this apartment was perfect!! super clean and it had every amenity we could possibly need plus more. they even included beach towels and toiletries. Juliane and Christian looked after us and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. they were really lovely and helpful. We definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet stay but also be really close to the town, restaurants and beach (5mins).We'll be coming back most definitely!! Great stay

My husband and myself stayed in mauro’s apartment for two weeks the apartment was lovely.it was clean and homely it had everything you need English tv and good WiFi.it was close to the supermarket which was a blessing in the heat it was very hot when we were there.all in all we had a very good holiday.

Lovely apartment

Stayed for 4 weeks. Lovely bright airy apartment with good WiFi. Lovely sunny balcony which catches the sun in the afternoons. Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds.

Perfect location

Quiet apartment complex, had pool to ourselves most days. Great apartment. Really lovely. Ample space and we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Mauro was easy. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 39 nights and the hosts were outstanding. We need an ironing as we always like to ensure our clothes are clean and pressed. The new ironing board was purchased and delivered. Christian and Julianne outstanding. We will be back.

Lovely apartment , stylish, bright apartment

Cosy apartment, close to main retail street (5min), 15min walk Waikiki beach. Commutative host and property manager. Cleanness - the floor was “dusty”. We had to clean it right after check in. Generally, good ,well maintained apartment; all necessary equipment is there except for dishwasher (but neither it was listed, just didn’t expect not to have it)…

Spotless clean and really nice!

Despite being only 200m from the main boulevard in Corralejo, this apartment is located in a private property, where a lot of owners live themselves. So it is being cared of and highly secure. The major bedroom is quite, while the second bedroom is located to the street and you may have some noise early in the morning or late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. As stated above: Spotless clean and equipped with everyrhing you need. Juliane and Christiane welcomed us and provided usefull tips for dining, shopping, etc.. The service from booking to leaving was exceptional. Be aware that to reach the pools and the park area you have to walk 50m up the street and reenter the property as there is no direct entry to the area from the apartments. Thank you Mauro for sharing your property with guests. It really is a gem and we highly recommend to stay there!

Just fabulous!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and I cannot recommend the apartment enough! Clean, comfortable, everything you could need and more. 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and then a straight walk down into Corralejo centre (about 10-15 minutes). About 10 mins max walk to the beach. We were greeted by Christian who was so helpful in getting us orientated and just a text away if there were any issues ( which there wasn't). The complex was quiet and we used the 'top' pool (out the apartment and turn right) which we had to ourselves most of the time. The bed, mattress and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as we ate out on an evening. Restaurants of note - La Tasca, El Toro steak house and Restaurante da Uli (behind music square). Blanco bar is also with worth checking out for good cocktails and just something a little different We cannot wait to return to this lovely apartment

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine große Süd-/West Terrasse mit Blick auf die gepflegte Gartenanlage. Der Vermieter hat uns zeitnah über den Ablauf des Check-Inns informiert. Vor Ort hatten wir für Fragen und Anliegen stets einen Ansprechpartner. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Super Ferienwohnung

Sowohl die Anlage, als auch die Ferienwohnung waren ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kleinkindern. Die Wohnung ist für Selbstversorger super eingerichtet. Check-In bzw. Check-Out wird von einem total netten und hilfsbereiten Paar durchgeführt. Auf eine unerwartete Verkürzung der Buchungsdauer wurde sehr kulant und kooperativ umgegangen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Gut gelegene saubere Ferienwohnung !

Sehr saubere, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in lauf Nähe. Für Strände etc. außerhalb Corralejo ist ein Mietwagen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Zentral aber ruhig !

Ein schnuckeliges Apppartement ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder würde gehen, da zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind) in einer komplexen Anlage, zentral gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Den Balkon haben wir reichlich genutzt, bis die Sonne unterging. Vor Reiseantritt als auch vor Ort wurden wir ständig unterstützt bzw. erhielten wir Tipps für Restaurantbesuche. In dieser schwierigen Zeit fühlten wir uns bestens aufgehoben und bedanken uns nochmals für die Unterstützung. Wir werden wiederkommen !!!

A wonderful home from home

From the moment Daniela welcomed us into the apartment to the minute we left we had a wonderful time! A clean and spacious apartment, with everything you could ask for. Ideally situated close to the main strip and beach with ample parking if you decide to bring a car. Swimming pools on site were quiet and there were plenty of sun loungers to go around which surprised me given it was the school holidays. The apartment is equipped with loads of extra bits and pieces we found cling film, salt and pepper and things you would normally have to pick up yourself. The other apartments are quiet so there isn’t any noise during the day or at night and breakfast on the balcony was blissful. We will definitely be renting this apartment again. Thank you so much to Mauro and to Daniela for making it so easy x

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war super sauber! Der Ablauf mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort total unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
