The villa, perfect for hosting up to 10 people, is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase, offering plenty of space to enjoy every moment of your vacation.

Bedrooms: 4 in total, including 3 double rooms and 1 with 3 single beds, ideal for children or groups of friends.
Bathrooms: 3 comfortable bathrooms with showers and an additional outdoor shower in the garden.
Living and Kitchen: Two bright living rooms and two well-equipped kitchens, with a dishwasher in the upstairs kitchen and a practical laundry area with a washing machine.
Each room is carefully decorated, and the entire villa is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in every season. WiFi is available throughout the property.

The true heart of Villa Morena is its magnificent private garden of 4000 sqm, an oasis of greenery with olive trees, palm trees, and a large English-style lawn.
At the center is the private swimming pool (16 x 5 meters), designed to meet the needs of both adults and children, with a shallow area and a deeper section for swimming. Around the pool, you'll find sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the Sardinian sun.

Next to the pool, there is a convenient covered veranda with a barbecue, table, and chairs, ideal for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners with a view of the garden. An additional bathroom near the pool adds extra convenience.

Des odeurs nauséabondes pendant tout le séjour et pas d’eau chaude pendant 4 jours

Nous avons séjourné 14 jours dans cette villa en août (4 adultes et 4 enfants). Il y a des gros problèmes de plomberie dans la villa - Nous avons eu des odeurs d’égouts gênantes durant tout le séjour plus particulièrement dans les chambres du bas. Nous ne pouvions pas trop rester dans les chambres, les odeurs n’étaient pas supportables. - nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant les 4 premiers jours dans l’ensemble de la maison et pendant 10 jours seulement en bas de la maison. L’agence a été peu réactive: - réparation de l’eau chaude au bout de 4 jours - la personne nous a dit avoir un problème d odora et ne pouvait pas confirmer le probleme d’odeurs qui était pourtant insupportable. L’agence a proposée de faire le Check out mais trouver une villa en août en Sardaigne pour 8 ce n’est pas simple. Nous sommes très déçus du service client Abritel qui ne nous a pas aidé malgré les chats et appels ( simple écoute sans solution ). Nous n’avons pas à ce jour eu de geste commercial. Points positifs : - l extérieur de la villa est bien entretenu et agréable - la piscine est grande. - le tennis est en accès exclusif ( il faut bien valider comme nous avons fait avant la réservation l accès au tennis) - la terrasse à côté du barbecue est agréable. Points négatifs: - odeurs d’égout dans la maison - eau froide - pièce de vie et terrasse extérieure petites pour 8 - douches toutes petites - ménage moyen à notre arrivée En résumé, il y a urgence à réparer la plomberie

The gardens and pool are fantastic, some some cushioning on the sun lounges would be nice. Top floor bedroom didn’t have any curtains, and the air conditioning just wasn’t up to the high temps we were having. Bed and furniture were very very basic, needed a much better mattress. Kitchen was functional but dishwasher stopped working after 2 days and didn’t get repaired, so had to do dishes by hand Bathroom in first floor bedroom was also so so small, very hard to have a shower in there as it was such a small cubicle, generally speaking the bathroom is just too small, we has to resort to having our shower in the garden next to the pool, which also wasn’t working but got it fixed by the lovely pool man that comes around every day Even though it was considered a countryside location, we didn’t expect so many wasps and also in the pool. One day my wife got stung in the pool, had to constantly net up wasps from the pool before we could use it

Family holiday

Great holidays with family and friends. The villa has an outstanding outdoor area and gorgeous swimming pool. The inside furniture is a little basic for the price, however everything is there and to be honest when you are in Sardegna the last thing you want to do is to stay at home. Fantastic experience, the only downside is that it didn't last long enough.

Beautiful outdoors

Villa Morena is a gorgeous vacation home and highly recommended for larger groups. The property is well taken care of and the pool is maintained every day. The two kitchens are equipped nicely and held enough dishes and cooking utensils for our group of seven. The inside furniture are very basic, the mattresses firm and some of the sun chairs could have been in better shapes — but we accepted these standards as part of living in the Italian country side. It didn't bother us at all. The property manager Manuela was very accommodating and friendly. She didn't speak English which made it difficult to communicate on the phone when we had problems finding the property on the first day. However, thanks to Google translator we were able to talk to each other when we met in person. We really enjoyed our stay! One of our highlights (and personal recommendation to all vacationers who are interested in cooking): A "Sardinian Countryside Home Cooking Class & Meal" at a nearby Farmhouse. The class took place five minutes away from Villa Morena and we loved exploring the Italian cuisine. Google the keywords above. It was offered through Viator.

Endroit trés agréable

Location située à 10 minutes d'Alghero à l'écart de la ville au milieu des oliviers, petit chemin de terre pour y accéder. Endroit très agréable au calme dans un très beau cadre. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer d'agréable vacances. Les commerces sont à proximité. Très bon point de chute pour sillonner dans la région et découvrir les beautés de la région.

Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage

Reibungslose Übergabe und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Anlage wird täglich zweimal gepflegt und der Pool wird immer gründlich gereinigt. Großzügige schöne Anlage mit Tennisplatz, Grillmöglixhkeit. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses, man fühlt sich sehr wohl!

Such bliss...

We spent most of the summer of 2018 in Sardinia. This house makes an outstanding home base to explore Sardinia! First, Alghero is a perfect town to call "home" in Sardinia. The people are welcoming, the town is not pretentious or touristy, most things are walkable for your daily needs. You can easily have coffee and pastry, explore local streets and shops, fix lunch al fresco at the villa, and then dine out deliciously in any number of great restaurants in Alghero or Fertilia village. Then head for the coast - most of Alghero's beaches are an easy few minutes trip. Do you want rocky pools or sandy stretches? Maria can answer any particular questions you have. There are many free beaches within 7 mins as well as numerous "Lido" establishments that offer a range of amenities for a fee. We were in love with maria Pia, but there are so many beaches where to go. The nearby towns are breathtaking. You can wander happily for hours with some new charm around every corner. We especially loved Bosa and Castelsardo. Most have great choices for Sardinia cuisine -- with crazy fresh ingredients from the nearby sea and farms. We even made a day trip up to explore the countryside -- also amazing. The driving is easy and parking is manageable for free or for a small fee. The house is more amazing than the photos show. It is spacious, and it offers everyone someplace to relax. Maria have done such a tasteful job throughout. We frequently had a houseful (including children) and made the most of the pool and all the outdoor spaces. Maria respond immediately to questions or concerns you may have. They are committed to being great hosts and sharing this spectacular part of the world with visitors. Stay longer than you think you should. There is so much to enjoy.

Abgesehen von kleinen Qualitätsmängel wie Pfannen , nicht fixierten Wasserhänen und teils fragwürdigen Besteck alles sehr gut. Das wifi ging nach mehreren Abläufen bzw reseten einigermassen. Alles in allem sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr guter Betreuung. Daumen hoch 👍

Fabulous! With private pool

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Morena, and we’re still in awen! Just can’t get enough of the beautiful location. This has got to be the easiest vacation to plan. Maria has thought of everything and is even willing to assist with boat and restaurant reservations. The villa is absolutely spotless and is set in the perfect location to relax poolside or venture a short distance to the beach. If you need anything at all, Maria and Manuela are able to accommodate. Manuela wants to make sure your stay is awesome! We will definitely return to Villa Morena. Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with our family!!

Beautiful villa in lovely grounds

Wunderschönes grosses Haus, genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eingehüllt von Luxus und wunderbarer Landschaft. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Schönen war auch, das ein kleiner Ort sehr nahe gelegen ist, man kann auch zu Fuss dort hin gehen.

Prestations pas à la hauteur du coût de la location

La nappe en plastique sur la table était déchirée à plusieurs endroits : c'est la première chose que nous avons vu à notre arrivée... La chasse d'eau des WC de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas, fuite au robinet de l'évier, peu de pression dans les douches, coupure d'eau générale à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour... Pas assez de couverts, de tasse, etc... pour 8 personnes. WIFI quasi inexistante. Piscine non nettoyée à notre arrivée, mais seulement le lendemain. Les interventions quasiment tous les jours (jardinier, pisciniste...). Le coût de cette location est trop élevé pour les prestations fournies.

Propriété extérieure magnifique mais villa mal équipée.

Villa louée pour 8 personnes..... Dans la cuisine 5 verres à vin déparaillés. Pas de grille pain, de four à micro ondes, de porte rouleau dans les toilettes. Manque de vaisselle, pas de cafetière électrique. Un supplément de 185€! d'électricité à payer en une semaine..... Salle de séjour minuscule pour un tel prix! C'est sûr nous n'y reviendrons pas et nous ne recommanderons pas cette villa.
