Hi Paul Many thanks taking the time to complete a review and your kind comments. Look forward to welcoming you back again. Kind regards Lisa

Thank you so much Anne! :-)

Thanks Claire for your kind comments. Look forward to welcoming you back

Hi Susan thanks for the review. Pools are cleaned before guest arrival and during guests stay. We do recommend leaving the pool cover on when not in use to avoid debris entering the pool.. There is an iron and ironing board in the tall cupboard beside the twin room. Best wishes Lisa

Nicola, thank you so much for your kind words. It was lovely to meet you both :-)

Hi Klaudia Thanks for your lovely comments, so glad you enjoyed your time at the villa. :-)

Thanks for the review Clare...some more information re outdoor area would have been useful :-)

Hi Deborah Your 3 stay rating is a bit disappointing. Since you left, the pool area has been renovated (pictures do not currently reflect this). If there is anything specific you feel could be updated please do email me directly. Thanks Lisa

Hi Deborah The pool area was actually upgraded in January but unfortunately due to space we cannot make it bigger. most people are happy to use it to cool down from the sun. You mention the villa could do with updating, but have not specified. I rely on guest feedback to constantly improve. Most be interested in your thoughts, you might email me directly with more feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Lisa

Great to hear your feedback Maxine and that you and your family had a pleasant stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Regards Lisa

Hi Julie Thanks for the review. I do wish you had mentioned the issue of the electricity during your stay as I could have had this looked at. I hope you enjoyed your anniversary and the bottle of Cava we left for you and Rich. Best wishes Lisa

Hi Tracy Thanks for your kind words, glad you enjoyed your stay. Lisa

Thank you so much Michael, so glad you enjoyed your stay at the villa :-)

Mark! The pool was cleaned before your stay, during your stay and after your stay. I did advise you to keep the pool cover on when not in use as there was a calima during your visit, i'm assuming you did not take my advise. The kitchen counter top does need replacing due the small mark on it, thanks for pointing that out. I normally thank guests for feedback but given the 2/5 stars...... All the best Mark and hope you find somewhere that you give 5 starts next time!!!

Hi Karen, personally I would have gone with the pool heating in February! It makes such a difference. Glad you enjoyed your stay

Hi Anni Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. I am glad you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the villa. I am sorry you found it difficult to find the villa on arrival, we do provide contact details of our property management team who are there to help with these issues, I hope you availed of this service? Regarding the local shops and shopping areas the distance to these is clearly outlined on our property description and is mentioned in alot of guest reviews. I'm afraid providing bikes is not a viable option for us at the minute. We do however provide taxi numbers which are very inexpensive. Thanks again for you kind words and I hope to welcome you back again. Lisa

Thank you Lisa!
