Mayfair

First, our hosts were absolutely lovely. The property was well appointed and the location is one of the best in London in our opinion. Second, we had a delightful seventeen days and given this was our first time to ever to use the VRBO service our hosts made the process easy. Third and finally, we would highly recommend this property and its wonderful owners.

Good experience

Apartment very well located, with good bathrooms and mattresses. Very good kitchen too. Needs to improve the clarity that enters the bedrooms when the day dawns. It’s not easy to sleep after that. Andrew is a great person, an excellent host. We had a warm welcome. Highly recommend.

Superb

This home is really spectacularly good. Comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and efficient. Its two bedroom, two bathroom configuration makes it ideal for a family or two couples visiting London together. (We were the former - an old couple providing a grandson with his first travel abroad, but we can well imagine the latter.) Your host Andrew is exemplary in every way - communication before and after your stay, helpfulness with advice of all kinds, and gentlemanly in approach and demeanour. But the aspect that makes this place perfect is, of course, its location. The edge of Mayfair, and therefore within easy reach of every place and thing that makes London such a deeply intriguing and satisfying city to visit. You can’t do better.

The perfect London VRBO

Can not recommend this property enough. The home is beautiful and in pristine condition and the location in Mayfair right near SoHo is absolutely perfect. My friends and I were able to walk to various points of interest and being so close to various underground entries and a 2 minute walk to the new bond street station on the victoria (i think) line made getting to the airport a breeze. Andrew was extremely nice, responsive and helpful. He even provided us a long list of great restaurants close by that were great. would 100% stay here again if we go back to London.

Amazing location, and perfect flat

I stayed in Andrews flat for just under a week. Andrew was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. He gave me all kinds of Resturant recommendations. And all kinds of other pearls for the neighborhood. The apartment/flat is spacious, clean and well-appointed. I even cooked a couple of times and it was easy to find everything. There is a cute little Italian place just downstairs which is perfect for snacks or light meal. All the shopping in the world is steps away. And you have access to two different tube stations, Bond street and Oxford circus with in a blocks walk. I could not recommend this place more!!

The owner was superior in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay

The location is close to all shops, cafes, and the buzz of being in London. The home is furnished very tastefully and is equipped with everything you need. The owner was so helpful during our stay and replied promptly to any questions we had about the home or for recommendations on dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host, apartment, and location

Andrew is a consummate professional providing fast, courteous, and personalized customer service. It’s like having a top notch, personal concierge. The apartment is nice and the layout and furniture made it very comfortable for the four adults in our party. The location is also incredible being in the heart of the shopping district, right next to SoHo, and nearby lots of great little restaurants in Marylebone. The only thing keeping my review from a 5 in all categories is the noise. Loud music every night from either a neighbor in the building or a club/restaurant next door, drunk people making lots of noise on their way from SoHo to the tube, and early every morning noisy garbage pick-up and delivery trucks. Nothing Andrew can do about this, but it could be a significant negative for some parties. Bit without the noise, Andrew could easily charge much more, so it is a great deal if noise doesn’t bother you much.

Great place to stay in Mayfair

We had a lovely 5 nights at Andrew’s property in Mayfair. Location was perfect - just of Regents St and around the corner from Oxford Circus tube. The property was as advertised, and Andrew had some great tips for places to eat near by. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful flat in Mayfair

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It is a very nice flat with all the comforts of home. Can’t say enough positive things about the owners. Every step of the process they were so great. My daughter was I’ll while we were on our trip and the owner even provided his personal doctor’s information. The flat is in an excellent location, near parks, shopping, food, transportation. We had everything we wanted eighth at our doorstep. The flat also had quality furnishings which make it that much easier to feel at home away from home. Next time we visit London we will certainly stay at this flat.

I am a private equity investor who was born and in Buckinghamshire which is located about 40 minutes away from Mayfair.I have worked in mayfair since 1991 when i started my first company.I now live 300 yards away from this property on New Bond street.

This property was our main home from 1999 to 2013 my daughter actually owns the apartment above. There are only four apartments in this listed building.Location Location location!! You will not find a more central home than this.If you want to live in London's premier district.Mayfair has everything one could want, over 40 michelin star restaurants, theatres ,opera ,ballet ,galleries, parks,Private members clubs Casino's and every designer shop one could want within a five minute walk of your front door.
