Dionyssos Cave Houseは、最大8名様までのパーティーに理想的な快適さとプライバシーを提供する2階建ての家です。 主要な部分である第一レベルは、広々としたリビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、設備の整ったキッチン（ネスプレッソコーヒーメーカー付）を提供しています。 2つのベッドルームも1階にあります。 各ベッドルームにはダブルベッド1台と専用バスルームが備わっています。 1ベッドルームには2つのソファがあり、2人のゲストを追加できます。 さらに、最初のレベルでは、カルデラの素晴らしい景色を望むテラスがあり、景色を眺めながら食事を楽しむのに最適です。 下階のテラスは外階段を経由して上階のテラスに通じています。 上層階には3つ目の独立したベッドルーム（ダブルベッドと専用バスルーム付）があります。 このベッドルームは外部階段を介してのみアクセス可能です（非常に急なので、特定の寝室は幼児用や高齢者用ではありません）。

Great spot

Perfect for 6. Especially if 2 are younger and happy to do the stairs up to the top room. Not so bad we could all do it and the view up there is the best. Great views of the bay, sunrise on both decks. In good condition, clean. Great location near the action and crowds but a little out of the way so actually quiet.

Awesome property and experience

Had a great stay. Nicoletta was fabulous. Among best hosts we’ve experienced in years of travel. It’s true what they say crowded during the day thanks to the cruise ships but locals are extremely friendly. Everywhere we ate that Nicoletta recommended was really good. Definitely worth a visit. And if we get to any of the islands with her other properties will seek them out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Eyes on Oia!

The pictures did not do this place justice, the location was perfect and the amenities had everything we needed. We were pleased that the upper porch had easy access from the walking path and not just from the narrow outdoor staircase. Nicoletta ensured that we were met at the port by Chris who brought us directly to our door with the help of staff who brought our luggage. When we were ready for excursions, the team arranged everything that our family requested with prompt communication. We can’t recommend this house and team enough!

Stunning view with amazing balcony with plunge pool. Great location, convenient to everything. In the heart of Oia. Unique cave bathrooms. Owner was very helpful with planning transfers and excursions.

We truly had a wonderful time in Santorini! Great location and the views are breathtaking. Nicoletta is a wonderful host. Her and her team provided top-notch service from restaurant recommendations to airport/ferry transfers, we had everything at our fingertips!

Great location, quiet but yet right in the thick of things. We had “instagram central” at the top of the stairs next to the blue domes so we could watch people posing all day, which we all found highly amusing. But the location of the property is just a few steps down so not on the busy path. Very spacious property with two single beds and one queen in both of the rooms so it’s perfect for families travelling . Also accessed via a outside set of stairs is a private room which was perfect for our teen who was sick of us by the time we got to Santorini. Air con was great and heaven sent. Plunge pool was fabulous. Really can’t fault the property at all it had everything we needed. Perhaps some extra linens kept in the room would be nice. A blanket or two. Our contact with the property manager was great and she arranged all our transfers with their own driver. She was easy to keep in touch with and very responsive. When you arrive there is no way you could find the property alone, so the porter on arrival was a godsend. There are a lot of stairs in Santorini keep that in mind if you struggle. Had to use google translate in order to use the washer/ dryer as it was in German. Might need to put a guide in there for the rest of us. We had a magical trip and this property was great for us.

Highly Recommend this Villa!!

Amazing trip to Santorini. Our villa was in a perfect location with an amazing view. The villa was clean and with such hot weather, the AC worked perfectly. Nicoletta and her team were very attentive to all our travel needs.

wonderful stay in Santorini

My family of four very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful with all our questions and even set up reservations and excursions for us! The house was very spacious with a gorgeous view and located right in town so not too many stairs to get to shops and restaurants. Some very minor things that could help make the house even nicer is adjusting some of the loose bathroom fixtures and updating the bedding. But certainly a wonderful experience overall!!

Best Oia location

Wonderfully charming, bright and clean cave house with spectacular views. The pictures don’t capture the dramatic and breathtaking views of the town architecture and the sea. And for being right on a popular footpath it was surprisingly quiet at night. Nicoletta and her daughter Alexandra provided white glove service- porter services and airport transport. Definitely recommend!

5 stars is not enough

This property exceeded our expectations! All of the owners' descriptions and renters reviews were spot on but you just can't adequately describe this home. We greatly appreciated the assistance with our bags, the tour of the home when we arrived, the wealth of information about the island that was provided, the superior cleaning staff and all of the amenities. The location and the views were spectacular! I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great location!

So much to do and very accessible to all parts of the island. It was quiet and yet very accessible. The house was very functional for our group of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way!

We LOVED our 10 day late September stay in this very special villa. It had it all - plunge pool, well-equipped kitchen, two levels, comfortable beds, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of seating and eating areas inside and out. We loved sitting on the upper terrace for cocktails as the sun set. Nicoletta has thought of everything! She was so helpful before and during our stay. We booked a 1/2 day private catamaran tour (plan way ahead for this) and rented a car for a day to see the rest of the island. We loved getting breakfast treats from the bakery on the main road, gelato in the evenings, and meals at many excellent restaurants. Roka and Karma were our favorites. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough! We booked a smaller villa on our short previous trip and were thrilled with this excellent villa. Staying for 10 days gave us the opportunity to enjoy it all and become very familiar with Oia.

Absolutely Amazing!

We had the most incredible stay here! Can't say enough amazing things about the villa and how Alexandra/Philip/Nicoletta made sure everything we needed was done! They made our stay super special with all the attention to details, arranging for airport and ferry transfers, help with luggage, reservations and advice! The villa is actually really spacious and we had plenty of room for our 3 teenagers and us. Location is prime - you do get overrun a bit by cruise ship tourists in the middle of the day - but super location in Oia. As noted the outside stairs are a bit hairy but the the room on second level is great and plenty of outdoor space up there to watch the sunset. Just fantastic!

Wonderful condo!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo! It was in a perfect location, short walk to the main town. The condo has amazing views - pictures don't even capture the beauty! Nicoletta and her team were fabulous to work with. They respond to questions very quickly. Nicoletta arranged airport transfers which made the trip so easy. I would highly recommend staying here while you are in beautiful Oia!

I am from Athens, however I have very close ties with two beautiful Greek islands Santorini and Patmos.

As my father’s family is from Santorini I spent all my summers there. Since I am a licensed tour guide, in 2004 I decided to move to Santorini in order to work there. This was a great chance to start renovating my family’s properties in order to be able to share them with people from all over the world.

In addition, many years ago, my mother visited the island of Patmos, fell in love with it and decided to buy two beautiful pieces of land, including very old farmhouses in ruinous condition, that she slowly renovated. In this way, our family and numerous friends enjoyed many unforgettable Patmos Easters and summers. Nowadays, I am responsible for the good condition of the houses that I rent out and share the beauty and special ambiance of this island with our guests.

I am very lucky since my twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, having completed their studies abroad in hospitality management and tourism, returned to their roots in order to continue and develop what I started. Genuine hospitality, love and respect for the island, as well as the embracement of the local culture define our core values. Nowadays we all share our time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the honor and pleasure to share our family’s story and our love for these islands, with visitors from all over the world.
