この新しく改装されたコテージは、3つのベッドルームに6つ寝ており、2つは小川と沼地を見渡せます。日当たりの良い着陸には机があり、素晴らしい仕事/遊びスペースです。 2階のバスルームにはシャワー付きのバスタブがあり、1階にはウェットルームがあります。十分な吊り下げスペースのあるブートルーム/ユーティリティルームには、大きな冷蔵庫、小さな冷凍庫、洗濯機/乾燥機があります。オープンプランのリビングスペースには、6人用のベンチ、ソファ、アームチェアを備えた大きなオークテーブルがあります。設備の整ったキッチンは、部屋の仕切りによってリビングエリアから分離され、電気Aga、電子レンジ、食器洗い機を備えています（ただし、従来の調理器はありません）。コテージの真向かいには、テーブルと椅子のある小川沿いの牧歌的なプライベートテラスがあります。

We all had a lovely time in Wells. The house was everything that we had hoped for. Beautifully presented and located. Sitting on the water edge terrace in the morning, in the sun, was a lovely start to each day. Thank you very much for having us!

Cosy waterfront cottage

Hampden House is perfectly located for tide- and bird-watching, and is just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable, cosy and well-equipped and we loved the Aga for cooking. Perfect home-from-home getaway!

Beautiful stay at Hampden House

Perfect accomodation for 6 adults. House was clean, well equipped with comfy beds. Views from both bedrooms were what dreams are made of. Would recommend Hampden House to all our family & friends.

The cottage was excellent throughout

Really enjoyed the cottage with the arga in the kitchen and the bedrooms with a sea view The town was only a short walk so everything we wanted was really close Definitely go back

Fantastic stay

This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage! It feels home from home. Great location within walking distance to all lovely pubs, restaurants, beach & town centre. Will definitely be coming back next year!

A real gem

Hampden House was an absolute beauty of a property. It was plenty spacious enough for 6 adults and a dog and the location was excellent (right by the water and a short walk to town/pubs). We had a fabulous stay and are already desperate to return.

Great house in Great Location

This was our second visit to Hampden House and it was excellent again. Although the weather was cold and windy the house was warm and cosy. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back as soon as we can book it

Another lovely stay

This is the third time that we have visited Hampden House, we love it here, it is home from home. Fantastic morning walks with the dogs on the beach and forest followed by 'chilling out' in this well located, well equipped comfortable home means that we will be returning for a fourth time.

Beautiful cottage and location

We had a great week; we enjoyed a boat trip out to see the seals, caught the train to Walsingham and enjoyed the beach, coastal path and dark skies at night. It's a wonderful spot to watch the tides come and go. Very tasty seafood available in town too. Thanks for a lovely week.

Best location in Wells!

Fantastic house in what must be the best sea front location in Wells. Hampden house was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. Good order throughout and the hosts communication top notch. Would definitely recommend to all!

Amazing house in a fabulous location

Stunning house by the quay

A beautifully modernised and remodelled former pub right on the East Quay in Wells, retaining original charm but also very comfortable and warm. The views from the windows and terrace are wonderful.
