ヴィラは、ビーチから150メートル（階段）、車で200メートルです。ポロスの中心からの距離は、徒歩で15分またはバス/車で5分です。
アパートに入ると廊下があります。
右側には、海の景色を望む3つのベッドルームがあります。
他の施設を除く各部屋には、/ c、テレビ、マルチキッチンプライベートベランダ、プライベートバスルームがあります。 廊下の左側には、すべての設備を備えたマスターキッチンがあります。

Great apartment with beautiful charm and character. Great hosts who provided us with the basics such as water, coffee, bread, ham etc to get started!!5 minute walk to Askeli beach. Great location. Anything I needed, Maria was on hand to assist. Poros is amazing as is this apartment!

Paradise Found

I could not have found a better place for my month long visit to Poros . The accommodations were perfect with private balconies and spectacular views The truly unexpected was the kindness and generosity of my hosts They welcomed me and my family to join their family and friends They made this an amazing trip of a lifetime Joe

Stay at Marias and Elias' place

Very enjoyable stay here

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property had everything we needed including lots of space and great views from the balconies, plus it was clean and very peaceful. The owners, Ilias and Maria, were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Inoubliable la vue de la terrasse et l'accueil de Maria et Elyas qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Le lieu n'est pas de tout confort (infrastructure sanitaire et cuisine "basiques") mais on s'y est senti bien : plusieurs espaces de terrasses et jardins extérieurs, paix royale. La vue surplombante de la terrasse sur la mer se paye évidemment d'un escalier à gravir pour remonter de la plage juste en contrebas ...

Calme et très agréable

Appartement fonctionnel à 2 pas de la plage d'Askeli (la plus agréable de l'île avec des enfants) les terrasses face à la mer sont un bonheur. Maria et Ilias sont très charmants et vraiment prévenants. C'est un plaisir de les avoir rencontrés.

Traumhaft schöne typisch griechische Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt der gesamten Familie (Eltern, mit beiden Söhnen 25 und 27 Jahre alt ,Schwiegertochter mit Kinden David 6 Monate und Lea 2 einhalb Jahre) in der Ferienwohnung mit 3 Zimmern war traumhaft. Die Vermieter bewohnen das Haus im Parterre. Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nette und sehr hilfsbereite Menschen, haben uns bei Schwierigkeiten sehr unterstützt und geholfen. Die Zimmer sind alle mit kleiner Kochgelegenheit und kleinem Bad mit Dusche und WC, sehr nett typisch griechisch eingerichtet, des weiteren gibt es ein Esszimmer mit angeschlossener Küche. Von den Balkonen hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war traumhaft und wir werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen!

Vacanza in relax e buona compagnia

Siamo Tornati pochi giorni fa dalle nostre vacanza a Poros; Villaloula, la casa di Maria ed Elias è stata perfetta per noi (eravamo 4 adulti e 3 ragazze di 11/13 anni) spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Maria ed Elias sono 2 padroni di casa gentili e sempre disponibili nel dare informazioni o accompagnarti nel caso non si disponga di un mezzo di trasporto. La spiaggia più vicina (Askeli) e poco distante e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi; anche il centro città e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. L'Isola è frequentata prevalentemente da Ateniesi, persone cordiali, allegre e molto socievoli. Buona vacanza!

Spacious summer apartment with sea view.

Our family with kids spent a wonderful month in July-August in apartment at Villa-Luola. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house is situated very close to the main Blue-Flag rated beach of the island surrounded with a lot of restaurants and taverns. There are stairs to reach to the beach as the house is located on the hill. It is around 5 story building elevation. We were using it several times a day. The sand beach is busy but not over crowded even for the pick of the summer season, so we could always find a sunbed available. The water stays clean and calm even on a busiest day. Water ski and donut rides are available near the beach. Nearby restaurants and bars provide service on the beach as well. There were two superstores with everything necessary for vacation within ~10min walk from the house. Apartment had air conditioned spacious bedrooms with wide balcony providing a nice sea view from the hill and surrounded with nice garden and trees.Each bedroom had a washroom, not very big but very sufficient. Nice outside illuminated patio in the garden was also at our disposal. Each bedroom had a fridge. Kitchen had everything that was necessary to prepare breakfast or dinner. Dining room to accommodate everybody was also useful. Nearby restaurants we reasonable price and differ in menu so tried several and there was a lot of them within 10 min walk. There was even more of them downtown within 20min walk. Taxi cost ~5EUR to get anywhere downtown. A lot of bikes, scooters and small ATV rentals around you can use to discover the island. Swimming pool with water slides, recreation area and a restaurant is within 15min walk. We are greatly thankful to the owners Elias and Maria for their hospitality and readiness for help if anything is required. We liked their company and warm atmosphere of Mediterranean lifestyle. We enjoyed convenient apartment and unscheduled vacation days where everybody of us could arrange and manage their time as they want. It was very convenient for a family with kids. Thank you Maria and Elias for very pleasant and memorable vacation that all of our family had.

A LOUER SANS HÉSITER !!!

Nous avons louer dans cette propriété du 02/07/2016 au 09/072016. Notre séjour fut idyllique !!! cette une magnifique maison typique très propre dotée d'un magnifique jardin ombragé où l'odeur de jasmin et toutes sortes de fleurs vous enivre.Nous avons apprécié La climatisation dans les chambres qui sont très spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain, la douche est toutefois un peu exiguë, mais c'est les vacances! Un grand merci à Ilias et Maria qui sont des personnes formidables ,ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de notre séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
