Villa with private pool, air conditioning, Wifi and capacity for up to 8 people. The house is located in the Cerro Molino area, very close to the well-known Popeye Restaurant.
Two-storey villa with four bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 3 single beds, the third with a bunk bed. The last bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, and one en-suite bathroom. Downstairs you will find the lounge room and kitchen.
La Barrosa and Sancti Petri beaches are close by. There is a small supermarket within walking distance. Mercadona and Lidl are less than five minutes by car away. The villa is situated in a very quiet area, and you can take a walk in the marshes, just across the main road. This accommodation does NOT allow pets. .
It is located in the city of Chiclana, very close to La Barrosa beach, Sancti Petri beach, or Del Puerco beach. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets...etc.
As places of interest to visit in the city, we can find La Plaza Mayor, La Ermita de Santa Ana, La Torre del Reloj, the marina of Sancti Petri and its islet, which can be reached on a boat trip. The villa is 19 minutes from Conil, about 48 minutes from Cadiz and 57 minutes from Tarifa.

Abgewohnt und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen
Das Haus war voll gestopft mit Möbeln und ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Elektrik ist uralt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Eines der Bäder hat stark gestunken. Insgesamt ein eher ungemütliches Haus und allenfalls für schönes warmes Sommerwetter geeignet. Wir hatten schon einige Häuser in Chiclana. Dieses Haus war aber das bisher schlechteste. Stark abgenutzt, wackelige Stühle, ein wackliger Tisch draußen und eine alte Waschmaschine, die nicht immer funktioniert. Positiv war nur die Agentur, die das Haus betreut hat. Das Haus war sauber geputzt und die Agentur war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe notwendig war.

El poder estar toda la familia junta con los perros. La ubicación, que está cerca de todo. La casa estaba muy bien, con todo lo necesario. La piscina. Deberían de cuidarla mas. Es una pena no haber podido disfrutar en condiciones de ella. Aconsejo poner una lona para evitar tanta suciedad y, aparte, limpiarla más a menudo. En nuestra estancia una vez realizamos la queja sobre ello, vino el chico de mantenimiento todos los días. Con la lona con que vaya tres veces por semana seguro que estaría genial. Por cierto, el chico de mantenimiento es genial. Le doy un 10.

El chalet esta muy bien. Es grande y espacioso, sin embargo no hay mosquiteras en las ventanas siendo necesarias por la noche. Y sobre todo hay que solucionar urgentemente el problema de los malos olores del saneamiento, ya que si cierras las ventanas son insoportables.

La distribución de la casa, es muy cómoda y acogedora Algunos detalles de mantenimiento, que hacen que la casa no se vea perfecta, como la pintura en paredes y puertas de interior. El frigorífico es un poco viejo y hace un ruido continuo que es muy molesto cuando estas en la cocina. Tener el césped del jardín más cuidado y cortado por igual en toda la parcela. E intentar acabar con los mosquitos, sé que es, algo complicado, pero es muy molesto, después de haber alquilado, solo poder disfrutar del patio durante el día, porque al caer la noche, es imposible estar fuera de la cantidad de mosquitos que hay.

Tranquilidad, zona exterior Había muchos desperfectos en la casa que hacen que no te sientas tan cómodo (faltaba un pomo, enchufes rotos, cortina rota, escaleras para subir a la litera sin atornillar, piscina sucia, etc. Con una mínima inversión en mejorar estas cosas daría otra impresión más agradable.

Distribución y dimensiones de la casa, se puede disfrutar tanto del interior como del exterior.
Limpia y acogedora.
La ubicación, zona muy tranquila y a la vez cercana al pueblo.
El contacto con vosotros, respondisteis muy rápido Las camas son muy bajas, para gente mayor o con algún problema de movilidad (como era nuestro caso) cuesta mucho sentarse o levantarse.
Hay detalles que muestran falta mantenimiento:
-puertas
-nevera muy limpia pero oxidada
-baño principal con malos olores
-la piscina necesita un limpiafondos
-la puerta de garaje da problemas de funcionamiento
-la correa alguna de las persianas es pequeña para el peso que hay que mover
...
Queremos entender que lleváis poco tiempo gestionando la propiedad y que se irán solucionando.

La casa dispone de gran variedad de menaje, tanto de cocina como del hogar, por lo que lo agradecimos mucho al ser un grupo amplio de personas; tanto para recoger como para dejar las llaves fue muy cómodo. En general es una casa totalmente recomendable! Recomendaríamos que por favor, tanto las sábanas como las toallas se guarden una vez están secas completamente secas, ya que éstas olían bastante a humedad y cerrado.
