Beautiful

Our second time staying here after 8 years and it was as beautiful as we remembered. The house is very spacious, the garden has beautiful views, and there is a great restaurant in walking distance. Definitely recommend having a car or a scooter to get around to go to the beaches, but there is also a bus station close by! We will be back.

Vue magnifique!

Maison très agréable et très grande sur les hauteur de Casamicciola avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un beau jardin. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé sur cette belle île.

Das Feriendomiziel war sehr schön und entspricht den Bildern im Inserat. Gianni war ein toller Gastgeber und versorgte uns mit Zitonen und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Trotz sprachlicher Barrieren klappte die Verständigung super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa ci è piaciuta molto , ed è situata in un buon punto per visitare tutta l’isola . Il proprietario molto disponibile per qualunque necessità.

Exceeded expectations. Gianni friendly,good humoured, available, welcoming , helpful. Views stunning

Pros: 1) Spectacular view, visible from 3 terraces. (Situated right beneath mount Epomeo -Wide view of the bay, Casamicciola and Lacco ameno.) 2) Feels very private, silent at night, and surrounded by greenery, small private drive down from a main road. 3) Clean, large, spacious. 4 double bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one shower, one bath. Spacious enough for each person to have their own privacy within their room -not disturbed by the movements/noise of ones fellow guests. 4) Good poetic, charming atmosphere. 5) Appliances worked mostly fine. Hot water for 5 people bath/shower all day. Working dishwasher/washing machine. Cons:1) No air conditioning. However in each room either ceiling fan or free standing fan. It was more or less 28-30 degrees (mid September) Gianni collected me from port-(Casamicciola Terme-Arrive at either of the three ports -doesn’t really matter-the island is small 7km X 10km) V.friendly-straight to supermarket where he helped me with first big shop. Enjoyed convo in Italian. 'A casa' he explained everything to me- "Any problems, I will be here in 15 mins, I am at your disposal" G. was always available via phone during our stay. The house is situated on a very steep hill = No point without car. Grocery store=30 min walk down precipitous slope. Too much to see on the island to just stay put. Gianni offered to organise our car hire, but we chose to hire one from a company in ischia Porto - some members of our party were anxious to pay for extra insurance. Despite living in another part of the island, Gianni managed to materialise with miraculous swiftness on his moped at the drop of a hat. Appeared Instantly with plumber in toe to resolve a plumbing problem. We caused a power cut by using too many appliances simultaneously (common In Italy)- hair dryer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine at the same time. At 9pm however Gianni appeared to resolve problem. House felt very safe. (Ischia less crime than Naples) Ample garden-beautiful view, pretty sun-loungers, lawn, greenery/flowers. Attractive terrace/colonnade where we gathered frequently. Bring mosquito repellent- we got bitten muchos. Kitchen- attractive/ functional, cooked several meals. Tap water not drinkable. G. was v. gracious when we left, and dealt with our considerable trash. G. helped organise boat hire. Motored all around the island from Forio. By far best thing we did. Best way to see island. swim in private, inaccessible beaches-saint angelo.Grazie, Arriverderci Gianni.

Wonderful house

Casamicciola Terme is a wonderful house! Perfect for families. Very spacious with a nice garden and huge terrace. The view can not be described with words! Comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Gianni is a wonderful host, very helpful and he got us a rental car. You need to rent a car because the hill is very steep. Grocery story two minutes drive and five minutes drive down town Casamicciola. Very good location! I will definitely go again :)

Il proprietario, sig. Gianni, è un stato sempre disponibilissimo e ha risposto sempre con immediatezza ed accuratezza. La casa è incantevole, grandissima, pulitissima e dotata di ogni arredo e comodità. Il giardino è meraviglioso e la vista della baia, stupenda! Un soggiorno perfetto da tutti i punti di vista! Essendo amanti dell'isola, stiamo già pensando a quando poter tornare! Grazie al sig. Gianni !!

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima villa dal 1 al 5 Maggio 2013. Il proprietario si è dimostrato persona gentilissima ed attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza (una mattina ci ha anche portato i cornetti per la colazione). La villa è veramente bella, con moltissimo spazio a disposizione sia interno che esterno. Il patio è un incanto e ci si passano serate bellissime.Vacanza da ripetere...il più presto possibile"

Fabulous location to explore Ischia

For the first time we went to Ischia in October 2019 after we have seen numerous rental houses in various locations over the years - this one was by far the best we ever had. Perfectly located, unbelievable space & view, friendly & always helpful owners, clean and fully equipped. Nothing else than perfect. We truly consider coming back.

Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo il sig. Gianni. Una bella villetta comoda in tutto, in un posto tranquillo e panoramico, ma vicino al centro. Un punto a sfavore, manca di aria condizionata specie in giornate afose come quelle che mi sono capitate nel periodo che ho scelto.

MAGNIFIQUE

Maison très spacieuse pour 2 familles ou entre amis, entretenue avec soin , vue sur la mer de part et d'autre de la maison , au calme , avec un grand jardin et plusieurs terrasses pour la sieste.... Difficile de repartir d'un endroit si beau. Un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. A voir et à revoir pour passer d'excellentes vacances...

Wunderschöne Villa und beste Betreuung

Wir haben im Herbst zu zwei Paaren in dieser traumhaft gelegenen Villa gewohnt und uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist wirklich die perfekte und liebevolle Betreung der Vermieter Umberto und Gianni, die sich in allen Belangen um uns gekümmert haben. Die Villa liegt ziemlich hoch, sodass man von der großen Terasse einen wunderschönen Blick hat. Wir empfehlen ein Auto, da die Busfahrzeiten nicht wirklich erkennbar sind und der Weg zum Einkauf dann doch ziemlich beschwerlich werden kann! Die kleine Autovermietung am Fährhafen von Casamicciola kann man nur empfehlen! Ischia und unsere Unterkunft haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen !! Mille grazie e a la prossima volta

Wunderschöne großzügige Villa mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben zu siebent in diesem sehr schönen großzügigem Haus zwei Wochen verbracht. Es ist etwas abgelegen oben auf dem Berg, aber daher relativ ruhig mit phänomenalem Ausblick. Gianni, unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns öfter mit kleinen Geschenken( Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten, Kräuterlikör) überrascht. Ein Bus hält direkt vorm Haus. Ihn zu erwischen, ist allerdings schwierig. Das System der Busfahrpläne konnten wir bis zum Schluss nicht deuten. Sehr schön war auch, dass nach einer Woche nochmal neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht wurden. Noch ein Pool und das Haus wäre perfekt.

Awesome Villa in Ischia!

Gianni met us and took us to the villa, he was so kind and helpful. We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived ,the villa was very spacious and the panoramic views are fantastic! He suggested for us to go to the Negombo thermal baths and it was magical. He arranged for us to take a took a tour of the Island and that was very enjoyable and informative. The villa was great for cooking our own meals and living area was spacious. and comfortable. Ischia out ranked Capri in our opinion. It was a Fun Fun Fun Island!

Hervorragende große und stilvolle Villa.

Eine super saubere und stilvolle große Villa im grünen Ischias. Der Vermieter „Giovanni“ ist ein sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und sehr gastfreundlich. Dürften uns sogar am Gemüse Garten bedienen und die typischen italienischen Kochkünste von Giovanni kennenlernen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Schöne Vorfrühlingswoche über dem Ort Casamicciola Terme

In dem wunderschönen Haus von Umberto haben wir zu siebt eine Woche im März verbringen dürfen. Das Haus mit seinen vier Schlafzimmern und dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Da es um diese Zeit noch sehr frisch ist auf Ischia, konnten wir uns leider nicht so lange auf der tollen Terrasse aufhalten. Aber den Blick auf den Ort, Hafen, Meer und Berge haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Besonders toll war die Betreuung durch einen Freund von Umberto, der uns (autolos) nicht nur vom Hafen abgeholt, sondern auch bei der Abfahrt zurückgebracht hat. Das Haus ist auch ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für die naheliegenden Wälder. Würden gerne wiederkommen.

meraviglioso soggiorno

Siamo stati per una settimana in questa casa eravamo 7 persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa e´ luminosa, grande, con 4 camere una piu´ bella dell'altra due bagni una cucina spaziosa e confortevole (davvero non manca niente), e un giardino e un patio davvero incredibili per non parlare del panorama. Ci vogliono 5 minuti per salire o scendere fino a Casamicciola. E`una casa (villa) che consigliamo a tutti e il proprietario e`gentile e sempre disponibile.
