Nice pool area & small terrace

Property is adequate for 2 but is quite small. Property overall maybe a little tired but overall fine. 30 minute walk to Corralejo which was fine for us and taxis are available but is quite a stroll if walking is an issue. There are a few bars closer but not many & are limited

Empfehlung , Appartement sauber, nett , in einer schönen Ferienanlage mit großen Pool. Am Rande der Sanddünnen und Nationalpark gelegen. In die Stadt ca. 12 Minuten. Leute sehr nett . Alles in einem hat von Anfang bis zum Ende alles vom Feinsten. Preis/ Leistung 1s. Jederzeit wieder. Thomas

Wonderful Place

Lovely place to relax and experience Corralejo and the rest of the Island. Great apartment in a nice community of international ex-pats and renters which is very chilled-out and quiet. Nice central pool and well maintained gardens. We liked it so much we booked another week while here to extend our stay! Thanks Neil for a great place to get away from it all!

Apartment was just what we needed.

We stayed in a lovely apartment in Corralejo. Weather was a bit less than hoped for but we still managed to fit in some good walks around the area. A good break with some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Top Unterkunft in super Lage. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Das Apartment ist geräumig, sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Bett bequem. Der Pool ist sauber und ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Kommunikation mit Neil und Dave vor Ort sehr gut. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Visit September 2022

A perfect apartment for a couple, situated in a beautiful complex with immaculately kept mature gardens and pool. The complex is quiet and has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It is situated a 5 minute walk away from a shopping centre with supermarket, and a pleasant 15 walk from the main street. This was our sixth visit to the apartment, which is well managed (both locally and by the owner) and well equipped. We’ve enjoyed every stay here and hope to return next year.

Apartment Corralejo

Apartment is as advertised. Booking and handover of keys was easy and friendly. Lovely quiet complex, approx 15/20 minute walk from centre Corralejo, less 5 minutes to beach and shopping complex 5 min walk with supermarket, shops, coffee shops and bars. Would recommend this apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Very pleasant stay at Las Dunas residence

Me and my friend Thomas enjoyed our stay at Las Dunas. The appartment was big enough, clean and we slept like a baby in the queenbed. Our contact with Davy & Ann and our neighbours was perfect.

Perfect !

The apartment is very nice and operational ! Well situated in Corralejo and perfect to visit the island ! Very clear arrival process with the owner Neil making vacations very easy :) I fully recommand it ! !

Correlejo Las Dunas Complex

The apartment was a comfortable stay. Located in a very good position within easy walking distance to the beach and main shops and restaurants,also a very good selection available to choose from. Colin who looked after any requirements during our month stay was very helpful.We would like to say a special thanks to Jean and Gordon next door for all the help they gave us in finding our way around.Wonderful couple.Our break was really enjoyable.The only gripe i have is that UK tv. was advertised but it was not watchable as it was always breaking down..

This apartment had everything you would need, for your stay, it was spotless. Colin was very helpful while we were at the apartment nothing was too much trouble. Nicely appointed apartment

We stayed at Las Dunas for 3 weeks during September and had a thoroughly lovely holiday. The complex itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and very attractive tropical planting. Some of the flora is quite stunning. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the vibe is very European and low key. Many different nationalities create a very pleasant atmosphere. No lager louts here! The apartment has a lovely aspect with great views over the pool. Although it is quite small, we found it to be comfortable and well equipped and overall very good value for the price we paid. The surrounding area (close to the edge of the dunes) is peaceful and very flat, which was great for my dodgy knees. There is an excellent commercial centre a 5 min walk away The Campinaria (belltower). Handy for groceries and mooching. Nice bars and restaurants and local music's played in the square for you to enjoy. Corralejo harbour with its boat trips and watersports is a short stroll or taxi ride away. We loved going out on all the trips to local islands and beaches whenever you fancy. The local style restaurant/bar down by the harbour is a winner in terms of atmosphere (a big blue building) we often sat there before and after trips out watching the world go by! In a nutshell if you are looking for a well apointed, cosy apartment in a safe and peaceful environment. This could be the one for you! Many thanks to Colin for all his help...(just call him Bond!! He'll know what you mean)
