Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only 2 towels for bath for 7 days! One trash bag! Sliding door to patio hard to open and close with gap at top!Having to go get a key in this day and age is ridiculous! Other than that, place was nice.

Overall the stayvwas pretty good. Only one roll of toilet paper, no dishwasher detergent, dishwasher had awful smell, no wash rag or towel available for dishes either. Otherwise everything else was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very pretty unit and well equipped. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was very easy as was dropping off the keys when leaving. Just remember that you need to take your food, paper towels, toilet paper or go to the store there and buy it. Also, if you have issues that you find when you check in, you need to contact the office right away so they can make it right for you. We had an awesome view. The main downside was the people in the unit next door were smokers and smoked on their balcony that they were not allowed to do. There is a smoking area outside if you smoke. This kept us inside on the last two days when they were out. As in all rentals, there were a few things that could be updated but would not keep us from staying here again. Enjoy it, we did!

Great building Great Location

Cute updated condo. Kitchen well equipped. Great location quiet area. Balcony with great patio set. My only concern was the living room furniture is old and worn out. Good beach chair would have been a nice addition. I know I could have rented $$.

First time in Mrytle Beach

More positives than negatives

Positive: cleanliness, location, pool, close to beach, and close to attractions. Friendly locals. Negative: Parking Garage is very hard to drive in. Had to do three point turns to get to next level. Only allowed for one small toilet paper roll that was poor quality and one trash bag. I think for the price you pay, you should get one extra.

Beautiful View of the Beach

We came to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary. We didn’t have any plans other than to sit in the beach and relax so this place was perfect. We just had to go down the elevator and walk across the street and the beach was right there. The public access to the beach was a ways down so it wasn’t terribly crowded either. The only disappointment was the condo wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and we had to wait about an hour to check in. Other than that, it was a great!

Great Oceanfront Condo

The condo appeared just as described in the listing. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The balcony with table, chairs, and great ocean view was our favorite part. The parking garage was challenging, since the ramps were very narrow and hard to navigate. Would recommend you bring a smaller vehicle (we had a Honda CR-V). Full size trucks and vans can park in the lot outside, but the space is limited.

Avoid unless you want to sleep elsewhere!

Check in process I would give a ZERO! Was given wrong keys and NO ONE returned my call on their EMERGENCY LINE for 13 hours!!! Had to stay at the comfort in! Vrbo wasn't much help....if you could get through to someone. Building was ok. Not the greatest. Room was very clean once we were able to get in....a day later. I would not recommend.

Anniversary week stay

My wife and I celebrated our 24th Anniversary. We enjoyed the condo, it is Very roomy, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. The views from the Balcony are breathtaking. The location is close to all the action that Myrtle Beach has to offer. And just steps from the Ocean.

Fun ocean view condominium

It was overall a great time the place was nice and updated it Had everything we needed. The only major disappointment was that our pool indoor and out were closed due to corona. Although other places just next door had theirs open 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great condo.

Clean and well organized. The view was perfect, we spent lots of time on the balcony. Close to anything we needed. Indoor parking. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Owner put a lot of thought into her condo

Loved the unit how it was decorated and having all the necessities to make us feel like home. would love to come for a week next time and stay at this same condo. It was beautiful and I wrote in the owners journal about how they did a wonderful job. I have one complaint that needs to be addressed with the new cable carrier we had no TV working and dvd wouldn't work as well. Maintence cam by a few times and said he had many calls about the TV's. I finally told him to not worry about it we attempted to use my daughter computer with no luck. Maintence man said if I figure it out to call him and for sure I would have a job with the company. I also called the cable company with know luck. I deal with this issue at my home in VA threw Comcast so was frustrating to have this same issue on VACATION. We had brought many movies and home videos we wanted to view during our mother daughter weekend. If possible if some credit could be given I would appreciate it very much!!
