This 6-story walk-up is a beautiful suite with rooftop views. The well-eqipped apartment is decorated with art, has comfortable bedrooms, and has large patio off the kitchen which is lovely spot in the mornings and evenings. During the day, when light floods the space, it feels like a retreat from the busy streets of Rome. We highly recommend others stay here, but note that visitors should pack lightly, as there's no elevator.

Beautiful appartement well situated, just know that it is located on the sixth floor and no elevator. My wife walking with a cane it was a little difficult going up and down for her. Carrying luggage up six floors was also challenging.

Germana is a great and responsive host and the apartment is amazing and set in a great location. Spotlessly clean all facilities we could hope for and it was lovely to have the roof top garden especially as we had friends and we could sit and socialise outside in the evenings. We came from New Zealand and had heavy suitcases and the apartment is up many flights of stairs with no elevators which did cause a bit of struggle for us. I cannot remember if the ad mentioned this or not and although it’s not something we wish to complain about, we mention it for other guests so that they are aware of this.

Stayed there with a family of 5 and never felt crammed in. The host was great by being available to answer any questions and provide car services to and from the airport. 3 mins exiting the place to the left is a grocery store with everything needed. I recommend the Gelato spot 5mins to the right. Stairs did take some getting use to, but worth the trip to a brezzy flat when arrived. I would recommend this place and stay there next time im back.

Stayed 3 nights before a cruise. Great location. 2 blocks from subway. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Quiet building. Well stocked kitchen. I just wish Italy would adopt American central air.

Perfect in every way! Great location in a safe and bustling area in Rome. Very spacious and perfect for a family with kids - the bed in the loft space was a big hit with the kids. Highly recommend!

Great home for our vacation

The place was nice, spacious and well stocked. The stairs gave me a workout but the lovely terrace made it worthwhile.

Great Neighborhood!

Loved the location, in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of stairs to access the apartment, but once you get to it, it’s really lovely. Beds are comfortable!

Perfect Home Base in an Amazing Neighborhood

The Rooftop flat in Rome is amazing. It is in a perfect location (walking to the Train station and Colosseum/Forums). Great food in a very safe area. The flat is wonderful. Lots of space, sweeping views in 3 directions in a secure building. My daughter loved the loft bed, and we enjoyed the patio and living spaces. It is on the 5th floor so several stairs, but to get that much space with those views it is certainly worth it. The host was amazing. They helped us with a car service to the airport and were attentive without ever being intrusive. The next time we are in Rome we would 100% stay here again. Thanks Germana!

like home in Rome

This place was fabulous! Every time we entered it, after adventuring around Rome, we felt so glad to be here. Sipping espresso on the gorgeous terrace, looking out the windows, relaxing with board games on the couch. The kitchen is spacious, bright, and well equipped. The whole place felt cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 5. You will FEEL like you are in Rome with the minimalist yet stylish way this is set up and the tall, very cool ceilings. Germana is lightning-quick with responding to emails. We didn't realize quite how many stairs there were leading up to this rooftop flat - and that was tiring but all part of our Roman adventure (which, after all, seems to be a city of stairs and walking anyhow). The little store right next to it had fresh fruits, baked goods, and some grocery items that were handy - and a bigger grocery was just a 2 min walk down the street. Honestly, this place is so comfortable you might want to book an extra night just to enjoy your time in it more!

Roaming Rome

Just want to say that this was a wonderful location to pretty much anything you need. Easy walking distance to Colosseum, lots of eateries very close, very nice food Pizzeria Birraerria Galilei right across the street, wonderfully eclectic family run pizzeria with fantastic food and pricing. Tempio Di Mercenate just up the street was wonderful as well. Germana responded to all of our concerns, place was bright and airy. There are 5 flights of stairs so beware, it didn’t bother us but some it would. The air conditioning in the rooms is adequate for warmer nights. All in all we would definitely stay again. Grazie!

We loved the location and property

This property was awesome, located really close to the Coliseum and other attractions, it was safe, clean and easy to make it to the apartment. We loved the view from the bedrooms and the front balcony with the table. If we go back to Rome, we would definitely consider renting this place again.
