It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 1 km from the Muga river, 1 km from the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park, 12 km from the Aquabrava water park, 16 km from Peralada golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station, and 65 km from Girona airport. The apartment is situated in a lively area within a residential complex.
The accommodation offers internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room, a communal pool and television.
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, tableware, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker.
