私たちのカントリーハウスは、田舎やリスボン近くのビーチと調和した素晴らしい休暇の機会を提供します。

リスボンの中心部から17 km、空港から25 km、コスタダカパリカのビーチから3 km。

私たちのカントリーハウスは、カプチョスの化石の崖の上にあります。 広さ2500 m2のエキゾチックな植物がいっぱいです。 プールとバーベキューもあります。

ゴルフコースと乗馬学校の隣、ビーチの近くにあり、家族での休暇に理想的な場所で、子供や若者に適しています。

Great stay, awesome outdoor amenities!

Stayed here with a group of 15 graduate students. We loved using the pool and outdoor barbecue area. The hosts were very accommodating!

Nice size and host very helpful. With 10% more TLC and facilities it would be an amazing venue.Seems set up as a converted B&B so swallowed ten guests with ease. Kitchen set up was industrial and could use dishwasher and washing machine.Outside area and pool were lovely but we felt it was a bit cheeky to charge 25 to use the pool table.We would use the villa again!

We had a great stay with 12 friends

The house is really beautiful, pictures do not reflect how beautiful the house is. You have everything you need inside for a nice stay with a group of friends or family. Bedrooms are also really nice and each has a private bathroom. We'll come back!

A perfect girls break

A perfect break for ten ladies wanting a weekend away together. The Villa is spacious, the pool area is amazing, and it’s close enough to go into Lisbon but still have the benefit of a villa with pool, not far from the beach. A little hard to find, but we worked it out.

Lovely house, well equipped but not a stroll to the beach!

I loved the slightly retro feel of the house. It has bags of character. The pool is a great feature. All the bedrooms are very big and beautiful each with an en suite and balcony. On the map it looks as though you can get to the beach easily - because of the hills/cliffs you have to walk about 40 mins. I didn’t mind this but if you have children or limited mobility that would be a problem. There’s certainly a rustic feel to it - goats in the front garden. Again I quite like these little quirks but others may not. The kitchen has all the equipment you could need. I loved the house.

Maison avec piscine bien agencée

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison avec piscine bien agencée à 30 minutes de Lisbonne. Cela nous a permis de rayonner chaque jour dans un nouveau coin. La maison et le jardin sont spacieux.La maison est bien agencée avec des chambres bien isolées et équipées chacunes d'une salle de bain. La maison n'est pas climatisée mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition dans chaque pièce, ainsi que des boules anti moustiques.Nous avons regretté l'accès payant au billard qui s'explique par le risque de casse en cas d'accès libre.Un bémol sur la localisation de cette maison qui se situe dans le couloir d'atterrissage de l'aéroport. Les chiens de la propriété sont adorables mais forcés d'être mis à l'écart lors de notre séjour ce qui les a rendu bruyants malgré les efforts du propriétaire.Le propriétaire est agréable et a essayé d'être arrangeant sur certains points comme la mise à disposition de lits d'appoint pour les enfants.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse avec une belle piscine

Maison spacieuse avec des chambres agréables qui permettent de passer un séjour en famille en ayant chacun son espace. La piscine est top également. Paolo le propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique. Seul bémol, les équipements dans la cuisine sont parfois insuffisants ou trop petits, un lave linge serait un "plus" appréciable.

Lovely break

Everything from booking and signing in on arrival went smoothly. It's a lovely big house. Nice location and no too far from the local supermarket costs €4 through Uber. I would definitely book again!

Lovely place to stay, spacious clean and comfortable.

The property has a great layout, is clean, light and was a great fit for our family holiday. The hosts were great and accommodating when we needed things. E.g firewood. The hosts provided travel cots & highchairs for our babies which was really helpful. The nearby beach is beautiful and Lisbon is a short trip away. There are a number of dogs in the nearby location that caused some unwanted attention, particularly when we tried having a bbq outside- there was continuous barking! Paulo was quick to respond to all our enquiries and needs and was a great host.

Es ist schönes geräumiges Haus mit schöner Außenanlage&sehr nettem Gastgeber!

Der Gastgeber ist immer hilfsbereit gewesen.Wir entschieden uns für ein Auto,was ich auch so weiterempfehlen würde,da die Wege über Berge und nicht gepflasterten Straßen gingen(Strand,Bushaltestelle,Supermarkt),trotzdem ist alles nah dran. Es war alles sehr sauber,am 1.Morgen um ca. 7:30 Uhr kam der Hausbesitzer,der mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt,um den Pool zu reinigen. Bei der Kaution waren sie außerdem ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert! Man sollte vllt noch wissen,dass es nicht in jedem Badezimmer Türen zum Zimmer hin gibt und nachts viele Hunde bellen,also sind Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen :)

A very beautiful house not far from Lisbon

Paulo and his family have been really nice and very helpful. The house is really great, big, with a huge garden in which you can grill and swim in the swimming pool. The neighborhood was really quiet and safe .

Fantastic weekend in Caparica.

The property was great and had everything we needed. Perfect for a large group wanting some space, which is harder to find in Lisbon. Paulo and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Great host!

Paulo was an amazing host, very welcoming and always available to help. We were a group of 11 girls and the house couldn't be more perfect for us! It was very spacious and actually looked better than in the photos. The best part is the garden, great for relaxing and having fun in the pool after a barbecue! Easy access to Lisbon by car/Uber (20 minutes). Would definitely recommend!

Perfect hollyday at Paulo's house

We spent 3 days in this beautifull and huge house, the garden is great too with a lot of vegetation, you have all the comfort you need to enjoy your stay, 6 nice bedrooms with there 6 private bathrooms, big living room at ground floor and a kitchen as big as one in a restaurant! Moreover the owners are really nice people and I think we will return there. Thanks for all Paulo

Nice house with some issues

We stayed in this house for 4 days last July. The house is quite nice and big. There is a swimming pool, Bbq, big living room. We really enjoyed our stay in general. But we had some issues as well. First of all the bbq was quite dirty when we arrived. We had to go to the supermarket and buy cleaning products before we could use it. I would say that cleaning status of the house when we arrived was not the best. The furniture in the house is quite old but thats all right, at the end we spent most of the time on the swimming pool and the terrace area. Our two main complains about the stay were the next ones: First of all there is a billiard table in the house what we really enjoyed until the owners let us know that we had to pay 20 euros per day used.... They reduced this amount from our deposit even after they checked that we left the house clean and in perfect conditions. Second the owner goes to the house every day without previous notice and in our opinion that is not acceptable. We had a great time in this house but it could be perfect if it was not for these problems that could be easily solved. PD they will ask you to pay the deposit and second payment of the house in cash instead of taking this amount from the credit card that you use to book the house.

The perfect house with a beautiful garden! Ultimate group destination. 5*****

Stayed here for a long weekend with a large group of girls aged between 25-30 year old. This property was everything we wanted and more especially if you just want to get away from it and relax in the sun! The out door amenities are superb. Paulo was a great host, really friendly and helpful which made our trip - He was always available to call on or on WhatsApp. There was good Wifi at the property. The house was much larger than I was expecting. All bedrooms were comfortable doubles with en suites. The garden was beautiful, full of character and felt private with no overlooking properties. Would definitely recommend a car if you want to stay here though. You will need a taxi to get around otherwise or if coming from Lisbon you can get an Uber from the centre of Lisbon to the property costing around 20euros. The kitchen facilities were good - and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket less than 5 minute drive away open till 9pm. We are coming back to stay again and looking forward to catching up with Paulo! Thank you so much!!

Sehr schönes und großes Haus

Paulo's Haus ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit vielen Freunden oder einer großen Familie. Swimmingpool war super, Garten auch sehr nett. Das einzige Minus ist, dass die Küchengeräte und die sonstigen Möbel etwas veraltet sind, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Avions, chiens et coqs ; Trop bruyant... dommage !!!

Malgré un bon emplacement qu'elle a été notre surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés et passés la première nuit : la villa est sous le couloir aérien de l'aéroport de Lisbonne avec des avions toutes les 3 minutes de 5h30 à 11h30 !!! Avec en plus des chiens aux abois aux aurores et les coqs...Bref un bruit qui ne vous permet pas de dormir ni de vous reposer. Nous avions l'impression de revivre le film Un éléphant ça trompe énormément ! Le confort de la maison était sommaire mais son jardin agréable ainsi que les chambres spacieuses et toutes avec leur salle de bain. Le problème c'est que le propriétaire avait omis d'indiquer sur son annonce les avions et la présence d'un chenil ! Le problème c'est que Abritel n,e s'est pas occupé de nous malgré mes nombreux appels et nous a laissé nous débrouiller seul avec le propriétaire pour trouver un arrangement. Pas de contact client chez eux alors qu'ils sont responsable. En conclusion il ne faut pas avoir un problème de location avec Abritel car sinon vous êtes seul au monde et surtout vous aurez perdu votre location.
