We had a great family vacation. The property is in close proximity to all Watercolor and Seaside have to offer. The home accommodated our party of 8 adults and 4 children. The screened in back porch was a fun place for everyone to gather. We would definitely stay there again. The only disappointment was upon arrival the refrigerator was warm and we found out it takes about 48 hours for it to cool down completely which was disappointing when we arrived with a weeks worth of groceries. We will be sure to plan for this on any future rentals at this property.

This was our first time in Watercolor/Seaside (and 30a for that matter) and the stay could not have been better. The house fit our group of 4 adults and 4 kids perfectly and the pool was an absolute must have. 30A Cottages made the trip a breeze and we hope to book with them again in the future!

Loved our stay at 157 Scrub Oak Circle! The home was beautifully decorated, high quality, and in excellent condition! All bedrooms with private baths were large and extremely comfortable. The open living space including the outdoor covered patio with large eating area, and the lovely pool with outdoor table, chairs, and chaise lounges was enjoyed daily! We definitely hope to rent again in the future!

Beach Blissful 7 days!

Everything was great about Beach Bliss. It is a beautiful home and the management company was very responsive to all of our needs. They could use a few more nonstick pans for cooking as not all cooks are familiar with Cast Iron cooking and it would be helpful to have a larger washer and dryer especially now that Watercolor Inn doesn’t provide towels at the beach so we had to wash most days.

Family Bliss

Outstanding location. Well furnished and open floor plan. The accordion style patio doors opening to the enclosed deck quickly became THE spot to congregate. Loved the six burner stove. Ample room for the 11 members of the family that traveled. The house was close in proximity to pools, shopping, dining and recreation. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is beautiful and roomy! The neighbors are very close by so know that when in the pool you can see neighboring guests. It was not a bother for us, but worth noting. It is a bit far into the watercolor community to walk places if you have little ones so if you’re looking for a walkable location that is also worth noting.

Great House for a Family

This was our second time to stay here and really enjoyed both times. Only problem we had was the refrigerator took forever to cool down. We bought food first day and it took two days to finally get cool . Other than that it’s an amazing house. Highly recommend

Summer Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful vacation home. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to this house when we want to visit the beach. couple of things that needed some attention were too many fire ants in the house, the freezer door needed extra extra pushing to stay close, the remote control for the pool light and water feature didn't work and the association never send anyone to fix it. Other than this we loved this amazing modern house. Thank you for sharing with us for our family vacation.

Family trip

This house is located in a quiet area in watercolor, with great access to the beach, pools, walking paths, etc. The house was a great size for 5 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the pool, we all enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook, dine, etc. Beds were super comfortable and it was nice that they here was plenty of bathrooms. A few cons to the trip: low shower pressure, fridge did not get very cool, and we did see some bugs/roaches when we left food in the open trash (it was much better when we did not leave food out). All in all we had a great time! We loved watercolor and would definitely go back!

Fabulous

Beach Bliss is a wonderful home. The house backs to the trees and the bike paths. It is a straight shot to Seaside's square and an easy bike ride to the Watercolor Inn and beach access. The pool is a great size, we could have adults and kids in it without too much splashing issues! You are two blocks from the Frog pool. The back porch is wonderful. The bedrooms are all super private and spacious. Two washer dryers are great. We rented a golf cart and with the 6 bikes provided never needed our cars. Our three families had a fantastic time and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Family beach stay

Other than the freezer and ice machine being broken and the mold/mildew on outdoor furniture our stay was fine. Unfortunately, the outdoor fountain and lights to pool did not come on with the remote. The fountain would have been nice noise to drown out neighbors. The maintenance guy, Randy; however, was phenomenal and extremely helpful! Thank you to Randy!

Taylor, thank you for the feedback! We did send out maintenance to resolve what issues he could, but some items fell outside of his scope, such as the ice maker which required a third party vendor. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of their scheduling regarding these items and were not able to get them out during your stay. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that was caused.

Excellent for group/ family trips

The house is beautiful. Seriously, gorgeous. So spacious, beds and rooms are comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, kitchen is perfect for cooking while chatting and enjoying drinks with friends or family. Pool is small, but did not bother us. Neighborhood is beautiful and house has 6 bikes- the beach is about 8 minutes away (in bike). We had access to the pool club, but we decided to stay at the beach. Hannah was super helpful and called a few times prior to check in with us. There is a high fee for early check in, that was true only inconvenience. Overall amazing!

Hi Sonya, Unfortunately, the previous guest departing broke the marble vanity on 1 of 2 sinks in the master bath and we were unable to repair this in one day as this is something that would need to be special ordered, we did however let you know before check-in. You did make us aware on your 2nd day that the pool heat was not working, we contacted our vendor and refunded your pool heating fee. The other issues mentioned were not brought to our attention. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. Thank you for staying with us.

Family Vacation

The house was just okay. I would not stay at that property again for what it costs. Property management was subpar some were nice some were rude There were roaches, ants and spiders in the house. It needs pest control to spray and the refrigerator/freezer was not working properly Your pool service guy is very nice and helpful

Anita, we appreciate the feedback! You did report seeing fire ants, but not roaches. We made an appointment with pest control regarding this. We also mad an appointment with the vendor for the fridge/freezer, but they could not come out during your stay unfortunately. We attempt to resolve issues to the best of our abilities, but are at the mercy of third party vendors and their scheduling.

Watercolor house

We have rented thru VRBO for past 8 years and have been very pleased . We usually have direct contact with the owners but not this time. Have to say this time , we were disappointed with four things :1) ice machine broken 2) microwave stopped working 3) Grill didn’t work 4) Nail exposed on stairs I will say that the microwave and grill were replaced next day and the nail removed . Just think for the rental cost , this house should be in better shape ! Otherwise decor, location , pool excellent.

Thank you for the review! The ice was unfortunately inoperable due to a leak, which required us to shut the water off and schedule repair for that. We do our best to resolve issues within a timely manner once they are reported to us, but as this is a vacation rental maintenance issues are expected. Please come visit us again soon!

Wrong family

The house was fine. We got a text message telling us that the dishwasher repair man was coming so we thought that it was broken. After 3 days of texting back and forth we discovered that 30A Rentals were texting the wrong house. Nothing was wrong with our dishwasher. They had the wrong family down for our week so the wristbands were in short supply but were able to handle correct the mixup. Had a great week.

Great House in WaterColor

This house is on a quiet street in one of the newer sections of Watercolor. It’s just a couple of blocks from the Frog Pool and only a 5 minute bike ride to to the beach. The house was clean and most everything was in good working order. The only bad this was the beds are super soft, but that is just a personal preference thing.

We look forward to returning next year!

This was our second time to rent the beautiful Beach Bliss home. The home is comfortable, large, clean, beautifully furnished and contains everything a group would need for comfort. The kitchen has high end appliances and all of the dishes, utensils, pans, etc. that one needs in order to work in the lovely kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. The home accommodates all ages from the children who love the pool to those of us who are a bit older and enjoy the comforts the home provides. The staff at 30A Cottages met every need we had and always with prompt replies to questions. We look forward to returning next year!

The Best Customer Service

From planning our trip all the way to departure 30A Cottages were on their A game. The home was perfection and superior quality even down to the soap and towels. This will be our go-to home and agency for all future vacations to the beach.

Awesome Rental!

The house was beautiful and that was just the beginning! Great location, fully stocked and a perfect rental for our big family! The extra touches by 30a cottages made this rental one of our best yet! Thank you for the starter items and for the donut and milk delivery our first morning. Can't wait to rent from you all again!
