートのすぐ外側にある素敵なテラスは、午後に本を読んだり、朝食をとって海の景色を楽しんだりするのに最適な場所です。
また、6月中旬から9月末まで、スイミングプールに無料でアクセスできます！ 無料のほとんど砂浜のビーチは歩いて1分のところにあり、専用通路に直接アクセスできます！ あなたは近づくことはできません！

最寄りの町はCampofeliceで、徒歩5〜10分以内にバーやレストランがあり、スーパーマーケット、タウンセンター、ベーカリー、その他のバー＆レストラン、アイスクリーム店などは徒歩3〜20分、徒歩20〜30分です。

チェファルは車でわずか10分、パレルモは30分です。 どちらも電車で行くことができ、駅は3Kmです。

北海岸の中心にあるこの場所は、シチリア島で数多くの日帰り旅行ができるように、シチリアの他の地域を訪れたい場合にも理想的です！ 主要高速道路のジャンクションは、ヴィラからわずか5kmです。 これにより、エトナ島、アグリジェント島、シラクーサ島、メッシナ島、トラパニ島、カターニア島などの島々のほとんどの場所への日帰りツアーが多数開催されます。

Fantastic location

The best part of this rental is the location. It’s one of 8 houses (4 on each side of the street). The beach is on one side houses and a private pool on the other. You can sit on the outside porch and see the sea. There is easy parking. And there was a train very close as well. There is a close Conad grocery. A man comes every day (about 11:15) with fresh bread and pastries that he sells out of a white van. The owners of all the houses live below. The top part of all the houses are renters. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The hostess and her husband made us feel so welcome. The only down side is that it’s a roof apartment with a sloping ceiling, so you have to watch your head a little, but you get used to that. Very clean. And a very lovely shower.

Sehe schöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt dort war durchweg wunderbar. Sehr nettes Ehepaar zur Begrüßung. Der Strand unmittelbar ist ein Traum. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Relaxing stay with great pool and beach.

The apartment is very nice and extremely clean. It is decorated with a seaside theme but has sloping ceilings so 'mind your head'! The pool area is very good (we were lucky as only one other couple there when we were - it may be crowded in high summer). The beach is right there but no amenities. It was more remote than we had thought so I think you would definitely need a car if you wanted to visit around the area. We thought we would have been OK to walk to the station or the supermarket but this was not possible due to busy roads that had to be crossed. Paolo & Aurelie (Rentals Italia), were very helpful and arranged for a driver for us to get to the station. A few minutes walk to a good bar Pub55 which is open every evening until late and serves some food. It is a perfect for a relaxing break.

Très bon séjour

Résidence très mignonne et agréable. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé niveau linge de maison. Piscine à quelques mètres et plage à 5min à pied via un petit chemin piéton. Aurélie et Paolo nous ont bien accueilli. Nous avons passons un excellent séjour. Seul petit bémol la musique forte dès 10h00 à la piscine qui nous réveillait... Il faudrait attendre 11h00

Sehr gepflegte und ansprechende kleine Anlage

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt aufs Meer. Der kleine Privatstrand (Sand und Steine) ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Da wir Ende Oktober da waren, waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Für uns ideal, weil wir die Ruhe mögen. Die Ferienanlage ist außerhalb. Ohne Auto oder Fahrräder wäre man ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

bellissima..piccola ma ben organizzata,la mansarda rispecchiava perfettamente quello che abbiamo letto sull'annuncio,posizione,descrizione,servizi offerti,grande gentilezza e disponibilita' dei proprietari,era in ottime condizioni,pulita,ben posizionata,era la seconda fronte mare,ho contato trenta passi per arrivare sulla spiaggia,quello che l'inserzione non dice e' che c'e' anche l'animazione quotidiana del proprietario, un personaggio simpaticissimo e fuori dagli schemi..vacanza meravigliosa

The apartment Normanni offers all the comforts for a nice and relaxing family holiday.
It is far enough from the busiest area and summer crowd but still close enough to enjoy the beach and the sea (only 1 minute walk with direct access!).

The apartment is located on the first floor of a brand new house. It is has it's own independent entrance and is provided with all you need, including air conditioning, to spend a relaxing time in a quiet environment!

The apartment is composed of a living room/dining room with a kitchen corner, one matrimonial bedroom and a full bathroom with shower enclosure. The living room is provided with a sofa bed which can be used to have 2 more sleeping places.

Just outside the apartment, a nice terrace will be the perfect place to spend your afternoon reading a book or having your breakfast while enjoying the view of the sea!
Also, from mid June to end of September, you will have free access to the Swimming Pool! A free and mostly sandy Beach is just at 1 minute walking with direct access on a private path! You can't be closer!

Cefalù is at only 10 minutes driving and Palermo is at 30 minutes. Both can be also reached by train, the train station is at 3Km.
The place, being at the center of the northern coast, is also ideal if you wish to visit other parts of Sicily as you can make many day trips over Sicily! The main motorway junction is at ONLY 5 KM from the villa. This will allow you to organize many daily excursion to most places over the island such as the Etna, Agrigento, Siracusa, Messina, Trapani, Catania.

We can also help you on booking guided excursions offering a 5% discount on the local prices.
The apartment is ideal for families looking forward to a beach holiday in a quiet area.
