We had a wonderful stay in Nice. The host was extremely friendly, communication was excellent, and he gave us some great recommendations for excursions. The house was clean, well maintained, very spacious and exceptionally well equipped. The lovely pool was another highlight. The location is quiet and a little outside the city centre; it is easy to get around by Uber, although having a car is recommended. Nice itself is a beautiful city with wonderful beaches and plenty of places to explore nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice in this lovely property. The house is spacious, well-equipped, has a lovely garden and pool, is very well situated in terms of location, is private and quiet, and the hosts are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will do everything they can to support you in having a great experience.

The villa and the facility were fantastic. The villa was very clean. It was like a home from home with the facilities. There was lots of living space both indoor and outdoors. The pool was maintained throughout the stay. The host was very helpful and accommodating. They kept in contact with us before and during the stay. Nothing was too much trouble. As a family we really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you very much.

Perfect accommodation for our party of nine. Lovely pool and outside area. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the air con in the bedrooms was lovely. We could walk to 2 supermarkets, but did get an uber back due to the steep hills. When you got down to the front, there was lots of public transport to take you wherever you needed.Nice is beautiful with a huge choice of shops, restaurants etc.Monaco is a must see and can be easily visited catching a train from the airport all the way in.

Nice stay

The house was fantastic. We were a family of 5 ( kids 15, 19 and 21). Matt and Danielle were super hosts. We got great joining instructions in advance and tips for places to eat in the area. Matt was in touch regulalry over our 9 day stay. The house is 20 minutes from Nice port. It was spotless and very well equipped. We used the pool a lot. It was a real treat.

Amazing house and amazing hosts

The house is truly a lovely family home and we felt immediately welcome here. As a family of 5 (3 teenagers) we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing 2 week break, the swimming pool and air conditioning were invaluable as it was around 30 degrees everyday. The house was very clean and very well equipped, in particular the kitchen. Matt and Danielle were lovely, caring hosts and really wanted to make our stay enjoyable. It's a short drive or bus and tram ride into Nice, or if you don't mind the heat, you can walk it! We would highly recommend this villa for its location, swimming pool, air conditioning and amazing hosts. It's truly a wonderful place to get away from it all but not too far to find some galleries, museums, water-sports and restaurants.

Little Heaven

My Partner, foster son (aged 7) and our friends with their son (aged 12) stayed here for a week. From the moment we stepped through the front everything was great. Such a perfect space for the 6 of us but would have comfortably fitted 10. We made great use of the pool and all the house to offered. A very well equipped kitchen, (perfect for making Lovely dinners to enjoy eating on one of the two lovely terraces. We really can’t rate this place enough, it was the perfect place in the perfect area for us and suited all of our needs as two families wanting to enjoy some quality and fun times together. Our Host was super lovely and communication was great. Nothing was too trouble whenever we had questions. Even recommended places to visit and eat. Myself and friends would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone reading these reviews to do the same. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

So begann unser Urlaub.

A recommander

Great family in a beautiful home

The home is very well located, close to nice, close to highway to explore region and close to airport. It is very quiet ! The house is very big and had everything and more than what we needed. The garden was the most beautiful thing . Only negative points were that the house wasn’t extremely clean (bins, under The bed etc) and that there were too many mosquitos, all day long, which made staying at the pool impossible. Also the pool is not what is shown in the pictures when booking. Nonetheless the house is beautiful and very confident for a family holiday. Danielle was also very easily joinable via email and phone which was very helpful ! Thank you Danielle!

Thank you very much Vittoria for your appreciation . We had some issues with the cleaning ladies this year which have been fixed now . For what concern the swimming pool a brand new one is under construction and will be available in spring . And for what concern the mosquitos it is unfortunately everywhere now and the only thing we can do is to protect ourselves and put repulsive in the garden Thank you !

Our family of 6 adults 6 children enjoyed a wonderful 2 week vacation here in August. There is plenty of room for the children to run around. The pool was invaluable and made the holiday.

A bientôt, Paul
