This homelike villa, located near Manacor in the east of Mallorca welcomes 6 people.
Located in the urbanisation Son Talent, this amazing house features a private, 7.1 m x 3.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. Around the pool, lay back on one of the six sun loungers, refresh yourself by the exterior shower or have a tasty BBQ with your friends. The owners planted fruit trees on the plot and depending on the season, you can collect fresh lemons, oranges, plums and greengages. The house offers several terraces, great for al fresco dining. From the kitchen you have access to a chill-out terrace, ideal for a romantic get-together.

The interiors are a blend between traditional, Majorcan style and modern elements. The light-filled rooms have unique details, for example the stone-lined wall of the dining room. This room has access to the fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob. The sitting room is a nice space to read a book or watch a film on the satellite-TV. In front of the kitchen, you will find the laundry with tumble dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and one twin bedrooms. One double bedroom has a shower bathroom en-suite. Additionally, there is a shower bath on the ground floor and a bath with bath tub on the upper floor.

This home welcomes you in summer as well as in winter, as it has three fans and underfloor heating. On the floor -1 you will find the garage, which gives you access to the house. There is parking space for two cars. Apart of this, there is sufficient outdoor parking space on the plot.

This enchanting house is just two kilometres from the city of Manacor, famous for its pearl factory and high-quality furniture shops. There, you can go for shopping or try typical food in one of the local restaurants. The via verde, formerly an old tramway, is nowadays a popular trail for hiking and cycling.

A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the east coast with many lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is famous for its sand beach, the harbour, excellent restaurants and the famous Drach Caves. This caves will surprise you not only with its stalactites and stalagmites but also with the subterranean lake called Llac Mantel. In Cala Millor you can have a drink in one of the pubs or visit the safari-zoo, where your children will have a lot of fun. Last but not least we would like to mention a few more sand beaches: Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Ilot and Cales de Mallorca.

We had a fantastic stay at Gaspar his home! Very neat and big house with a really nice swimming pool. He was ready to help whenever we needed something. The only watchout is that the navigation might send you the wrong way (there are 2 ways and 1 way is a dead end), but once you know this, you don’t get it wrong anymore. We would love to come back one day!

Outstanding

We read previous reviews regarding the heat of the property and being Scottish we booked with some trepidation but as the villa looked stunning went ahead anyway and so thankful that we did. The property is spotless and spacious with loads of outdoor and indoor space. Yes, I would agree that the villa is hot but probably no hotter than we would have expected but on arrival we were delighted to hear that good quality brand new air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms. I think this addition takes the villa to a whole new level. There was a small leak during our stay but the owner Gaspar arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to fix. Outstanding service Gaspar and thanks again. Within the property there are new good quality mattresses that make sleeping a pleasure and there is also an addition of a large screen TV in the lounge for evening viewing. Good quality kitchen utensils and plenty of glasses etc make cooking much easier. Travelling with teenagers the WiFi requires to be good and I had no complaints from my kids both inside and outside the premises. The pool is perfect for 6 people with steps leading in and gradual depth towards the deep end. It also remains warm through the day you so can swim early morning or late at night. The property is remote and you will require a car to get there although we walked to Manacor in 30 mins. The owner does provide some bicycles for you to use. The Garage is an added bonus if you hire a car. Great villa.

Lovely villa but unbearable without air conditioning

Stunning villa but lack of air conditioning made it unbearable. Unfortunately I booked before noticing there was no AC. We arrived at midnight and the house was hotter than any place I’ve ever been. Finally got to sleep at 4am with a wet towel over me. The next day had to buy 2 industrial fans for £150 but even with 2 fans on us and the ceiling fan it was unbearable and barely slept for 10 days. If you do anything apart from sit still you’ll be dripping with sweat. Cooking in the kitchen is unbearable due to the heat. The house is clearly build for the winter as one side of the house is made of a huge amount of glass ( very unusual for a house in the Mediterranean) as this acts like a greenhouse to heat the house through the day. The bizarre thing was that you could go out onto the bedroom balcony and it be really cool but back in the house it was like and oven. I’ve never seen a house retain heat like this. I don’t think you can realistically rent this house out in summer without AC. It’s unbearable and ruined the holiday for us. The house and pool and grounds are stunning but we wouldn’t return. With AC it would have been perfect. The only other issue is no bin collections- you have to constantly drive your rubbish and recycling into town to certain bins which is not great when you are supposed to be on holiday.

Wundervoll

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt. Das Haus wurde uns detailliert erklärt und im Kühlschrank fanden wir eine landestypische Leckerei und Getränke und Obst vor. Das Objekt ist super sauber und der Pool wurde 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Das Haus und das Grundstück wird vom Vermieter sorgfältig gehegt und gepflegt. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und danken Gaspar für seine Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Finka ist wirklich sehr schön und in einem guten Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es ist alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über richtige Klimaanlagen, die super funktionieren. Der Pool ist wirklich sehr groß, also perfekt! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Keller gab es auch Schirme, Kühlboxen und ein paar generelle Strand Sachen. Ebenfalls gibt es auch eine Tischtennisplatte und Fahrrädern. Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass die Nachbarn zwei Hunde haben die Abends die ganze Zeit bellen. Wir sind dann immer auf die vordere Terrasse gegangen, da war dann Ruhe. Und man muss sich bewusst sein das die Finka wirklich sehr abgeschieden ist, ohne Auto würden wir diese Finka nicht empfehlen. Alles zusammen hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können diese Finka wirklich nur empfehlen.

Die Finca hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Finca und hat uns mit einer frischen mallorquinische Ensaimada (Gebäck) und Wein empfangen. Die Villa war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Backpapier, ein Fön, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Badehandtücher sowie Sonnenschirme für den Strand etc. waren vorhanden. In der Tiefgarage standen Fahrräder über die wir frei verfügen konnten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch bezogen und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Generell war die Finca in einem super Zustand und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Schlafzimmer wurden mit einer modernen Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sodass wir Nachts unbeschwert schlafen konnten. Der Gastgeber war super zu erreichen und auch der Check-out hat einwandfrei geklappt. Ich würde die Finca jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Perfect Vakantiehuis - Ruim Comfortabel Schoon

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in dit mooie huis. We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door host Gaspar. Grote ruimtes, lekker koel en zeer goed uitgerust. Het zwembad was erg fijn, ook was er een verwarmde buitendouche! Dit huis is een absolute aanrader, als het kan kom ik graag nog een keer terug!

Den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca zu genießen, war nicht schwer! Sehr viele gemütliche Sitzecken rund ums gesamte Häuschen und eine überaus bequeme Hängematte. Der sehr gepflegte Pool ist groß genug, um dort ein bisschen zu schwimmen. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Finca ist man mit dem Mietwagen sehr schnell am Supermarkt, sowie auch an schönen Buchten in Porto Christo. Das einzige „Manko“ ist unserer Meinung nach, dass in den Schlafräumen keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.. Nachts kühlte es kaum ab, wir mussten uns mit nassen Handtüchern aushelfen. Für uns kein Problem, sollte man nur bei der Auswahl beachten, falls man drauf Wert legt :)

Preciosa vivienda

La casa es preciosa, muy bien equipada y con todo tipo de confort. La ubicación no está al mismo nivel dado que está al final de una calle sin salida y un poco alejada, compensa el paisaje, la casa y sus servicios y la hospitalidad y atención del propietario.
