Great Location

We had a lovely ten days in Daniels Appartment didn’t know what to expect with the complex but BENAL Beach is fantastic with great pools and area’s for sun bathing nobody on top of each other which we hate ironing board was broken Daniel delivered new one next day will definitely be booking again

Fantastic apartment, amazing location.

Spotlessly clean, excellent layout and very comfortable. Daniel was a great host and responded quickly to all correspondence. Fantastic ocean view and early risers can enjoy a coffee on the large terrace while watching the sunrise. I would definitely stay there again.

Week in Benalmádena

Beautiful view from the balcony, lovely to wake up to, across the road lovely promenade with bars and restaurants, apartment has everything you need, decor could do with a a wee refresh as it’s quite dated. The complex is absolutely massive so, easy to get lost in at the start of your stay. More signs for directions would be beneficial. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Booked this apartment because of the view and was not disappointed. The apartment was clean and comfortable but on booking was told English channels were available on T V but that is not the case, we had a couple days illness and the T V would have helped.

Lovely apartment,fabulous sea view and private.we stayed here for 1 week. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Dan and Lidia were very helpful, they sorted any little queries we had very quickly. Dan even gave us complimentary tickets for the gym and spa centre and a bottle of wine because the weather was a bit cool and blustery. Exceptional service and we will definitely return sometime in the future. Thank you Dan,Anna & Lidia

Great location

Great location, near the town center (25 minutes walking uphill through the wonderful Palorma Park) and near the beach. You can sea the beach and hear the waves from the balcony. The beach was across the street and can be accessed through the gardens gate. The gate closes at 10:00pm, but you can always walk through the main entrance. It is near the cultural center (BilBil) where we had the chance to attend a festival the night before leaving. Nice music and dancing, friendly people, and an energetic place next to a strip of welcoming restaurant owners and staff. We had a walk there every night and one should definitley try their paella and their seafood and meat grilled on charcoal. Such a culinary experience. The apartment is in a building complex that has several swimming pools to the great joy of our kids, especially when the water slides were open in the weekends. The gardens were nice to relax in early evening. The apartment was relatively clean and equiped with basic needs. You might need to be aware though that soap, paper towels and towels are provided for only a very short stay and you might need to purchase more (in addition to beach towels) if you are planning to stay more than a couple of days. That being said, our host was amazing. He was easy to communicate with and answered our requests very quickly. He even allowed us to check in early. Thank you Daniel. We definitely recommend this place.

Excelente estadía

Estuvimos durante 10 días en el mes de febrero. El departamento está en una ubicación excelente, (20 minutos caminando de Puerto Marina, 10 de Arroyo de la Miel), frente a la playa, con una vista hermosa desde todos sus ambientes, y simplemente increíble desde el balcón. Muy cómodo para 4 personas, con todo lo necesario para una gran estadía. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Lovely Apartment Next to the Beach

A lovely apartment with everything you could need, the owner was very nice and welcoming and the apartment is located opposite the beach with a lovely view from the balcony, we stayed for a week and couldn't fault anything.

Lovely well situated with fabulous views

This apartment is exactly as described and the photos on the listing are totally accurate. From the first contact with Daniel to checkout, communication was excellent. A very informative information pack was sent for downloading prior to our stay. Upon arrival at the apartment reception we were met within minutes of our phone call. The apartment was clean and well equipped with many store cupboard items, plenty of spare blankets, pillows and towels. The beachfront is very flat, the back of the resort is hilly. My husband had just had two hip replacements and had no issues. Bus stops outside to Marbella, Malaga and Mijas. The railway station is uphill but only €1.70 on the bus. There is a beautiful park on the doorstep with birds and rabbits running wild and the dolphin park is next to it. The icing on the cake is the view from the terrace. A fabulous sunrise from every window and sunset reflecting on the sea in the evening. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and will definitely go back. Thank you Daniel.

Perfect location and lovely view!

We rented the apartment for two weeks and had a great time! The apartment has a perfect location with lovely view over the beach and the sea - both from inside the apartment but also from the balcony! We had our breakfast everyday at the balcony! Couldn’t be much better! We arrived earlier than expected but got good help from Daniel & co so we were able to check-in two hours early! The Benal Beach property is a big apartment complex, probably some 20-25 years old(?) but still in good condition. The same is valid for the apartment. It holds everything you need for both shorter or longer stay. Some things are aging but in good shape! We can highly recommend the gym that is situated inside the hotel area. Thanks also for good restaurant recommendations in the Information Booklet! We tested several of them and found them very good! Especially good were ’Lime and Lemon’ and ’Rincon Asturiano’! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Daniel & co!

The apartment is in a great location it’s first floor location gives you a lovely view over the Mediterranean and on to the marina. Had everything we needed equipment wise.comfy beds my kids commented on how comfy the sofa bed was.Daniel the owner was very helpful and sorted out any problems in a prompt professional manner.had great time miss the view already

I also made a creer change and become involved in Real estate, specifically property sales in Benalmadena. I have worked in the area of Benalmadena in this sector since 2004, and based my company here (PropertyBenalmadena®) since its a lovely area with a little something for everyone. Thanks for browsing this property, its been owned by me since 2016 and has been a nice holiday apartment for many guests since then, ......whether you like nature, culture, sport or tourist attractions, there are plenty of different areas around which suit every member of the family. Also stepping outside there are an abundance of different resturants and shops within a short walk away. There are plenty of activities closeby to suit the whole family!
