Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern, Garten war Ende August immer noch in hervorragendem Zustan

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Das Haus ist recht nahe an einer Straße und es sind etwa 500m Hotels entfernt die Abends immer bis 23:00 recht lautes Programm haben, daher eine große Musikbox mitbringen 😉

Sehr schönes Anwesen, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt

Die Ausstattung ist top, man findet alles was man braucht. Der Standort hat uns gut gepasst, mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in 5-10min erreichbar (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Altstadt, Hafen...). Einzig die Autos der vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse verläuft direkt am Grundstück vorbei, uns hat das aber nicht gross gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und haben unsere Woche mehr als genossen.

The finca is stunning – a beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained property. The location left us with mixed feelings. On the plus side, everything (supermarkets, beaches, harbor, town center) is just a 5-minute drive away, which is super convenient. However, as stated, the finca is located on a main road, which you can hear, but we didn’t find it too disturbing.What bothered us more was a hotel about 1 km away that had loud evening shows with music from 8 PM to 11 PM. Inside, it was still fine, but outside it was quite loud.The host is not personally involved – everything is handled via a management company. Communication with them was excellent – they always responded quickly, usually within minutes. Unfortunately, reported issues were not actually resolved.Some small points of criticism:•“Room service” in the description only refers to final cleaning – a bit misleading.•Occasional farm work on the neighboring property caused some dirt in the pool and made it harder to sit outside with babies.•Wi-Fi was poor.Conclusion:A fantastic accommodation that we mostly really enjoyed, but for the price, we would have expected a bit more care regarding small issues and guest requests.

Die Finka ist wirklich top!

Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke, die zwischen 20 und 24 Uhr von der Hotelanlage nahe des Strands herüberschallt. Wer im Obergeschoss mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte sollte Oropax einpacken - oder ein Kleinkind mit tiefem Schlaf im Gepäck haben 😉

Sehr schönes Haus, Lage fanden wir super

Man hört Abends die lauter Musik des nahegelegenen Hotels, auch eine Schnellstraße grenzt an den Garten, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Wer allerdings komplett Ruhe könnte sich dadurch ggf. gestört fühlen. Haus war sauber und von der Aufteilung der Räume super schön. Einziges Manko war, dass etwas wenig Klopapier vorrätig war, wir waren eine Woche da und es waren lediglich 2 1/2 Rollen dort. Ansonsten können wir es nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch nochmal buchen.

The dishwasher is not very effective. We had trouble with the gate one morning, after a heavy nightly rain, with only one side opening. After repeated attemps it finally began operating both sides and and didn't cdause any more trouble.

Excellent

The apartment is simply excellent. It was exceptionally clean (this should be really underlined!) and very well equipped. The welcome pack was also a nice surprise. The views are fantastic, both from the balcony and from the master bedroom. The apartment is close to everywhere (beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop), but still quiet enough to have a good night’s . The lift was a blessing when moving in an out. Parking on premises was difficult at times for larger cars, but with our small rental car we always managed to find a spot (in May). A quick fix would be to put a mosquito net/mosquitiere in the small bathroom window. This will allow tenants to keep the window open at night, preventing mosquitoes from flying in, limiting the need for airco and also helping address the issues of no ventilation and of the bad drainage smell that was persistent in the morning (which is probably related to the building’s piping, not the apartment itself). But even with this, the apartment fully deserves a top rating.

Fantastisk hus på en kæmpe stor grund.

Både ude og inde er der helt private og uforstyrrede rum. Der er solterrasser og læområder på alle sider af huset og en flot udsigt mod bjergene. Poolen er også helt privat eg et stort aktiv. Desværre kan der være høj musik fra et fjernere liggende event, og lidt trafikstøj fra landevejen.

Schöne Herbstferien verbracht.

Alles perfekt wie in der Beschreibung. Kontaktloses ein / auschecken hat super funktioniert und bei Problemen hat uns die Verwaltung stets schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten die man abstellen könnte: - Gläser sollten ausgetauscht werden, sind vom vielen Gebrauch sehr matt und unansehnlich geworden. - Torantrieb des eingangs ist einseitig defekt, geht nicht immer zuverlässig ganz auf/ zu. - Waschmaschine hat einen Schlag beim Schleudern, hüpft durch den ganzen Raum.

Wonderful property, especially for the children. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the grass space around for activities. The Villa was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need. Would definitely recommend.

Would love to come back again

Thanks to Ideal Property Mallorca for making our check in trouble free. The guys there are very efficient and professional and took time to provide us with additonal information about the area and locations of interest. The check in process was professional, informative and hassle free. We had no problems gaining access to the property with the information provided by the agent. The villa is exactly as advertised and described very clean, large well furnished proprty, with everything you need for an enjoybale stay. The aircon was perfect for what was a very hot week (in British terms anyway) and pool and grounds make for a very relaxing environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's required. All in all, it's as good a villa as is described.

This was truly a wonderful stay for us

We (family of four with two teenagers) spent two weeks at this beautiful finca in early July 2022. Our stay was just perfect in every respect. The house and its beautiful, spacious surroundings served as an ideal hub for our vacation. The infrastructure is excellent and the location couldn't be better: very close to shops, restaurants, and countless beautiful beaches (all within a 15-30mins drive, many even closer). To top it off, the service by Ideal Property Mallorca was great, both upon check-in and also when we had a few special requests: all very friendly, timely and helpful. Can highly recommend this property.

Great villa in great location.

Fantastic pool and grounds, air con throughout, nice accommodation. Only a couple of minor things - there were no champagne glasses in the villa and I couldn't find a chopping board. Also a bottle of water or two would have been nice particularly as our flight was delayed 3 hours I didn't really want to venture out again at 1am to buy water etc. The wifi was adequate but slow as we are from the UK so needed wifi to watch any English language TV so wifi is almost essential for us really.

Sehr erholsam

Die Finca ist ein Traum. Super eingerichtet, mit allen was man braucht. Die Agentur war immer, auch bei den kleinsten Nachfragen zu erreichen und konnte immer helfen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Grillecke lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Man erreicht die Altstadt von Alcudia bequem zu Fuß. Zum Strand sind wir nicht gelaufen, da es mlt Kleinkind dann doch zu weit war. Aber mlt dem Auto ist man sehr schnell an jedem schönen Strand um die Ecke. Die Finca hat drei separate Schlafzimmer und alle sind vollausgestattet und eingerichtet, so dass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

21 Sonnentage in Alcudia

Sehr gepflegte Finca mit einem großen Grundstück und einem großen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die vorbeiführende Strasse war teils laut, jedoch nur tagsüber. Es wäre schon wenn einmal in neue Liegen investiert würde. Die jetzigen sind durchgelegen und unbequem. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen.
