Description:
Beautiful town house with pool in Algaida, in the center of Mallorca.



This cozy accommodation is located in Algaida, a very quiet town. The house, tastefully decorated, has been recently renovated but retains the characteristic charm of a typical Mallorcan house. In addition, it has a swimming pool and furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors.



Algaida is a small quiet town where you will find restaurants, shops and various services. Walking around the center on Fridays, market day, is a great opportunity to taste local products. The Puig de Randa and its views, or the Sanctuary of Cura are a must. In addition, it is very close to Palma, the capital of the island, or to the beaches of Ses Covetes, sa Ràpita or Colònia de Sant Jordi.



Air conditioning:



As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms, bathroom and the living room.



Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price:



- Tourism Tax (mandatory)

- Final cleaning (mandatory) 90 euros per booking



Notes:

- If customers arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €30 that the customer must pay all at once when making the reservation.

- If customers arrive between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.: they will have to pay €50.

- If customers arrive later than 01:00 a.m. we will no longer admit check-in, if someone intends to come later than 01:00 a.m., there will no longer be the option to book.-This establishment cannot accept guests under 25 years of age; all members of the reservation must be over 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.



- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.

- During the months of July and August the use of the barbecue will be prohibited.

We loved everything about this villa. The pool was amazing. The views were nice and the village was pretty quiet. We were in the middle of the island and could reach the beaches everywhere by car. The host was easy to contact. We had the best time and would recommend to anyone that wants to go in a group to mallorca!

Nice town house in pretty Algaida

Had a nice week in this little, very maallorquine town house. Everythibg was like described. Wifi and a few more kitchen utilities would be nice.

Es war der beste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Es hat jedem von uns gefallen! Der Pool ist super, der Ort schnuckelig und von dort aus ist auf der Insel alles gut erreichbar.

Buena casa con piscina con posibilidades de mejora

Muy buena casa con todo lo imprescindible para una estancia cómoda. Gran privacidad, al estar en un recinto particular con una piscina de uso exclusivo para la casa. Gran terraza para relajarse y pasar buenos ratos, incluso con barbacoa. Se echan en falta algunos elementos, principalmente en la cocina, para que la comodidad sea completa (microondas, algún set de cuchillos de cocina, sólo hay uno para cortar pan, fiambreras o tuppers). No cuenta con lavabajillas aunque no es algo imprescindible. Al ser una casa de pueblo/campo en la cocina aparecen hormigas de vez en cuando, pero había algún producto anti-insectos para solucionarlo. La casa es muy amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia de 2 ó 4 personas. Algo que sí consideramos a mejorar es que en cualquiera de los baños, el agua se escapa por varios huecos ya que las cortinas de ducha son justas y el baño completo termina encharcado. Tanto el agente inmobiliario Fora Vila como la propiedad están disponibiles y proporcionan via de contacto por si hubiera alguna necesidad o urgencia que gestionar. En definitiva, una casa de 8 con posibilidades de ser de 10, si se hicieran algunas mejoras.

Sehr schön!

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in Ca Nostra. Tolle Außenanlagen, sehr schöner Pool. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bis auf die beiden Bäder sehr geräumig und völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen. Leider hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, aber die tolle Lage und der Charme des Hauses machen den kleinen Minuspunkt wieder wett. Alles in Allem sehr schön!!
