テラスエリアは本当にアパート全体の話し合いポイントです.2つの巨大なテラスエリアがあります.1つはリビングルームのフレンチドアのすぐ外にあり、広い屋外ダイニングエリアがあり、雨が降ると屋根裏にあります。あなたの本を読んだり、ワインを飲んだりするだけです。

Alcossebreにある5つのブルーフラッグビーチの1つであるRomanaビーチへは徒歩2分ほどで、アパートは町の郊外にありますが、徒歩で15分ほどでリラックスできます。ルート上で停止するには、ビーチに沿ってクライミングフレームや子供の遊び場もたくさんあります。誰もが楽しめるものがあります。

Alcossesbre自体は非常に静かなスペインの村で、ここでは乱暴なバーや深夜のクラブは見つけられません。ちょっとリラックスした冷たい雰囲気があります。

街は夏の休暇の間に変わります。若い家族でいっぱいです。これらの時代から、騒々しい休暇を過ごすことで、Alcossebreは非常に静かに戻ります。できるだけリラックスしてくつろいだりするのが好きです。

Excellent! Everything was as expected and better! Communication with owner was always quick and easy. Location was fantastic being within an easy walking distance to the town and beaches. The apartment was fantastic. Super clean and had everything you needed for a self catering stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was never busy, and we loved having all the outside space and relaxing on the wonderful terrace. We'd highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful

Beautiful apartment with more than generous terraces for sunbathing, dining or just chilling. Lovely views and sunsets / sunrises / sea. Had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose again. Close to all the amenities including the beach. Very clean, stylish and well managed. Lovely vacation and vacation home.

Un apartamento fantástico

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento durante nuestras vacaciones. Es justo lo que buscábamos: un apartamento cerca de la playa, pero con una piscina privada que no estuviese abarrotada de gente. Nos recibió Steve, muy simpático y amable, incluso nos ayudó a subir las maletas. El tamaño del apartamento es ideal para cuatro personas. Estaba limpio, decorado con gusto y con muchos detalles. La cocina es reducida, pero perfectamente equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora...). El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente en el comedor y dormitorio principal. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el de las dos camas están equipados con ventilador de techo, aunque en el dormitorio pequeño haría falta también aire acondicionado, el ventilador puede ser insuficiente en días de calor. Pero lo mejor sin duda del apartamento es su enorme terraza, donde hemos podido disfrutar juntos de desayunos, comidas y cenas. Las vistas a la montaña son muy agradables. El apartamento no tiene ascensor, pero la verdad es que no nos ha importado mucho, sus dos tramos de escaleras se suben con facilidad. Hemos disfrutado de la piscina prácticamente sólos. Es una piscina de buen tamaño, rodeada de cesped y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Es una comunidad muy tranquila. Volveríamos sin duda.

8 relaxing days after visit to Granada, Cordoba &Toledo

Property is 2nd line from beach. Short walk to beach and 3 local restaurants. 30 minute walk into Alcossebre and lots of restaurants. Reasonable supermarket 5 minute walk and massive one in Alcossebre. Peñíscola is well worth a visit as is Benicàssim. Both about a 30 minute drive away. 2hr train journey(slow local service) takes you into the centre of Valencia. Well worth a visit. Apartment was very quiet in September with a fantastic large pool. The apartment has the benefit of 2 massive terraces. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental property. Owners have put a lot of thought into set up of property. All in - great property. Only negative points are lounge has only one large sofa for three. If four adults are staying there would ideally be another comfortable seat. Also not used to paying an additional charge for WiFi. 2nd bedroom needs two bedside lights. Only one provided. Overall superb apartment - best suited to a family of four. Rental is definitely great value for your money. Would revisit if in area.

Terraza espectacular, apartamento funcional.

Destacar que en el mes de julio la urbanización está muy tranquila, la piscina y zonas comunes muy cuidados y limpios. El apartamento muy bien equipado con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Estuvimos con bebés muy cómodos.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Berge!

Hallo Julia, vielen Dank für die wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sehr gut ausgestatteter Terrasse (Holztisch mit Holzstühlen und Sonnenliegen) Es ist ein schöner Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Bad mit Dusche, komplett ausgestattener Küche, einem klimatisiertem Wohnzimmer und übeall mit Außenjalousien. Es gab einen sehr großen Pool mit Kindesbecken und zum Strand waren es nur 5 Minuten die Straße hinunter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir können die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal von Familie Matcel F.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this nice appartement. Amazing terrace with view on the mountains and sea! Communication with Julia and Dawn was very good. Location of the appartement is perfect. I would certainly recommend for many reasons!

Un séjour très agréable

L'appartement est dans une résidence très calme et proche de la mer et de commerces. Il est confortable et bien équipé. La grande terrasse est très agréable. Tout était très bien et Julia s'est montrée très souple pour décaler la réservation en raison de la situation sanitaire.

Good value for money ,slightly smaller than other 2 beds we have stayed in but well worth it as the huge terrace area allows for great privacy giving the impression of a villa rather than apartment.We will defiantly be back!

Paradise revisited

The best apartment we have ever stayed in, period. The lounge is spacious with air con and a huge pullout sofa bed. The kitchen is well appointed with all the mod cons you need, the bedrooms are modern and spotless. The two bathrooms are also modern and fresh, some can be dated by comparison. The balcony is simply peerless. It is huge and has dividing roller blinds for shade. The host Julia is a lovely lady, communicative and accommodating. Stop looking this is the one for you. Clean, modern, and the balcony wow. Definitely be back 😁

A lovely stay in this spacious apartment.

Well situated and peaceful, the apartment had a fantastic terrace for eating and relaxing when not on the beach. Plenty of towels for use and comfortable beds. Pool was very clean though not quite warm enough to use this time of year. Excellent information folder. We have very much enjoyed our holiday

Spanish get away

Not living in Europe, we found the directions to the property very difficult, especially after a trans Atlantic flight & drive from Barcelona, the property was clean & efficient, but no welcome package of any sort, not even salt & pepper, if we had arrived late, would have been out of luck as everything closes. Even a 'heads up' would have been appreciated. A very minor thing, instructions on the appliances, very different to what we have in Canada, had to use the trial & error approach. We had a very nice 5 days, good area for getting around, nice beach, plenty of restaurants.

Nice apartment in a nice place.

Just returned from 10 days in Alcossebre. The apartment is just like you see in the photos, spacious, clean,well equipped and fantastic outdoor space. Location is close to a number of sandy beaches, restaurants and bars. Walking into Alcossebre you have a more varied choice of restaurants at competitive prices. One word of warning, don't trust your sat nav. We were sent on shortest route which turned out to be narrow gravel/chalk track. Follow N340 until CV142 that goes into Alcossebre and then follow instructions. No hesitation in recommending this property or Alcossebre which is very Spanish.

I am a very busy working mum with two children Summer and Finley, myself and my partner Neil have been together for 34 years this year, it has been our dream for most of that time to buy an apartment in Spain, we just never found the perfect place.
Being busy the majority of the time, with work, home and the children, my favourite things to do are spend time with friends, going to gigs, listening to music and being in the sunshine on holiday, so Neil surprised me for my 40th birthday with a trip away to Alcossebre to go to Benicassim Music Festival, I went with five other girls, we all spent a few nights at the Festival but spent the days laying around on the beach and sitting in bars in Alcossebre, from that very first day I knew I had found that perfect place we had been looking for to buy our 2nd home.
After flying home from our short stay myself and Neil began our search for that perfect property, after a few visits and what seems like viewing hundreds of properties we were shown Serena Mar in September 2015, we fell in love with it straight away, we completed in January 2016...
We now just now can't wait to spend as much time there with family and friends as possible, and enjoy it to the full, in fact it's that nice we want to share it with everyone.

Serena Mar is a real home from home, the apartment itself is a lovely manageable size with all the home comforts, it's clean, bright and modern..
The outside space really is something else, the terrace area is huge, so you can spend lots of quality time outside if you want to have a lazy day, morning or afternoon chilling at the apartment, it's all there..
We looked at a huge amount of properties in Alcossebre, we know we are very blessed with having so much outside space as there really aren't that many apartments like this on offer.

Again I supposed the unique benefits are the terraces.
Downstairs terrace has a lovely space for dining and chilling, it has shady areas as well as sunny areas, with lovely potted plants and great views, you can chill to your hearts content.
Upstairs on the roof terrace is the place for sun worshippers, the sun remains up there all day, and boosts stunning views..
There is no barbecue or outside cooking facilities!
