All the cooking cookware are in the cupboard under the kitchen counter, large and small pot, pan, etc. Ι feel sorry that you did not find them and also you did not ask me for them during your stay. Thank you for your feedback, I hope that overall apart from these minor issues you enjoyed your stay with us. I was expecting a "thank you" from both of you, for the time i had spented to find a proffessinal cook for cooking lessons. I am proffessional host and i try my best for our customers, which you can see it in the previous comments. I have accommodated dozens of couples and families without a single complaint so far. As for the super market it is not next to our property, there is another complex of apartments between us and the supermarket. You write no extra blankets, i do not provide blankets in the summer, during your stay temperature was over 35c, i provide bed linnen, bed cover and towels. Water pressure is high and I found out on your departure day that you had blocked the spiral of the shower. I provide new and comfortable mattress. It's clear in the descritpion of the property that the apartments are in the center of the village and 10 kilometers from Heraklion airport. The air runway is above the sea and not above the village. We hope that one day you will "enjoy" your future holidays.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write this review about your stay at our property and for your rating here on VRBO. We are sorry to read how disappointed you were with your stay. Because you had a dog, it was impossible to stay in a ground floor apartment, since the next guests were allergic to dogs, you also agreed on the day of your arrival for a first floor apartment, more expensive, without charging you the difference in price. During your stay, your son was in the garden every day, so you did not see the garden only from above, the garden is for all our guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped, as I refer to in the description of the property. The planes pass in the distance over the sea, not directly above the apartment, and our guests find the area very quiet. It was clear from the beginning that this destination was not exactly what you were looking for and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

We’re sorry to hear the stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our home is always professionally cleaned — something many guests have kindly noted in their reviews. Planes do pass in the distance above the sea, not directly over the apartment, and most guests find the area peaceful. The A/C in the living room effectively cools the entire apartment. It was clear from the beginning that this destination wasn’t quite what you were looking for, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
